They had slow service, but the food was good fries were hot just like I like them.

I love Arby's, but the customer service wasn't good today. The food is good, but the customer service was not. The employees could have have been better and more polite! I was with my grandpa, and the way the black lady handed the food over to my grandpa wasn't very nice and then she slammed her door window, she seemed irritated and then my grandpa tried knocking on the window and she looked at us, but didn't attend to us, and some other lady opened the window instead, but she was whispering and it was just very weird and strange. Plzz be more polite and don't do that again. My grandpa deserves better treatment!!!!

So the service is a 5*. The ladies at desk were both polite and quick. The food was good but I don't know if they changed their chicken strips but they're not good anymore. Fries were ok. Had an apple turnover. Apparently they're cold now? So that's different. The bathroom was mostly clean but no paper towels. So I had no way to dry my hands.

I’m really disappointed with our experience at Arby’s. Our order had multiple issues. One of the Classic Roast Beef sandwiches was missing the bun entirely and only had meat, and it was supposed to be a double meat. The Smoked Brisket sandwich was missing the onion straws. Another Classic Roast Beef sandwich had cheese sauce smothered all over it even though we specifically requested no cheese sauce. On top of that, we didn’t receive any of the dipping sauces we ordered, and all of the food was cold. Overall, this was a very frustrating experience. We expect orders to be correct and at least served warm. I hope management addresses these quality control issues so this doesn’t happen to other customers.

While this was a doordash order we got, we did not get our two sandwiches, we only got one, and yet somehow we got two drinks and two fries. Still charged for steak nuggets that "weren't available" with dipping sauce and some poor mozzarella sticks.

Pulled up to the drive-thru and they turn the speaker on laughing hilariously I order my food and I still have to pull up and wait. 10 minutes later they bring out my food but it's not all there so I still have to go in. Loud inappropriate music playing and they acted like it was my fault they forgot my food I get home and there's a half of a chicken strip and a quarter of a chicken strip on the two-piece meal. Unacceptable

We placed an online order, pulled up and was turned away because it's not ready.. why not have me wait at the window like every other time something is taking too long to cook? It makes ZERO sense and the girl/guy talking over the speaker needs MANNERS no I have to go wait "5-10 mins then just come back"

1 star for everything because how do you run out of roast beef just tell customers it'll be an hour. I risked coming in for dinner after a very long day and I will NEVER make this mistake again.

I don't know what happened to this location in the last like 3 to 4 months. But the new manager and crew sucks. I ordered a number one. With a sweet tea and curly fry. I get to the front window and they were asking me for my order again, because they didn't put it in very rude food wasn't hot and fresh, got no receipt, no napkins. Not very impressed. The former manager and crew were awesome. How about we bring them back.

Apparently NO ONE in the Midwest can get an order right. This is the 5th or 6th 1 star review I have left since being in Missouri. How is it that ALL these places mess up orders? Burger was under cooked and I didn’t get two sliders that I ordered. HOW DO YOU PEOPLE OPERATE OUT HERE?!

If I could give a 0 star I would! I’ve eaten here maybe 3 times now. Haven’t had a problem until today. Just got home and I ordered a Hawaiian deluxe fish and they just slopped it together. The worst part is the cheese is hard so that tells me it’s been in the sandwich for awhile. Disgusting! I’ve worked in fast food for a long time, and I would never serve customers food I wouldn’t eat myself! Lazy that’s what it is!

No bacon, no crispy onions, no more going to Arby's. I admit the ads got me and that I was excited to try the new steak sandwich. This is what was in my bun. My son asked where my sandwich was since the bun was mostly empty, and he even put part of his gyro (which was great) on my bun to fill in the blanks. I know better than to expect my food to look like the ads, but tell me if you would have been excited to see this after spending $10 for the meal?
