Opinions de Black Rifle Coffee Company Benbrook
The bacon egg whites are delicious! The Cherry Mocha latte is wow! The atmosphere is electric. The staff are so friendly. You can tell they love their jobs. I'm a huge fan of this place!! The Betsy Ross blended is my favorite! The pumpkin roll is delicious.
I finally visited this famous coffee shop and left happy. Loved their coffee and breakfast sandwich. Staff were nice there too. Clean spot. Absolutely loved the whole design!!!
The coffee was rich and full of flavor, with a perfect balance of boldness and smoothness. I tried their signature blend, and it had a nice, strong kick to it without being too bitter. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, offering great recommendations based on my preferences. The atmosphere was laid-back and welcoming, making it a perfect place to relax and enjoy your coffee. Definitely a place I’d return to for quality brews!
The employees are always super friendly and helpful ☺️ the food is great and the coffee and tea varieties are amazing 😍 It's my go to for a boost when the morning starts off with the blah feels.
First timer here!! Service was outstanding. The 2 at the window were smiling and very considerate. My 2 dogs were offered pup cups!! Coffee is the best. Ham & cheese croissant was pretty good!! (Drive-thru)
Our class chose this location for a informal meeting place. Love the mix of clients, service animals, stories and of course, a large Jet Fuel and kolache makes for a good start to any day.
We stopped there for a coffee break, on our way to Abilene. It is a great spot, with the welcoming staff and people were also very friendly. I would definitely recommend this place We ordered a Mocha Frappe. The drink was really good.
Stopped by on a Saturday afternoon to grab some coffee to go with my dad. Seems like a pretty cool place that's great to sit down & socialize. I had a sugar free caramel latte, excellent with a strong coffee flavor. My dad isn't a fancy coffee drinker (aka he never goes into coffeeshops but instead does the kcup at him), so he isn't really sure what to order... ever, lol. The barista/employee at the register, I think his name was Frank, recommended a Smokey Joe. My dad really liked this! Super friendly staff, upon ordering he even told us if my dad didn't like it he would be happy to make him something else. Large open space, when you walk in one side has some merchandise & drink/food to go. On the other side are plenty of tables & an area with a couch. Super clean facility with a crisp look! Veteran friendly, read about Black Rifle Company if you don't already know about them & I enjoyed seeing their support throughout the shop. Displays, message boards, loved the patch board as well.
Five stars across food, service, and atmosphere. Black rifle coffee Company invested in making the coffee experience here great. The building has a really cool design, there is great merch available to bring home, the staff is very helpful and friendly, and oh the coffee is very good. On top of that, the food was also great. For food, I highly recommend the hot honey sausage sandwich. We got hot and iced coffee, and both were very good. It was nice to see a business that invested in the customer experience, but also places a high value on our veterans and their experience.
I brought my client to Black Rifle for a meeting around lunchtime. It was both our first time there, and we both agreed that it was a great choice. It was our first time meeting in person as well, and the aesthetic provided a perfect ice breaker with enough space in the shop to communicate without the need to whisper. Coffee was 10/10. I plan on bringing more of my clients here in the soon future!
My 1st visit here & I'm locked and loaded with the smoothest dark roast, I've drank in over 45 years!!! I ESPECIALLY ❤️ the aromatic oils in these ☕ beans! Minute, I entered, I was asked what I was looking for. I was in total awe, find there's EXCELLENT Selection of various Dark Roast coffee beans to choose from. Being a huge "Big Foot" fan, I bought this one, with the 🔥💯🎯😎 artwork of Bigfoot. I must admit, I ❤️❤️❤️ this is a Family Veteran Owned business. I 💯 SUPPORT local Small Businesses. Going back and getting me one of their 😎 TShirts too!!! I 💯 Recommend coming here for excellent ☕, relaxing atmosphere. I'm Hooked.
just found this coffee company a few days ago with my girlfriend and we are so glad we did the coffee is good and strong friendly staff, very clean and the smell of coffee stays with you way after you leave. Highly Recommend this Establishment
Its a good place to sit and have a cup of coffee and get some work done. Free (secured) wifi is available. The coffee is good, and they're playing classic rock. Music and noise level isn't disruptive. The facility is always well kept and clean, with shelves perfectly stocked and curated. I think they used to serve dine-in coffee in a ceramic mug, but now its all paper unfortunately. Overall, its a great place to stop in whether you just want a grab-and-go cup of joe, or if you need to get work done. We often choose this place to conduct interviews as its fairly neutral and, as mentioned, the noise level is fairly unobtrusive.
I was a huge fan of BRCC when they first opened. I love that there’s something other than Starbucks and I think their coffee tastes smoother and better than Starbucks. However, since they completed their soft opening I feel like they’ve been going down hill. They’ve been out of large hot cups for about 3 weeks, they’ve been giving coffee out in unbranded plain cups with stickers, their coffee is always warm, not hot, and the food is just not very good. This is a picture of the sausage grenade. I took it out of the bag looking like this… I’ve tried the bagels and other breakfast items as well and it just looks like American cheese melted all over a microwaved egg. It really bums me out because I really want to like BRCC better than Starbucks. &like I mentioned, I do believe their coffee flavor is better. But for relatively the same price I’d rather have a large HOT drink and decent food from Starbucks at this point.
The repeated requests at the drive thru for me to give more money is super annoying. No I don't want to donate. No I don't want to tip at a drive thru. No I don't want my already $7 coffee to now cost $10. Come on.
It was my first time trying this location. I was looking for somewhere around me to do work and had free Wi-Fi and found this location. The service was good and the atmosphere was nice, I even gave them a tip when paying for my drink. The place has lots of tables with charging to be able to do work on a laptop inside. It's my first time giving low rating. The reason for me giving two stars is because I got a piece of plastic inside my drink. I got an iced matcha latte and as I was drinking it through the straw I felt something on my tongue that didn't felt right and saw it was a piece of silver plastic. I'm not sure how that ended up and where it came from and after that I didn't want to finish my drink it felt gross.
I’m a Navy veteran so I wanted to support BRCC, but I won’t be back. I’ve never been to an establishment in my life that asks you to your face if you’re going to TIP? It creates a social pressure situation where you feel a sense of guilt or uncomfortableness saying no and turns a polite interaction into an awkward one quick. Even Starbucks in their corporate greed has the mind to at least be discreet about asking for a tip and allow you to decline (or tip) on a keypad. BYE
These people ASK for a tip in the morning, noon and night. Once they have your card and before they give you your paid order, they ask if you want to leave a tip. It is the only reason that stops me from going. No other coffee place FLAT OUT ASKS if the customer wants to leave a tip. I don’t like this because a tip is earned and should never be just asked. They put you on the spot and make you feel burdened to leave a tip. I signed up for rewards and they never remember to add my purchases, like it’s ok. But they never forget to ask you for a tip. I’ve gone here maybe 6 times because the coffee is so good, but I won’t be going back. To answer the question I always tip them.
I love the coffee. I do not appreciate being bombarded for a tip and donating. I am aware there is a way to donate. I do not need you to guilt me into tipping and donating. Let me decide without coercion.
Asked for a plain Cressant and told them my son would not eat it with egg and cheese all over them. They said they could separate it. What they did not say was the sandwich was pre made and frozen so they just heated it up and pulled it apart so it had everything all over it. The coffee was terrible. I have had there coffee for years and it was never this bad. When I poured it out all of the caramel syrup was at the bottom of the cup and it tasted burnt. The manager was not helpful at all and I will never waste my money there again.
