I've eaten here twice the first time was excellent but the second time the chicken wasn't as tender as it was before the second time

Always juicy chicken that always makes me go hmmmm?? How is this chicken so darn juicy? It's one of those conundrums the world may never know. Kinda like how many licks does it take to get to the center of a tootsie pop, only more chickeny.. And without a tootsie roll center, more like bones.

Amazing tenders as expected from Cane's. Much better service and considerably more consistent with food quality than the Cane's off of McPherson.

First visit today. Heard great things about this place. Did not disappoint. Waitress was wonderful. Steaks cooked the way we requested them. All food was great.

I have been to this location 4 times. The young lady at the cash register has waited on me 3 times and has always been outstanding. As I ate I watched her doing everything. Cleaning and wiping tables, running back to wait on the next customer. If I had a business near that store I would pay her whatever it took to steal her away to work for me. It is a pleasure to see someone so young that energetic and dedicated. She enjoyed her job. Sorry but I didn't get her name.

Definitely one of my favorite chicken places.... don't go the the "express" one down the street absolute trash. Sweet tea is always on point and even though I have gotten some dry chicken it few and far in between and 99% of the time it's perfect.

Amazing manager and staff! We got there and they bridged the barrier of language with a phone. Awesome. We any had free drinks and they showed us kindness by helping with food us on our long trip. They are cheerful and kindhearted. Very refreshing! Thank you!

The Canes sauce is so good that it could be it's own food group. Paired with any of their meals, it's like heaven on earth. The staff is nice, the food is good, and this location is usually clean.

Stopped in to grab a fast Father's day lunch today. Not sure why, but 15 minutes after ordering our food hadn't been delivered. Wasn't mad, but went up to the counter to check, and I think they realized I'd been skipped over. The staff got our food out FAST, and the manager came over to apologize. Very professional and the food was awesome. Will definitely eat here again.

Food was extremely fast. Was hot, fresh and tasty. Tenders were good as always, fries were crisp and the Texas toast is great. Sweet tea is also excellent!

It's good just SO expensive for some chicken fingers. I bought the 25 with 10 pieces of TX toast and it was almost $60 and my kids ate it all in like 2.2 seconds. I only get to go here when I'm in a pinch. I know it's busy but in my opinion, it's way to expensive for some fried chicken fingers.

We were driving through and Cane's is always a family favorite. This Cane's was really top notch. Very fast service, hot food, and the best of all true Southern Sweet tea. In the Texas panhandle it's always not quite sweet enough. 100% we will stop in here again.

I love the food here. They do not over bread their chicken fingers, always served fresh and hot. Most other places have the frozen over breaded chicken fingers, and i dont get food from them. Just wish they sold jalapeno peppers.when i want chicken, i go to Raising Canes to eat. Great atmosphere. Really nice staff.

Came through drive up on way to work. The staff was very nice and friendly. I come to get drinks ice tea and water because the water where I work is not good water and no ice. That being said Everytime Brad is at work my food is fresh, hot and the fries are fresh too. He is a great asset to Canes Company always customer first service and with a Smile. It makes me want to stop by on my way to work when I need drinks and food to keep working the long shifts I work. We had a great experience. We had a small issue with a tender and Brad went above and beyond turned the whole experience around. He made my kids happy and made us very happy. Brad we need more of you in the restaurant business. Compassionate and understanding and goes above and beyond. The team behind the counter was also great! My kids said goodbye and they all waved back and were loud saying bye back. My kids loved it. We will be back.

I came here about a day or two ago, and I have to say. The blonde girl Madison, who took my order was just fantastic and Fast Fast Fast!! She took my full order and was patient with any adjustments I wanted changed. Madison is definetly a good one!!! I will be coming again.

I ran in tonight to get my husband and I dinner on my way home from work. Miss Kathy waited on me In a timely manner, she was very friendly and put effort in the customer service. You don’t see that much nowadays. Me being in customer service myself I really appreciate the times that I do get that. Kathy is an asset to y’all.

