Just left this Jimmy John’s and overheard a slight mixup with another customer’s order. It sounded as if the order that they needed catered today was not finished. The staff handled their mess up very well, they were polite and got to fixing the issue right away. The customers were very rude and shouting profanities at the workers.
This location has always been very fast each time we visit. We have always had a good experience with our orders being correct and as well... Which can be a problem at restaurants for us. As I will be the first to admit, my customization requests can be a little more elaborate than the regular customers. Their ingredients have always been fresh every time as well. I am also a huge fan of the ALL the Summer Wraps as well. But my favorite is the Thai one, you should definitely try them all while you can!
3 strikes, I'm out. This was the 3rd consecutive time that we've gotten our sandwiches home, and they failed to make them correctly. It only chaps my hide because they never forget to charge me for adding bacon or cheese, but continously fail to put it on the sandwiches. This is where I'm at: Deleting their App. ....which sucks, because their sandwiches are good; expensive, but good. Feel like I've been ripped off when they do this ALL the time.
A year later update: This place is incredibly slow, even if you order ahead and are the only one in line. Last time we waited for them to unload boxes from a pickup truck in through the drive thru window. They sped up to make sure they got in front of us to do that as well. This time two guys hung out by the entrance smoking, one guy sliced deli meat and the fourth employee tried to give me the wrong order, left to make mine, seemed shocked that I was still waiting for my order when she came back to the window after someone else pulled up a while later, then eventually brought me the sandwich. This location also charges more than Harrisonville. There's a clear conclusion here. Update: They sent us a gift card to make up for the issue. Supply chain problems seem to have hit them; they're often out of an ingredient. Sometimes we get a really nice person and sometimes we get a really indifferent person. It's my kid's favorite place, so we'll keep going back 😄 Original: They gave me the wrong sandwich two visits in a row. I really don't want to unwrap and pull apart my sandwich every time before going home, but I guess that's the solution.
I ordered a sandwich from DoorDash which came quick. The tomatoes were green and rock hard so I took them off and cut up new ones that I had in my fridge to put on there.I don’t like a lot of meat on my sandwich but I’m sitting here searching for the meat. What a disgrace!
Workers are a joke, I know they don't get paid much but should still be able to do their job. Both of my orders were incorrect and was not the advertised "freaky fast." I love other Jimmy John locations. Maybe it was just a bad experience, but this location definitely has some sub par employees from what I have witnessed.
I had a great experience earlier in the month, way better than subway. Got a 20% off so decided to use it and go again. Ordered online for pick up, when I got there I was told they were out of bread and would take 25 minutes, so i waited. I over heard them telling another customer it would take an hour to make bread. Meanwhile 2 employees were sitting in the dining room eating subs with bread. On the bright side, the money is already back in my account from my refund.
Please understand that my family decided Jimmy John’s would be perfect on a hot day like today. We made it our business to head to Belton before rush hour and was excited to visit your store spending right at $60 for 6 sandwiches. We get home to enjoy our meal only to find no meat at all on one sandwich as well as no onion then no bacon on two of the sandwiches as requested and added for additional charges, and minus an oatmeal raisin cookie. I called the store and was informed to bring the sandwiches back to the store. No explanation as to why so I assume it was to prove they messed up the sandwiches. Ok…. now I have 4 hungry children, I have to rebox sandwiches, waste gas which makes me even more unhappy due to gas prices, I’m in rush hour traffic, and inconvenienced with no compensation for my time and trouble. Thank you for remaking my sandwiches correctly, giving me my missing cookie, and wasting my time and energy in a world where time is everything. Jimmy John’s was not freaky fast you were just freakin wrong!
They close early to get out of there at closing time. Told us they were closed tonight at 8:40. Update: I called them at 8:53 and asked them what time they close and they said 8:50 and then blamed a coworker for refusing the order. Complete lies.
Apparently I'm in the wrong for expecting to taste ranch on a chicken bacon ranch sandwich. Mind you, this is a sandwich I have ordered several times and usually comes with ranch dripping out if it. The lady wanted to argue with me that she put in on, but it was invisible and tasteless. I mean ranch isnt subtle. Its either there or not. Ridiculous and unprofessional that you wouldn't even try to remedy an easy fix..... especially a sandwich that has this ingredient in the dang title!
The last 2 times I’ve ordered they’ve gotten my lees wrong. Then I try delivery because I can’t leave where I’m at and they say they can’t find the address. This is THE WORST jimmy johns to go to. I wouldn’t be surprised if they get shut down.
