Judith is amazing! What a display of good management! What I witnessed today was so cool , not only was the food awesome, but the care and concern for others was through the roof! I hope upper management realizes the badass team they have working for them . Great Job everyone works greatest sandwich!
At the age of 71 I've experienced a number of submarines in my life. Jersey Mike's by far the best I've had in Texas. I got a number 13 regular for lunch and a number 5 regular for dinner. JM is the best?

This older lady working their went and picked me a table which I ok'd. I was walking with my cane, no need to hurry. But she was nice and placed my sandwich, extra napkins on table. All of the Staff were very Friendly. I'LL LOOK FORWARD TO GOING AGAIN. 1-17-25
Corporate should take note of the level of service and positive attitude unique to this location. Greeted by 6 big smiles, how’s your day, what do you do for work, etc… they rotate and communicate responsibilities and it’s the best well oiled machine I’ve ever seen. Absolutely excellent. First class operation and leadership individually and collectively.
Jersey Mike's Subs at 9475 Benbrook Blvd, Benbrook, TX 76126 was a great experience we are staying in Benbrook while I finish a job in Fort Worth and this place may be small but they know what they are doing, fantastic subs, we have got our order to go a couple times because it is usually pretty full but no complaints. The staff working both times we have been here was great very helpful and very nice, place was very clean. No long waits on food, we will be back!!!
* EDIT* Our last two visits the bread has been tough. This last time we gave up on the top piece and ate what we had in open face sandwich style. Due to this we will be trying other places I guess. We love Jersy Mike's. My father and I hit this one at least once a week. Staff is always pleasant, the shop is clean and service and good is very good. It reminds me of a deli I used to go to back up in NY.
Love this place and so will you Excellent every time
The sub was fresh, with high-quality ingredients and a perfect balance of flavors. I tried their famous Philly cheesesteak sub, and it was packed with tender beef, melted cheese, and sautéed onions. The bread was soft yet sturdy, holding everything together nicely. The service was quick, and the staff was friendly. It’s a solid choice for a satisfying sandwich, and I’ll definitely be returning for more!

I finally got a chance to stop by the new location. The place was nice and clean, staff friendly. I will say it was freezing in there. This is common for establishments in Texas to freeze the place. Just make it comfortable. The food was great! I love how they slice everything fresh. I’m glad we got this cause our subway is a joke and I’ll never go there again. Anyway, come on and try it out. I think you will like it. See you again soon.

I’ve been a couple other times and the food was delicious but the individual that checks you out was still not very friendly and very hard to hear or understand due to it talking very softly and while facing away from you.

Update the google hours. It says y’all close at 10pm. Came at 9:15pm and you guys said you are closed, which is cool. Just update the website so I don’t drive all the way over for nothing. Thank you !

3 stars only because you literally break the bank on a sandwich that’s good yeah, but $17 for a sandwich with no chips or drink is crazyyy
Can’t get order right again. This will be the 2nd time in 2 months. Don’t order online is you want your sandwich to be the way you ordered it.
I get takeout food from here probably once a month, but the last 3 or 4 times my order hasn't been correct. It doesn't matter the people, time, or day that I have gone in. Every time I get two sandwiches. #5 no oil add cherry relish and a turkey sandwich Mike's way. I have been going to Jersey mikes for 15 years and this is the only location that has messed up sandwiches as often as they have.

Don’t waste your time typing notes for your online order as order preparers most definitely will not comply with your request. $12 spent for a sad, skimpy bowl. I had to add vinegar and additional pickles at home. The Jersey Mike’s off Camp Bowie runs circles around this location.
Let me start off by saying I love Jersey Mike's food. They always have good quality food. I frequent here a lot. However after my visit on Wednesday May 8th, I think I'll be driving that extra to go to another location. While I was there I witnessed who I now know is the General Manager hollering at another employee about leaving early. Don't get me wrong I completely understand that there will be times that an employee may need to be talked to about their performance. I get that but to holler at your employee in front of customers is very unprofessional. Heck I was embarrassed myself for the employee, so I can only imagine how that employee felt being hollered at in front of customers. Being a General Manager you should be setting an example for your employees and if this is the example this woman wants to set then she should be replaced. A person should not be subjected to that kind of humiliation just to feed your ego. That was a conversation that should have been done in private. I was planning on dining in that day like I usually do but took my food to go. It saddens me because I was so happy to have a Jersey Mike's close to me however I will be sure not to eat there when this lady is present, I will drive the extra mile to go elsewhere. Jersey Mike's yall need to do better on the ppl yall choose to hire.
I will never go back to this Jersey mikes they are trash . I ordered my food on the app. I was in the store for 15 minutes they made sure everyone that came in AFTER ME got their food . Their was an older white man that came in looking for his food and lady with the glasses offered him something to drink but I’ve been standing their for 15 mins and didn’t not get the same positive interaction . If I could give them zero stars I would . The lunch team that was there on 02/20 between 11-1230 are trash and the lady with the glasses is super trash
1 Star Just because It Only Takes 1 Person to Ruin the Experience: My wife and I visited the Jersey Mike’s Subs in Benbrook tonight, Tuesday, February 3rd, around 8:30 PM. We’re both in the service industry, so we’re very mindful about going into places close to closing time. This location closes at 9:00 PM, and we even paused before walking in, debating whether it was fair to the staff. Ultimately, we decided it was still within business hours and went in. There were two gentlemen working who were polite, professional, and welcoming. They took our order without any attitude and started preparing our food right away. Honestly, their service was exactly what you’d hope for—calm, respectful, and professional. Credit where credit is due. Unfortunately, the experience was completely overshadowed by the behavior of another employee. A young woman who was mopping the floor visibly changed her expression when she saw us come in, clearly annoyed that customers had walked in before closing. She then went into the restroom. When she came back out, she immediately jumped into food prep—handling sandwich paper and bread without gloves after being in the restroom and touching her hair and hat. My wife politely asked her to change gloves due to basic food safety and hygiene. While she complied, her body language and attitude made it very clear she was unhappy about being asked to follow basic sanitation standards. No customer should feel uncomfortable for expecting safe food handling. We considered asking for the sandwich to be remade or walking out altogether, but given the time and the situation, we decided to let it go and not escalate it in the moment. That said, after we paid and got into our car parked directly in front of the store, we could see the same employee in the back area visibly upset and reacting dramatically, while the two gentlemen were laughing with her. Let me be clear: we fully understand how exhausting service industry work can be. We’ve both lived it. We know what it feels like when you’re close to closing and just want to go home. But that never excuses poor hygiene practices, unprofessional behavior, or making customers feel like an inconvenience for simply walking in during posted business hours. There are no “nasty places”—only nasty attitudes that make places feel unwelcoming. Employees like this don’t just affect one interaction; they drive customers away entirely. Unfortunately, because of this experience, we won’t be returning. This location has potential, and the two gentlemen working tonight represented the brand well. Management should seriously address the attitude and food safety standards of the other employee, because one bad interaction can undo the effort of the entire team.