Absolutely love the taste of the chicken. They have a special dipping sauce also that just blows my mind. They have good size portions to make sure that you are fully filled up from one of their meals. The fries are also very good and they have their toaster that totally rocks. I would recommend this place if you have never had the chance to try it out. Staff has always been friendly and prices are decent

My wife and I stopped here at the recommendation of a friend and we both had the box combo. The chicken fingers were tender, cooked perfectly, and tasted great with honey mustard (Sorry y'all. I just can't do the Cane's sauce). The dining area was clean (bathroom too) and was checked twice while we were there. Definitely will eat here again.

My husband had just finished an appointment with a doctor and he wanted a special treat. We sat down inside canes and enjoyed a meal together. It was a little bit loud in there. The music was a little loud. I probably could have asked them to turn it down, but I really like the atmosphere in there.

From the time we entered to when we left, my family had an amazing experience. Jennifer was patient as we contemplated what to order and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Exceptional food and customer service. Will stop here again when passing through!

Was passing thru for a competition and was 5 hours away from home and getting to eat comfortably here and with such a nice staff was amazing. There was a guy at the front who was just amazingly sweet.

My girlfriend and I came in today just passing through visiting the area and I have to say this is the best Canes location I’ve ever been to. Brad greeted us right when we walked in, was super polite, and just a joy to have conversation with. You can tell he’s very passionate about his job and loves what he does. It’s rare to find employees at fast food establishments that genuinely care about the customers they serve. We really enjoyed our experience. Will definitely come back to this location! i go to this location all the time. One on university to get tailgater for my office. Great food and service I was there yesterday in the drive thru Get the usual six finger caniac combo got home and only 5 tenders and no toast. Also, ordered 3 additional sauces only received 2. Did get the extra cole slaw. Cane's is awesome just disappointed on the multiple quality errors with my last order

Love the large roomy ladies restroom. The restroom floor were a little slippery. Love the customer service each and every time I was there.

I love canes but I feel the fries are often not fresh, and they’re often soggy. I would say this occurs about 40% of the time I get fries.

MAll fried food if your arteries can take it. Good fresh chicken, clean establishment, fast and courteous service reasonable pricing. I would give 5 stars if they served more than fried food.

If you are looking for chicken fingers you will have a hard time finding better. Always hot and great quality. Iced tea is never empty and really good lemonade. Military discount available.

Chicken tendie prices keep going up. 1.85 is too much for a tender if you're also going to charge so much for each cane sauce, include one per x number of tendies so I'm not getting ripped from both ends. Ultimately, it's great chicken, decent service and good sauce. Expensive af though. 12-16$ is easy to spend on one person

Cane's is always good but the chicken at open time was a little soggy in the batter and only one ketchup in the bag with double fries. Still like this place

2023 they raise their prices and they charge $.20 for a regular drink and $.40 for a large drink on top of the combo price and the tenders are getting smaller. After the four most recent visits, I can honestly say the tenders are definitely smaller

I had never been to cane's, my boss orders us food every Sunday. So he said you have to try it, right he was. While I didn't care for their sauce, the chicken was absolutely astonishing. I have only ever cooked chicken this good myself, but to taste it somewhere other than home was quite surprising. I would recommend Cane's to anybody who likes fried chicken, perhaps they will like the sauce. My son sure does, as for this place I can only speak for the one location. But I assume the taste shouldn't change too terribly much, no matter where you visit.

Excellent French fries and chicken fingers

If you enjoy fast food chicken, this is the place to go! Their food is fresh & quite tasty. The roll that is included in The Sandwich Box, makes their chicken sandwich excellent. I'm still fairly new to Raising Cane's yet the 3 different menu choices I've tried this far, makes me highly recommend Raising Cane's. Thanks Dad for bringing me my very first chicken dinner from Raising Cane's!! 😁

The chicken is good. The fries are a little bit dry for my taste. It is good overall, but I just can't justify their prices. Will not be back.

