Very pleased! Food is cooked perfectly, tastes great, service is customer oriented and carried out with a smile. We live 30 miles from this location so we ordered Xtra to take home for later. My son said to me" Mom he is so happy! He really likes his job. To bad other places weren't like Burger Street". Awesome!!!

I came up there on foot on July 26 2022 ticket #03-7983 hot, hungry and thirsty for a good burger combo. Marco and the ladies working there with him DELIVERED! got my food out as fast as possible make sure I had everything I needed and everything was correct. The food was great, customer service great! Just love the fresh cooked burgers from here! The vegetables on them are always fresh and top notch. Unlike most burger places, when you get your burger here, it does NOT look like it was slung together by some employee that does not take pride in their job or customers. Seriously, the gentlemen and ladies that work here are top notch folk and have always greeted me with a smile that made me feel like I was getting a burger from a friend or family member off the backyard grill. If you have not tried this place yet, quit lookin for somewhere else to go get food and stop in here to enjoy an excellent burger and quality customer service! As for the employees and owner, keep on rockin with what you do! Stopped by cause my wife and I were hungry...I was very surprised at how good this place is. Like legit awesome burger. Bacon was cooked perfectly, the toppings were fresh, and the burger was seasoned right and huge. Well worth it. They also do a military discount, so that's even more awesome.

This place amazes me with their fresh burgers and dogs. Always good but you can't tell from looking at the outside. The staff is very nice. Small menu of items, but its all good. The dine in area is small, most people use the drive through. There are tables outside too. The parking lot is convenient, but shaped oddly so watch your bumpers when backing. Try the Olive Burger with a Diet Dr. Pepper.

I loved the burger from here. I got a double cheeseburger, and it was almost too big! It was tasty with a great flavor and it came with delicious curly fries but you can get tots if you want. I highly recommend this place. It had indoor and a nice outdoor area as well. Drive through was fast and my order was completely right.

There aren’t many Burger Streets around. I grew up on the west side of Fort Worth and I frequent this one to this day. I actually worked at the camp Bowie location for about a week. I guess I wasn’t destined for grill greatness lol. Nevertheless the food is delicious and always fresh. My only complaint is the prices have definitely sky rocket compared to the mid 90s.

The food was excellent, hot and fresh. The young woman who took my order was professional and friendly throughout the process from order to payment. The older woman who handed me my food was, too. She also asked me to wait a bit to eat my apple pie as it was still too hot to safely eat. I will definitely return here for more great burgers and service.

When I went there the inside was closed I did not ask why but I was getting food to go anyway so no harm no foul. Got a double meat bacon burger and it was awesome. I usually have to season my patties but I didn't this time. Great flavor for a great burger. It definitely hit the spot. I'm not a fan of curly fries, yet again pleasantly surprised. From the call in to picking up my food the service was awesome. I will definitely be going back to visit so that I can add some photos. You wouldn't know from the outside but there is a space with spacious booths to dine in. Prices are somewhat high but well worth it. You might spend more time than you want in the drive thru but be patient! Food is made fresh when you order. If you havent tried the Pineapple shake, its delicious!!! They even have shaded tables outside to eat and enjoy the fresh air

I stopped here while I was working and absolutely loved this place. It's a small little building on a busy street that is easy to miss. Be sure to keep your eyes peeled for this place. Once you order be ready for a treat. The burger was fantastic and the tea was great as well. The curly fries were a bit undercooked for my liking. I prefer them to have a little crunch. E sure to stop by and give them a try, I know I will.

Burgers were excellent. Made fresh while you wait. Several picnic type tables outside to eat at, but this is purely a drive thru burger place. Service was friendly, prices were fair. I’ve had better fries and unsweetened ice tea, but the burgers were huge and had great flavor. Would go here again as I suspect the quality of food will remain the same.

Amazing burger!! The wait was a little long but well worth it especially since it was just 2 people working. The lady at the window taking the orders was one of the sweetest people I've met and so nice. Honestly felt like a loving mom was taking your order.

We really love Burger Street, and this location never has never let us down. The service is always friendly and the food is always hot and fresh! That said, Burger Street is not as fast as other 'fast food' places because they do not make it until you order it, and they run a small ship. To us, the wait is worth it for higher quality food and service. The atmosphere reading of 4 stars is simply because there's not a lot of seating here. Burger Street is typically a grab n go place, but they do have a very small indoor seating area and some outdoor seating for when the weather is nice. Other than that, the location has looked clean and does not have any bad odors when we are there. Overall, I highly recommend Burger Street, and this location specifically, to anyone. If you like a good Burger and fries (curly) they will not disappoint!

