Not the best location by far. I dealt with merriam as my cashier who also said her and another girl was the manager. I had an Uber order to pick up as well as my own mobile order. I checked my food which was suppose to be bogo 6 piece wings well I only had 6 and I had an order of 4 piece strips i didnt order. Called, guy said ok he would correct it and everything seemed coo. Got back to the store after delivering the Uber order and the cashier, Merriam, tells the other workers that she gave me 12 wings and shows a big box she demonstrates that she put it in. So go get the smaller box of the actual six wings and show her that she is lying about the box she gave me and the count. Now another so called manager comes over and is not saying much but adhering to what the worker is sayin then ask me do i want the other wings and i said i want whats in the receipt. Then I ask them both why lie aboit it though. Why lie and say you gave me the big box with 12 wings that were 2 different flavors when I brought in small box that is clearly 1 flavor? They just got quiet and didnt say anything. She did ask me if i want the other wings i did recieve made oger fresh but i told her no i dont have time I had another uber ride to do so I couldn't wait for the another. I go outside and the Uber ride request is now gone and I missed on it on money with this crazy situation. So I go back in to have them made fresh now and while im waiting i see the cook on the phone and workers playing. When my wings are made they look terrible, smaller and deformed. I go out and get the other wings and request a refund. They tell me they cant because it was a mobile order and I will have to contact popeys themselves. So I will be contacting. This was the a bad experience and these workers should not be trying to tell lies like this to cover their mistakes.

Extremely standoffish! Second time coming and it’s the same. I ordered 2 family mashed potatoes got two regular barely filled. Updated: New visit obviously the mashed potato situation is the same.. the person at the window at least spoke this time. Please guys I pay for a family mashed potato unless this is a family of two this isn’t working. Photo for reference I took one bite just to be clear but it should not be this low. Is it because I don’t want gravy? Like what is really going on you guys are never busy when I go through so rush hour is no excuse!!

I go to this Popeyes all the time. This place use to have a mixed staff with all kinds of nationalities now it’s only mexican the last couple of times I’ve been there. I went on a Monday and had to wait on my food. A teenaged Mexican guy appeared at the drive thru window and started scratching in his head wiping sweat off his face with napkins and his hands, rubbing his nose and again continuing to adjust his hair. When the young lady returned with my food the teenager was standing next to her I told her what he did and that he needed to wash his hands. He started cussing in Spanish and the young lady and an older woman started laughing. If that guy would have touched my bag I would have gotten my money back. Needless to say you just lost a frequent customer I will not be back if they think it’s funny for him to cuss and groom himself in public I can only imagine what’s going on in the back half of the restaurant. This is the reason people get food poisoning.

I wanted to bring an ongoing issue to your attention regarding third-party delivery orders. Today, I placed the same 5-piece tender meal order through both DoorDash and UberEats. When DoorDash delivered my order, the receipt showed a lower charge and the tenders were missing. I called the store, and I was told the order only showed sides and a drink on your end, not the full 5-piece meal. Because of this, I submitted the same order through UberEats. Before the order was prepared, I called to confirm what came through. Once again, it only showed sides and a drink. The employee I spoke to agreed to add the tenders manually. The issue isn’t the individual mistake — it’s that both platforms are sending incomplete meal details to your location. This means customers will continue receiving incorrect orders and your store will continue getting calls about missing items. Please look into whatever system error or menu mapping issue is causing 3rd-party orders to come through inaccurately. This is clearly something affecting your location specifically, and it needs to be corrected so customers actually receive the meals they pay for. Popeye's is one of my favorites, but now I'm worried that when I place orders here, it's not going to be accurate.

Live 25 miles from Popeyes.. Two times in six weeks I ordered 8pc signature meal and wanted the rice and beans.. Was given mashed potatoes and gravy both times..In reading reviews I also noticed the thigh pieces being halfed.. Concerning all fast food places that wanted pay raise, totally disagree.. Most places lack good customer service giving right orders and skillfully preparing food.. Their skil set should be barely above minimum wage. Give hard working construction workers the pay raise. Plus the fact pay raise equals higher prices.

