I wanted to use BOGO 50% off Sunday deal in the shop. I was welcomed and helped by Victoria at the register. The young guy prepared my sundae while she confirmed I could use the deal. They were so helpful and gave me so much ice cream. Both were very generous and helpful. Make sure to go there Thursday evenings around 5pm to have the same experience that I had :)

We came here near closing time and Vicky and Sarah were extremely sweet and welcoming to us!! If we’re ever in the area again we will be returning. Drinks were amazing and the workers are amazing take all my money

The prices were also very reasonable, especially considering the high quality of the food and drinks. It was a great value for such a delicious and satisfying meal. Overall, I highly recommend Dunkin' to anyone looking for great coffee and delicious donuts. The staff, food, and convenience were all fantastic. Five stars!

My app could not connect for some reason, but the service was fast and friendly. No fooling around behind the counter when I was here, no cell phones in use, just quick service. Coffee hot and good, doughnuts fresh and tasty. Plenty of parking out front. Clean place.

Not the best Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to. They did not have any chocolate chip muffins. Donut selection was low. Service was slow and donuts were stale. Go elsewhere if you can.

Staff not trained properly. Line is out the door and the manager sits in the back of the store with customers walking out upset.

It’s always dirty, and the children who work there are usually more interested in flirting with each other or talking to their friends than they are with helping you. Today, there were two people working and one other person in there and it took 10 minutes to get a cup of coffee, which was cold, the wrong size, and not made how I like it! I was so disgusted, I just took it and walked out. Honestly how can you run a business with only two teenagers working and no adult supervision; ridiculous!

Your employees are extremely rude specifically the white boy with the brown hair. He was vaping while working. Another is like a white boy with curly hair extremely rude as well. Another girl was quiet but literally on her phone and had her back turned to customers. In order to get a drink I had to basically snap at her and say hello can I order.

This is the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to! They handed me a coffee only 3/4 full with coffee spilled all over the side. They did fill it up all the way when I asked, however it was extremely watered down tasting so I had to throw it out- sadly I already drove away. Also the employees were not properly wearing masks, and they put their hands all over the top of the cup- disgusting…

There was this old worker there named Tasniah she was really rude and has no respect. She was talking bad to her co workers Infront of customers. She even makes drinks bad, I would really re consider about hiring her. She talks bad about everyone. She talked very rude to me and insults people.

I am a resident of the area but have not been to this location in a bit and honestly won’t go back if those two employees are there. I asked if one type of drink could be made decaf and was answered so rude. They made both of the drinks incorrectly and gave attitude when I asked for whipped cream on the drink. They over heard my mom and I speaking about something else with my son and one of the employees proceeded to curse at my mother and told her not to bother asking for a manager because she had one more week employed there. I don’t get upset about much but to curse at and in front of customers and a toddler is disgusting.

Got it and as can happen the powder was running low so I returned to let them see and instead of fixing the machine with more powder and dispensing a fresh cup of hot chocolate, the lady at the counter added more mix so the color was “darker”. This was for my toddler as I had ordered a decaf coffee and a regular coffee for my husband (plus donuts). The worker at this shift time made some less than good choices, ruining a regular Dunkin snack experience for us. Love Dunkin but not this location.

I ordered 2 hot lattes, got them both in the correct cups, just a bit colder than room temperature. Moreover, my milk had gone bad. When I returned them, I waited 15 mins for her to remake them. This time she forgot to put coffee in one of them. If you can avoid this place, do so.
