Had our order read back out to us, the drinks we ordered were correct but we got a small cheeseburger with only pickles, mustard, and cheese and that also what it said on its sticker but it came fully loaded! Other than that service was excellent!

Same food quality across all establishments, the LAME and INCOMPETENT customer service is pretty much universal with McDonald’s also. If you want any condiments make sure you ask before you hit the road, they don’t add any unless you ask. Same with napkins, they don’t add any.

This location consistently forgets items in your order. Its happened to me now 4 times in a row on different orders. At this point they owe me almost $20 in missing food and I am pretty tired of them making the simplest mistakes in order accuracy. People ordering online in advance beware.

It's Friday March 6th and my partner just ordered breakfast there. The person taking the order did not listen to him or read it back to him coherently. When he brought the food to me the order was completely wrong and missing items. This is not the first time this has been an issue at this location for breakfast.

When i ordered through the drive-through I order a 6pc and the gave me 4, but thats not what was wrong. I came back from home, to tell them and get my other 2, and I waited for five minutes to even get helped. And this guy asked me finally how he could help me and I told him I had a mobile order and told them that I was missing 2 nuggets. The little girl working was being so rude, gave me the wrong mobile order then continued to ask if it was a mobile order or a doordash... i gave her a code, why would it be doordash? As if i was stupid. I called my friend because it was her order and ive picked up her order multiple times before. The girl continued to have an attitude and then said she cant give me the order because my friend has to come pick it up. My friend doesn't even have car and thats why i was there to pick it up

How do you give us are meal and no French fries this place always messes up they need better management for real.

This place is not for truckers. Saw a sign on I-35 that open 24hrs and truck parking. Truck parking too small to manouver with 18 wheeler and only driver through open 24hrs. Even that seemed slow because half an hour it took me to turn my truck around (thanks to small car parked on so called truck parking spot) the drive through line had not moved at all. Stay away from this place night drivers

11:51 PM I was told give them a minute that they’ll be right with me. About 13 minutes later after the lady next to me left they finally got around to taking my order . 12:20 PM I finally got my food and the fries were cold. There were at least three people maybe more working there’s absolutely no reason to make people wait that long unless you are intentionally doing so to have people leave on purpose. I get it if it takes seven or eight minutes to get some fresh stuff dropped, but not even the fries were hot. This is probably the worst experience I’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant and waited 29 minutes for my meal. I hope whoever is in charge of this place really looks into their night crew to see what they’re doing because whatever it is it isn’t right.

Worst McDonald’s we have ever been to. Inside is not very clean and they tell you to take a number and then never bring the food to you, but leave it sitting up at the counter until you come get it. Had no idea so it was cold by the time I realized it had been sitting up there. Next, the drive thru is a joke. I was skipped in drive thru lane and then told to wait at a drive thru number for a Saige McMuffin. Hardly anyone in line and told to wait for a sandwich that should be ready.

took Almost 20 mins For a Sweet Tea and When Given Was still the wrong size. Their Kiosk didn’t give a recipe but i had it on My App, and She Still went to the back And Didn’t Give me My Drink.

Went to get basket of fries and it took them 20 minutes! What kind of service is this! I had rather cooked my own and got them quicker! I’m very disappointed in this new McDonald! It won’t make it if they don’t improve! I won’t be back

It's wrong Every. Single. Time. My coworker loves McDonald's so that's typically what we order during break. It's always wrong. Either they give us someone else's order, or they don't make it to order, or they forget things we paid for. And we typically get our food delivered so it's hard to get them to make it right. Today, I ordered a shake. The milk in it HAD to be rancid. Neither one of us could consume it, it was so nasty.

they don’t fill drinks up all the way, and when you ask them to fill it up they get angry with you. we asked for a 6 piece nugget and only got 4. They’re rude and the customer service absolutely sucks. Manager and employees need to get it together.

One time they told me to go through the drive thru instead of doing my curbside pickup and they straight up lost my order and didn’t give me a refund and didn’t even remake my order. The manager told me told me I was out of luck lol