What can I say? My young grandkids love it. We enjoy eating and making conversation inside. It's a good break from driving to eat inthe car. Went to a nearby Dutch castle park. Hot in Benbrook that day! Was able to find some shade while the kids climbed and played all over. Not crowded on the weekday we went. It was an enjoyable time! ✌️❤️🤗

Great option for "fast food". They are very good at fried chicken tenders and fries and stick to that. Easy to decide what to order. Staff seemed well-trained and friendly.

Food was good but they are trying to pawn off a generic brand of diet coke. Not sure why but definitely not serving the real thing.

The drive thru is quick and the menu is straightforward. I will admit that the food looks underwhelming when you first open the togo kid. The quality is good, the chicken chicken is good, the toast and sauce is great.

I've been going to this location for the last year, and it used to be really good quality. But the last few times I've gone, there have been issue with my orders. Forgetting Cole slaw. Not subbing out my cane's sauce for honey mustard. Cold fries. Tea doesn't taste right. I'm not sure what's going on, but I hope it can be improved.

7/10 times it has been better than other similar chicken joints as far as flavor goes. I also enjoy the simplicity of the menu options.

Food is good, but there tenders are ridiculously small, I have small hands and they are literally the size of my thumb which makes it not worth the price. The box combo portion is equivalent to a 5 piece nugget meal for $10.

I am not crazy about their chicken. I understand how popular this place is, but without the sauce, the chicken doesn't hold up on it's own. It is fried but has no crunch and isn't crispy.

My daughter loves this place but I told her after today, we are not going to be eating there anymore. I feel like their tenders have gotten a lot smaller. I got 3-3pc combos and it came out to $33. I don't feel like it is justified at all.

I thought the food was over priced for what you actually get. Newest restaurant in town. Naturally it was busy. Not really sure why the city of Benbrook has allowed or welcomed another chicken place when there is already 3-4 places to get chicken or chicken products within a mile of each other. Competition is still coming because Burger King went out of business and another chicken place is coming in that building.

Once again they have raised the prices. I'm not eating there again food is cold too fries are soft instead of crunchy.

My wife ordered online on their app and I picked it up on our way home from my daughter's soccer practice. When I got home we were missing 2 drinks, 1 of the 2 drinks we did get was wrong and were missing one whole meal. It's not difficult to double check orders if you really care to make sure it is filled correctly. The chicken in the meals we did get was dry as well. If we lived closer I would've gone back and raised cane with the manager!!! Save your money or go somewhere else! We will NEVER be going back to this location!!

We like the food here for what it is and havent ever had any issues, However, the kid in the drive through today (7/16 5pm) was rude and condescending. Disappointed.

For the third time in a row Raising Canes has dropped the ball. I ordered a box combo through the drive through and go home when I open the box they only give me two pieces of chicken or no bread or no slaw and I'll order an extra sauce and not receive it but charge me I'm getting pissed at them one more time and it's over I'm not going back.

I'm not terribly impressed that the manager and employees park in the prime customer parking as well as having the curbside pickup parking taking up this valuable real estate. The music is so loud that you can't have a conversation. Management doesn't seem to take these reviews seriously.

Try hiring employees that have reading skills... Maybe a small amount of "following instructions" I've been to the drive though 3 times and every time something has been wrong and I've had to correct it. It would be great to get my order right the 1st time and be able to drive away with everything I've ordered. THANKS!

This restaurant discriminates against customers with medical exemptions for wearing masks, despite being advised of fines IAW Americans with Disabilities Act, and a $75K fine. The manager refused to take my order and I was forced to place my order while standing outside. I will not eat here again. The "owner" replied to my post (below), and asked that I contact Raising Cane's via phone or a customer contact form. I chose the latter and received the canned response "We will share your feedback with the Restaurant Leadership, so they can follow up, and take the necessary, corrective action." They also requested that I provide my phone number (which I declined), even though they have my email address. I'll continue to update this review as more information is available. Follow-up: no contact from the restaurant, or anyone else purporting to represent this restaurant chain. They tout themselves as supporting freedom and first responders, but this restaurant didn’t get the memo about inalienable rights