I've only been to this location twice and both times it's been so painfully slow. I understand that not every location is freaky fast. But both times I've come to this location I've waited over 10 minutes for one sandwich
So I ordered two sandwiches with chips and pickles. One 1 bag of chips, no pickles and my sandwich was supposed to have mayo. And the just said they could give me a credit for the missing chips. How about compensating for the other missed items and the fact that my meal was ruined because of all the missing items.😒😒🤔
Store was completely empty. Not a soul. We waited for 10 minutes and decided to leave. Management should look into getting new employees.
Complete disaster. Never going to this store again. Ordered a sandwich box and pickles the afternoon before for 10:15am pick up. Decided to show up at 10:20 to give a little extra time to make the 6 sandwiches. Pulled up and wait about 2min to be acknowledged through the drive thru speaker (the worker was out front on her phone then ran in to assist me). Told her I had a pick up order, she asked for who? I said my name. She said ok we are finishing that up, should be just a few minutes, please pull forward. Ok that’s fine. Pull up. After almost 10 minutes I’m handed a box and a half hearted apology for the delay. I asked where my pickles are and she says I didn’t have any. I show my online receipt and she says oh that’s weird it will be a few more minutes. During this time I’m like I wonder why they weren’t on the paper receipt. So I go look at it on the box (thankfully), they gave me someone else’s order. I get her attention, “hey this isn’t even my order, this is some Porscha lady’s.” She proceeds to say oh no… runs off, comes back, we are working on yours now! It will be 8-9 more minutes. After 20min waiting in the drive thru, given the wrong order and just the whole mess… I’m given the right order and I get home, open the box, mayo all over the sandwiches when the order said no mayo, take packets. Two of my friends don’t eat mayo and wouldn’t even eat the sandwiches. Not a single thing went right. Incompetent, careless employees. (Sun April 13th this happened)
Request for Refund – Repeated Order Issues Dear Jimmy John's Belton location Customer Service, I have ordered from your company THREE separate times, and unfortunately, each time my order has been incorrect. Despite my patience and willingness to give your service multiple chances, my most recent order was also wrong. When I reached out, I was told they'd have their driver send out the correct order and was hung up on, no apology for the mistake, an hour later I had not received anything and called the store and was told they could only offer a credit to my account instead of a refund then hung up on me again. However, since I no longer plan to order from your company due to repeated mistakes, a credit is not a suitable resolution. I kindly request a full refund for my most recent order, as I did not receive what I paid for. I would appreciate a prompt response and a resolution to this issue. Thank you for your time. Gave me the wrong sandwich. I emailed and they apologized but didn’t offer to give me the correct sandwich. The veggie sandwich I got stuck with was so gross. I ordered a BLT. My first time ordering jimmy Johns. Won't be ordering here again.
Went in for lunch there was no line, there was only two people working a female and male. The female had great customer service the male was angry tossing sandwiches on the counter (I’m assuming it was a drive thru order) I ordered a sandwich without mayo and the guy put mayo on it anyways. It took 20 mins to make, 4 people that came in after me got their food before me, terrible service.
Pretty sad when you go to jimmy John’s and you can’t eat much off the menu due to dietary restrictions but want to try to enjoy a dinner with your husband and they charge the full price of a sandwich when you ordered turkey, bacon, mayo and avocado only and they give you minimal amount of meat with most of your avocado spread smeared on the paper it’s wrapped in. They could atleast give your more meat if they are going to charge you $9.49. I had to come home and add my own mayo since they forgot. At least I was able to come home and add my own gluten free cheese and bread. Won’t be eating here again until they become more inclusive with their options.
Order with caution! If u place an order ahead your more then likely still going to wait for ur sandwich due to them not paying attention to tickets and DO NOT ORDER CSTERING HERE!!!!!! I ordered 2 18 boxes and when I arrived to pick up the order it was not made! Causing us to be late to the event by 30 minutes! The reservation was for an hour with 15 minutes of that being clean up needless to say we didn’t get to use the party space for my 2year old daughters second birthday beyond disappointment the management did not care. Highly disappointed eill never be back unless new management !!!!
I will not be returning to this location. I paid 11.00 for a sandwich that my child could have made. Ordered through door dash and it did not say it would be served on basic sliced bread. Also I paid extra for Avocado which was not even on the sandwich. I would not be as upset but this is the third horrible experience we have had in the last year with this location.
