Round Table Pizza

Took my youngest son (14) who we consider our best Pizza Critic, here for lunch today! I had the lunch special (personal pizza, salad bar, & drink for only $9.99!) my son had a large cheese pizza (14 & Growing). Food tasted great, came out in a timely manner, and overall we really enjoyed our experience!

I asked for my pizzas to be extra crispy and they nailed it. My personal favorites are the Hawaiian and the Chicken & Garlic Gourmet. This was hands down the best pizza I’ve had in Texas. Great customer service too. It’s rare these days for businesses to actually listen to their customers, but the RTP New Braunfels folks really do.

I love round table. So I’m from San Jose, California and round table is a staple of our community. And now I am so happy that they have a round table in San Antonio. I ordered a King Arthur and it was just like I had ordered it in California when you get a roundtable pizza, you know you’re eating some special and it’s a very distinct taste when it comes to the Round Table Pizza. I’d like to think the pizza makers at this location and I will be seeing you soon. Ps… The friendLu staff and service was excellent! Thank you staff!

I dined in at Round Table Pizza for lunch, and they didn't not disappoint me! This was my first time eating at this restaurant. The customer service was great, and the food was so delicious. After ordering my meal, it took approximately 5 minutes for my food to be served. I sat outside and wasn't expecting table service, but I appreciate them for making sure I got my meal while it was hot. They have some of the best lemon pepper wings and breadsticks I've ever eaten, and their fountain drinks aren't watered down. The restaurant and the bathroom were clean.

Best lunch deal in New Braunfels! Pizza, salad bar and a drink for only $9.99. Salad bar is fresh and well stocked. Great selection of everything including dressings. The pizza is really big for an individual pizza. Price includes four toppings. This is really a quality, clean place and the food is exceptional. The service is also great.

So MUCH toppings!!! First time eating here and I blame the "media-propaganda" machine for not coming sooner. I always see those other ads showing a "domino" and a "red roof". This pizza had a pile of toppings and the veggies seemed fresher and were crispy. Bro, you gotta go! Next time I'm trying the "WINGS".😉

Wow. Just wow. Was invited to stop by for their soft opening. Pizza so dang tasty and fresh! The employees, such great customer service! The music on the speakers, just right. Lunch special. Personal pizza with drink for 7.99. Wow. So reasonable! We will we coming back. For sure.

My team and I are here for their soft opening. The breadsticks are delicious. I also had the double pepperoni personal pizza which had a crispy crust and the right balance of cheese ! Super yummy. The wait staff is super nice and accommodating. Thank you Round Table Pizza for a nice lunch!

Well alright Roundtable in Texas 😲this is newl just opened. Talked with Enrique Operation Manager great guy says they are set to open 40 more including Hutto cool. It should be as good as this New Brunfel store. Got twists , pepperoni/sausage and pepperoni/ olives for my Daughter😬 So good❤️😋

Roman was extremely helpful, knowledgeable about the menu and gave us a great recommendation for pizza. Made sure to greet everybody that came in and cleaned up while assisting others with any questions that they had. Kept the salad bar stocked with fresh ingredients and made sure to check in on all the tables to see if they needed anything else… He went above and beyond to give good customer service!

Haven't been to a Round Table in many years. I had the lunch special with a salad and a drink. My mom had the gluten free crust pizza, salad and a drink. Both pizzas were very good. The salad bar had many items that were all fresh. Rebekah took our order and checked on us. She was very friendly and always had a smile.

So I have 3 separate things to say about this review: Firstly, the customer service & establishment were both very good. Everything flowed perfectly & it was exceptionally clean. Secondly, is my gripe about no one using gloves. When it’s my first time going to any restaurant, I sit where I can see people making my food & noticed that maybe one person had on gloves. Seen people scratching their faces, scratching their hair, touching their phones & picking up opened/dirty items & then making pizzas. Not much of a germaphobe, but I’m especially one when it comes to my food. Lastly, was the actual food. We got our food to go & live 5 mins away. The toppings were extremely good but the dough was under cooked. Maybe 3-5 mins more and it would’ve came out perfect but it did taste like ours were undercooked. All in all, I’ll most likely give it another chance. I’ll even try to eat there, to taste the food when it’s hotter.

When rating restaurants, there are 3 criteria. Food, Service and Cleanliness (Google has it as Atmosphere) So if all 3 are as expected, or par for the course, I will rate the restaurant 4 Stars. If one of them is below, the other 2 need to be above to pick up the slack. That is my standard. When we walked in, we noticed that it was not busy. Only 1 other family in the dining room eating. There were 4 of us. We were behind one person waiting to order, so I walk around to see if there was a clean table for us to sit at... There was not. We could have chosen to sit outside, but it was 102° (not exaggerating) so we wanted to sit inside. There are 8 tables in here. 1 table is occupied with a family. 1 table, the one right inside the door, is apparently the employee/manager's table because it has a laptop, food from another establishment and a Stanley type personal cup on it. The other tables had been eaten at and not cleaned off, or under with food all over the floor. So, whole my wife ordered, I cleaned off one of the tables for us to sit at. Not a great impression. The food was ok. I have no complaints at all. It came out hot and as expected. The service was not great. Don't get me wrong, the individuals were definitely friendly, they smiled and were personable. The service aspect though, which I believe is a training issue was not good at all! They could have and should have noticed that I was cleaning so we could sit down. Nothing was said. Also, nothing was said to us about having to wait 10 minutes before we were even able to order because the girl at the register was overwhelmed with taking care of delivering all the food (to the outdoor sitters) and interacting with the pick up orders. Also, as we were leaving, a couple of employees were sitting at that front "employee/manager table" and they greeted us and told us to have a good day... While now every single other table in the restaurant is dirty. I think cleaning should have taken precedent over whatever they were doing (eating) at their front table. I have owned a couple of very successful Chick-fil-A restaurants so I do know what I am talking about. This could be a successful establishment with proper priorities and training.

We ordered in store to take home. The girl at register was very slow. She got the order wrong. Then while we were waiting she came out to tell us they didn’t have enough sausage to make our pizza. So we had to change one to pepperoni and then the other just didn’t get any even though we had already paid for it but didn’t want double pepperoni. Was excited to try it but won’t be going back. Was very expensive and Dominos is better.

I just did not like the pizza. Ordering was tough and the staff was definitely struggling. Other customers were having trouble with orders. This was Thanksgiving week so maybe they had staffing issues. I could not tell if any manager was there. Seemed like they had plenty of staff working not trained or other. It was not very busy and I could not get a fork but i ate with a spoon. Great location, wish they could get it together. It was my FALT (first and last time)

It's one of the worst pizzas I've ever ate 0 star if I could. We got 2 different pizzas a bbq chicken and half pepperoni half cheese. Nobody in our group finished 1 slice it was horrible. The twist are no good

Epic failure. Driver refused to pick up my order because they wanted to give him several bottles of Pepsi because they were put of 2 liters. Instead of calling me they wanted to hide the fact that they were out of something and not calling us toilet us know. Instead they wanted to keep the money and pawn it off on the driver. This was first time doing business with this establishment, and will definitely be the last. Wasted an hour waiting and had to cancel the order because no driver would pick up the order.
