This place was spectacular. Was looking for vegan food in the area and found this, thought I'd try it as the reviews were so good. It didn't disappoint. Very busy but tge friendly guy on the front desk said he could fit me in. The service was quick and the food was out of this world. Finding vegan food that is good can be difficult but I think this is the best I have tried so far. I love eating and not causing any harm or suffering. Grazie ristorante mexicali. Highly recommend.
Nice Mexican restaurant with friendly staff. Mexican food options are a bit limited, many Mexican dishes are not on the menu, but still, great option for a night out in Bergamo.

Friendly staff, really chilly, spicy and tasty Mexican food, combined with a good variety of beer and other alcoholic drinks. Visited 2 times. In mid week, it was almost full, on Saturday evening it was full but they found table for us bit later (it was worth to wait). We liked everything we tried: Burrito, tacos, chimichunga, fajitas, guacamole.
Great service, cool atmosphere and the food was delicious! We had guacamole, fish tacos, carnitas burrito and carne asado. The Tommy margaritas were great. The churros were made fresh. The flan was a crème brûlée served flambé at the table. The mexicale coffee was beautiful and tasted great.

This was my first big trip to Bergamo. Being really hungry I found this place with my fiance (it was really close to our hotel and we didn't made a prior reservation). Every dish and beverage was AMAZING: tasty, aromatic and classy. I highly recommend shrimp & pork fajtas they are served with tortillas. Sangria was delicious - perfect. I had espresso and mojito sorbet ice cream - the best dessert in my life yet. There are VEGAN options if you like. Ohh and the service - waiters and waitresses really nice and professional people. I'll definitely bring my friends over!

Great food. My medium rare steak was cooked to perfect pink inside. My husband likes his Mexicali Pallea too. Also very happy with the dessert and Mexicali coffee. Staffs are friendly.

I love Mexican food and I have lived for a while in Mexico. These Tacos tasted quite nice but not at all like real Mexican Tacos Al Pastor that they were supposed to be. The meat and spices were different, and I could hardly find a pineapple in it - as if they had run out of pineapples - and lime. If you know Mexico at all, you would know that lime is a big deal over there. To the rather expensive meal there was just a tiny slice of a lime with it. That could have been better.

They do not pay attention and do not care about allergies. I received several products in my dishes that I had explicitly requested to be pasteurized, yet my request was ignored. Even though I decided to remove the sour cream — as the waitress could not give me accurate information, I didn’t want to take the risk for my baby, so I decided not to have it on my dish. The next thing I noticed was cheese on the starter (nachos), which was not shown in the menu picture, and my main dish was served with mayonnaise, which is often prepared with raw eggs. They must take allergies more seriously, this is a matter of life and death, not just a preference or a wish to be spoiled as a costumer. Overall food was tasteless, lack of authentic latinamerican flavors.