What Whataburger?? This place far exceeds the expectations of a homemade burger!! The last bite is as good as the first...unlike Whataburger that turns to "water" half way in because of the mayo! And the veggies....oh my! Romaine lettuce, juicy tomatoes and red onion! We ate here 3 days ago and the burger was so HOT it was hard to hold. Came back tonight and got it to go. My husband said he just hopes it is as good as the first time...yes it was. And their motto is to make the best burger EVERY TIME. Thank you Texas Street! You made our trip to Fort Worth a liitle better. Now open a location in TYLER!! :)

They just came put with this new cheese green chili tater tot! Had their version of a Russian Burger (Green Olive, cheese, meat, mustard) was to dye for, a must! Finally a sweet tea that is Texas style, and sooo good! Go here, go hete often, great foid! Reasonably priced.

This little place has delicious hamburgers, drinks and shakes. There is not much on the inside as far as seating, but they have an outdoor seating area. It is a mainly I grab and go great burger place.

One of the better fast food places on the area. Food tastes freshly made and the employees are friendly! Great job!

Best Burger 🍔 my wife have ever tried here in Fort Worth area on Camp Bowie Rd. I ordered the Double burger, double Cheese, with bacon 🥓. I had the combo with Tater tots, with a side of sweet potatoes 🍠 fries. Large unsweetened ice tea & a Pineapple 🍍 shake, & apple 🍎 pie. Burger 🍔 was Cooked to order, moist, tender & Delicioso. Staff very helpful, courteous, kind, and knowledgeable of their products. I will definitely come back to Burger Street when coming back in town.

Great burger. The patties are huge. I got the double cheese and should have gotten a single patty. My tatter tots where HOT! Everything stayed warm on my 13 minute drive home. My soda did seem to be watered down and it did take a while. But good quality food. Will go back but ill get tea.

What's not to love about Burger Street! Thick, delicious patties, awesome seasoned curly fries, and home tasting lemonade. Also, their tea always taste fresh (very important for me as a tea drinker) and most importantly...always friendly and helpful customer service. I would definitely continue to put this on/near the top of my fast food cheat day list!

Our first time there and the burgers are mouth watering deliciousness! I was so hungry, I had the double cheeseburger and chili cheese fries and let me say I couldn't finish it. The patties meats are big and thick! I took the rest home. I recommend eating that when starving..lol! The restaurant was clean but looks a little outdated but over all the employees were great and we'll definitely come back again!

First time visit... good customer service, delicious food, great portions for a fair price and will be going back. I've heard that the quality and quantity vary by locations so I'll probably stay at Camp Bowie location. Loved the red onions on my bacon cheese burger. Surprised by the shredded lettuce on a burger but it was fresh and not wilted or soggy. Plus it wasn't dripping in grease. This visit I had the curly fries but was informed they have Sweet Potato fries my favorite so next visit have to order. Overall don't let the quaint small appearance fool you, this tiny front has a long menu and lots of seating ... I suggest you join the masses and enjoy anything from the menu.

They serve a good burger. The meat has a good flavor and the lettuce, tomato, and onion seemed fresh. The curly fries are pretty good. The biggest negative is the price. It is fairly pricey for a fast food burger. A combo is a minimum of about $10 and a burger by itself is about $8. The service was friendly, but it was a little slow.

First time trying this place. It was ok. The staff was super friendly and made several suggestions. I Loved the curly fries. The burger was good but salty. I'll just ask for light or no salt next time. If you like SWEET tea this is the spot for you. Didn't lack sugar At All lol. I'll go back. The menu has a variety of things to try!!

Overall the burgers tasted great and fries were hot. Only food complaint i have is mine was supposed to have no ketchup no mustard and it had both and mayo. Hubby's was add bacon but they didn't add it. As far as atmosphere...it really needs help. The booth seats are all tore and it's just dark in there. I would go back but take to go next te if I did.

Too expensive for what it is, nothing special or different about their burgers. They took so long for my order 20min. That the milkshakes started to melt. ( 4 burgers)onion rings were at the bottom of the bag, saggy and squished.

The Cashier was super friendly! The food was not the best this day. My burger was pink in the middle, the vegetables were not what I asked for and my fries were horribly stale. I did not discover the state of my meal until I got all the way home. Too far to drive back for correction. Going forward, I will make a point to carefully check my order before leaving the premises, irregardless of where I am purchasing.