Good food. Tried to short a chicken tender on each meal. Forgot every meals cole slaw. Charged us for an extra sauce on every meal. The whole order was taken inside ( not in the drive through)

Not happy at all. Went through drive thru on my lunch break, got all the way back to work to realize everything I ordered was not in my bag. Had to drive back and just asked for a refund seeing as I used up my break with all the driving back and forth and could not wait to have my food remade. The manager rang up my refund only to then inform me he would not do it because I paid in cash. All I wanted was my money back for all the time and trouble spent on trying to eat on my break. I was given a piece of receipt paper with a code on it for a free whatever on it which who knows if I'll ever even use it because I may not return. So now, I'm out of my money, and left with no food and out of gas and time with nothing to show.

01/05/2025 at 4:15 This location has the water bottle as the default when you ask for water. Which is about $3. Even when you specify that you do not want the water bottle they will still charge you for it and give you this cup of tap water without ice. And then ask if you want a refund rather then just not being charged for water bottle. A pure scam to charge for a water bottle in a restaurant.

So I got the 4 piece box combo and asked for extra Cane sauce, which apparently they charge you for extra sauce. $0.40 for an extra small container... cool, most places will add it for free but whatever, no big deal. To go order(taken inside) came out pretty quick. I get home... no extra sauce, no Texas toast. 2nd time this location has left out an item from my order. I let it go the 1st time... this time, you get ONE star!

Consistently the Mgr Samantha serves skimpy cold portions. Barely there fries and most of the time if she is working that position a tender will be missing . Always check your to go orders

Ordered 6 chicken fingers and ALL 6 were about half the normal size! 😡

Substituted the coleslaw for a second sauce. Then ordered a kids meal, which should have come with sauce but didn't. Also, at the window, they asked if I wanted ketchup, which I did. I'm sure you guessed it, I didn't get my ketchup. Terrible service.

Great food,but if you have a young daughter dont come to this restaurant,they have a creepy man in front counter that loves to stare at them and they refuse to do anything about it when i complained abt him

Idk it was such a weird experience. Could barely hear the guy who I was ordering with. It was such a weird environment but the worst part is I went to go wash my hands and it smelled like such a strong smell of urine when I walked towards the women’s restroom. I’m guessing it’s coming from the men’s, but gosh it was rough

The lady at the front working night shift was not hospitable at all. No greeting or welcome in. Just straight to “what do you want” “She was yelling the entire time to us but spoke normally to her coworkers. She was very curt with us and rushing us even though there was no one else here. She then started aggressively cleaning the dining room and dragging chairs loudly and slamming them around. Food was good although was missing 2 items. I would not come back as she made the experience very uncomfortable could not enjoy conversation there at all she mad it very clear that we were inconveniencing her although arriving 4 hours before close. Bathrooms had no toilet paper.

My wife ask for crispy fries and when we got the order you could obviously see they was not any more cooked then mine. I ask the manager if I am not ordering them right or what I need to say differently and I was told it’s their policy to only cook them additional 30 seconds. So I am paying my money for something I way and they are telling me I can’t have it my way because it’s their policy. Cane’s need to do better.

I absolutely enjoy Canes! But coming to this location and giving it multiple chances on getting it right has really been disappointing. Although I live in the area, I drive to another location because it’s been 3x they didn’t make my order right. One at which was for a party I hosted. First time my order was messed up, I ordered a Box Combo with a sweet tea. The order was handed to me and by the time I got home and tasted the tea, it was unsweetened tea. Didn’t bother driving back. Second time was for the party I was attending. I ordered the 50 Finger Tailgate with 5 orders of fries. As I unload the bags at the party, there were no fries!!!! Having to be far away from the restaurant I decided to fill out the survey online but never heard back. Third time was just for myself. A basic box combo with a sweet tea and no coleslaw but extra fries. As I get home again, my drink ended up being unsweetened and then there was coleslaw with so little fries. Not sure what is going on with this location, but I do not recommend coming here.