Very bad experience food is horrible I wouldn't feed it to my dog they messed my order up i asked for wings in the drive thru went home and total opposite what they gave me was and looked liked they injected it with steroids.Very bad I spent 28.00 dollars. Took it back tried to switch it out management said no. I've given them several chances before I'm totally done. With this location. Garbage.

Food was crap. Service was crap. Ordered 2 chicken wraps, they made us pull forward and wait 2 mins. Lady came out to hand us our order and we asked her for ranch since we didn't have a chance to even talk to the guy at the window he immediately made us pull forward. Only ones in line too. She was annoyed with us and said we can come in to get the ranch. I used the drive thru so we didn't have to come in. Blackend chicken wrap chicken feels like rubber. I'm not even going to try and get my $3 back. Don't suggest this location!

Went in to pick up an order and of course not even a basic greeting and “we’ll be with you soon”. Finally got my order and checked the bag. Only 1 sauce when I had 4 entree items. I simply asked for more sauce and they guy grabbed my bag and started going through my food (after I already checked for more sauce packets) and made a big deal about giving me one more sauce! The guy had an accusatory tone as if I was trying to scam him out of a SAUCE. This was the nail in the coffin for me and Popeyes. Tired of this type of stuff. In multiple states I have experienced similar. It’s not a location thing. Only Chick-fil-A for my chicken on the go.

They rob you by giving you chicken slices instead of chicken wings. Take a look at the size of your pieces. Why they not the same? Ever chewed a piece that doesn't feel the same?. This location gives the wrong food and intentionally changes how many you get to make up for it. The place sells "chicken dippers" and "chicken wings" 2: 1 ratio in size. Somehow you get small pieces and next thing you know they are accusing you of lying. Then the simple process of fixing the order is turned into them accusing me of lying. Just want my money back from this waste of money. Starving would have been better. The sauce is never enough to look like the commercial and complaining leads to half ass correction. I got the wrong number of pieces when I asked them to fix it. I showed the receipt. I KEPT FOOD FOR DAYS TO SHOW THEM BC IK THEY WOULD TRY TO SNAKE THE WAY OUT. NOT WHAT I PAID YOU FOR. THEY SERVED A HANDFUL OFF PPL WHILE WE WAITED. CANT EVEN CORRECT A MISTAKE

Ordered food at 5:10 pm. 20 pieces of spicy chicken. At the window said be 15 mins. Because they didn't have 20 pieces of chicken. So I left came back exactly 15 mins and 3 people pulled out after me the first time and there were 3 pulled out after I came back because it wasn't ready. Still waiting and it's been 10 mins.

Whoever was in charge of the food at 8:30 pm needs to be fired. I went in and got a 2 can dine meal and they give me a meal with 2 legs that are less than half the size they should be and a thigh with absolutely no meat and the parts that did have meat were completely dry. Walked in and asked for another piece of chicken and the lady working said "that's how they are". I use to work at Popeyes and no they should not look like that

First time I came to this location it was great! Now I'll be looking for a different one in the area. Ordered online to pickup and they forgot a chicken sandwich. And quality of chicken is terrible. Im literally just eating breading on bread.

I just had one of the worst experiences at this restaurant. The manager was taking orders at the register. Then out of nowhere said he had to go and left in the middle of taking an order. The second manager finished the order in front of me, looked at me (I was next in line) then walked away without saying anything. I had to wait over 15 minutes for her to notice me again and take my order. While taking my ordered she said they didn't offer the strawberry cheesecake anymore so I asked for the strawberry biscuits. Apparently they don't carry either of those at this particular store anymore, but they are advertised all over the building. When I asked for a receipt she either didn't hear me or ignored me, they same when I asked for a cup. Finally she gave me the smallest size cup I've ever seen, clearly not the right size for a large combo. I had to wait another 20 minutes as 3 customers with mobile orders showed up and recieved their food before mine. When I finally got my order it was missing items.