Used to love their food. Drive through took 50... FIFTY minutes. No exaggeration. They were very nice and I try to think how I'd feel in their situation. I'm sure short staffed... but from other reviews seems they've had this issue for a while. I have no life right now so I didn't mind the wait but normally I'd pretty mad. Especially because once someone is behind you in the Drive-Thru there's no possible way of leaving. Food was not worth the almost 1 hour wait. Super disappointed.

You can't beat a good burger street burger! I wasn't very pleased with the service though. I clearly stated what I wanted with my order. When I got my order it was completely wrong. When I spoke to the person that took my order they said I wasn't clear enough. So they pretty much just gave me what they felt like making.

I hadn't been there in a long time. Decided to stop in for dinner. The employees were all so nice, professional, and helpful. However, my complaint is with the cleanliness of the restaurant. The eating area used to be so neat and clean. Was a nice atmosphere. The tile and flooring is nice but I noticed that the walls had spills that had run down and dried on it. The tables were clean but the salt, pepper, and condiment holders looked dingy and dirty. The seating was ok but the window seals next to them looked dingy. The little bar area to the back of the seating area looked dirty because the stools and chrome bottoms were dirty and rusty looking. I had to go to the ladies room. Again the tile and flooring are nice enough but the toilet seat doesn't fit the toilet. The toilet was dirty inside. The sink looked like it didn't fit. The water faucet looked old and dingy and the sink didn't even look clean. No paper towels, and the hand dryer doesn't work. The trash can which is aluminum, looked dirty with something all over the sides. There were napkins all over the top instead of in the can. Probably because it looks so nasty that no one wants to get close enough to it to even step on the lid opener. The front counter was neat but the napkin holders, etc looks like it hadn't been wiped down in months. All this makes me have 2nd thoughts about the cleanliness of the food and prep areas. Don't think I'll be going back any time soon.

This is one of few locations left, and they have truly fallen off. The burgers are usually really good and seasoned well, but here lately they've been extremely salty. And the fries, or should I say the lack of fries because you only get 5-6 in a bag. Yeah, they have really fallen off.

It's dirty, so bad I contacted the health department. If you go look inside the kitchen. Look up, cobwebs and filth, not clean. It's a shame cause I love me an olive burger, and only they can do one. The best burger by far. Place is scary.

Basically a whataburger clone as far as the burgers go, except the bread sucks and falls apart, and the meat is jucier... NOT worth upgrading to a large combo because all they upgrade is the drink. The amount of fries I got for a large was abysmal.... if you like sweet potato fries these are extremely bland. Service was good.

Went to this location because I wanted to try the food. The food was made fresh and was very good. However, customer service was awful. Only 2 workers during lunch hours. The lady (no name tag) taking the orders was very rude and seemed as if she didn't want to be there. I chose to eat in the restaurant. I asked if I could have some ketchup packets, and she referred me to use the ketchup bottle on a table. I told her no cheese and no onion, and of course, my burger had onions on it. Horrible customer service! Eating out is a two part service that a consumer should receive for spending their money with the business. Great food and should be great customer service. First and last time, I will spend my money here.

This place is DISGUSTING. Me and my husband went here just earlier & the grilled sandwich had a funky after taste as if the grill wasn’t cleaned. & the chicken tenders tasted old. The sweet tea also tasted old. We will never go back.

Basic burger. Tastes like a sonic burger would for 3 times the price. Bacon on the burger were 2 small pieces, not even 2 inches long. Not what I would consider enough for a bacon burger. Also, got the order wrong, I should have checked before I drove off so that's a little on me. Staff was friendly, but $28 for 2 burgers fries and drinks is outrageous for the quality. Will not go back again.

Ive been coming here for lunch at least once a week for months neverr has it took 25 to get one burger especially with 2 cars in line the lady who took my order barely spoke English and was hard to understand my order came completely wrong I wasn’t getting back in that “line”

They had my mother order wrong, she said a number 3 DRY with only lettuce and tomato only and they didn't order it right it had bacon and cheese only which wasn't her order so one star.

Went in for lunch. The lady taking the orders had boogers in her nose. I should of walked out then. We got our burgers. Mine was supposed to be mustard. But no. It had mustard ketchup and mayo. Then someone from the kitchen went to the bathroom and was puking. We walked out.. Ppl BEWARE. 😵

What happened to the meat here?! It doesn’t taste right, like old meat. Like it already took a turn, I can’t ever eat here again and I LOVE the homemade taste of their burgers. Enough to make me say I never want Burger Street again.

I placed a pick up order through Uber and my husband went to pick it up. He called me and asked me to verify the address because there was a sign on the door saying they were closed but the neon open sign was on. My husband went around and no one answered the drive thru and he had to honk at the window because he could see someone in there and see our order sitting there. He got it and got home. My tater tots were missing and my burger was wrong. The onion rings were bland. At least my parents' orders were right, though. I just don't recommend this location.

The food is really good but the service sucks. They don't seem to understand that a combo comes with a drink and fries. They also can't seem to tell the difference between 20oz and 44oz and will give you the smaller drink even though you paid for the larger. If you try to call the number listed, you get sent to a voicemail box for Adriana Gutierrez. No return calls from voicemail left and no one ever answers.

So I absolutely enjoy burger street and it took me a few weeks to decide to put up my review because this was an upset visit. I ordered a combo burger with bacon well my fries were very cold and tasted like they were double cooked so they seemed hot I was disappointed because usually the food is fresh and great. The burger had a funny smell at first I thought it was the bacon so I smelled the side that had no bacon and it still had a funny smell the burger was spoiled. If I was not at work already I would have taken it back needless to say this was a disappointing visit. I put this review up to say people check your food because you never know what you will get and we wonder why we get sick from eating fast food because some restaurants serve food they should not be serving.

Ordered food here and all orders were incorrect. The wait was about 15-20min in itself (drivethru). I requested all items plain and dry (for kids), and after driving home found out they were not as i ordered. If you have kids you know they’ll complain about the mustard taste or pickle taste even after you remove them… so all in all the meals were a waste. The kids refused to eat them, and out of all 3 only half of one sandwich was eaten. Waste of $35 . Highly disappointed.

I had went to burger street on camp bowie Last night been here for years. when I went to the drive thru cause the front lobby was closed. The oder taker didn't understand what I was saying. I kept ordering a #2 with no onions and I had to repeat myself 3 times. Just to hear all the workers laugh at me and kept saying que?? I guess they forgot the headsets were still on. When I drove up the back door was open and they were all playing. Im very PO cause not only were they playing and couldnt hear me, but my whole order was incorrect. I was literally the only person in line when I arrived for a chili cheese hot dog, 20 mins in line to get a hot dog with a slice of cheese that wasn't melted chili and mustard.

Went to this location paid cash the cashier tried to short me $5.00 then I had to wait up to 10 min only for a microwave burger and refried French fries. That's horrible. I didn't act as if I was in a rush so I'm not sure why I received food like that.

Born and raised fort worth Texas my family and I have eaten here countless times and never had an issue but yesterday my wife and I were out and about decided to grab a buger and well this time both of us got sick the burger tasteed like an old meat mix tried to take them back in but the door was locked and the driver thru was packed I spent 40. Dollars and some change for two combo meals and one onion ring and a bowl of chilli Fry's , onion rings and chilli was good how ever the Frito chips that came with the chilli was already opened and the two bacon burgers were awful I felt like I got robbed and now both my wife and I are sick like food poisoning I'm not sure if the owner has changed or just supplier but who ever is cooking might want to try their stuff out before serving to paying customers !!!! Tried calling the phone number listed but got no answer .

Horrible experience. Wife attempted to pick up an order placed online, but was told someone else got it. The establishment refused to replace our order because it was a "big" order (a meal for 2 adults, 2 children), and the drive thru worker was rude. Asked to speak to the manager to help resolve this, but was told they were off until tomorrow. Whenever the drive thru worker went back inside to "check for the order and look around", my wife could hear laughing and people joking around in the kitchen. The email notification also shows that the order was never picked up, so it almost seems as if it was stolen by the workers while we're stuck trying to fight them & DoorDash (one of the two applicable apps to place an order here) for a refund. Will never order again. Enjoy!

Been eating Burger Street for years - bought 2 cheeseburger combo meals that cost me $33. I take a sip of my Dr Pepper and it taste like straight up sweet syrup and no carbonation. I get my food home and start eating and realize something’s not quite right with the burger. It had a hint of fishy taste to it!! The curly fries were overcooked and had no flavor. I asked for a lot of ketchup and they only gave me 3. So disgusted and disappointed in this establishment’s food. Just a couple months ago I was bragging on this place and how it was the best burger I’ve ever ate. I don’t know what happened but they will never get my business again.
