La mia esperienza in questo bar è positiva e non è una recensione inventata (del resto, potrebbero essere inventate anche quelle negative e non si capisce perché quelle dovrebbero essere le uniche giuste). Lo frequento da tempo e mi sono sempre trovato bene, sia come qualità dei prodotti che come servizio offerto dal personale. La "signora sulla sessantina", che credo abbia meno anni e comunque non si capisce perché deve essere etichettata in questo modo, è sempre stata gentile con me e con altre persone di mia conoscenza che sono passate dal bar. Non sono qui tutto il giorno e non posso giudicare il resto dei comportamenti. Io ho trovato gentilezza perché sono a mia volta una persona gentile. C'è invece una maleducazione in giro che a volte purtroppo rischia di fare venire i nervi e magari è successo questo. Chi fa recensioni negative, pensi prima a come si pongono i clienti, non solo in questo bar ma in generale. Rispetto genera rispetto!

If you want a truly good breakfast, stop by this place, not the other one inside the gallery—you can't miss it! Excellent breakfasts, always freshly baked French-style and filled with filling. The staff is generally polite, if a bit chaotic. The atmosphere is well-kept and clean. I've been coming here for years but I'd never posted anything...top prices! The lunches are also worth trying; since the last management change, everything has been top-notch. Reviews: 1) Please, turn on the lamps in the winter; if you don't have them, the owners should buy them. 2) I beg you, put the old cream filling back in!!

We used to go to this cafe a lot. Because it has the best "Brioche" filled with cream. A few days ago we went there again, it was still good but before you put more cream in it, please make it like that again :)

The bar is quite spacious inside, well-decorated, and renovated, with good hygiene standards. I ordered a couple of croissants and a few hot drinks (two cappuccinos and a latte). The quality of the products is very good; you can tell they're not the typical frozen croissants before serving them to customers. The staff is quite friendly and helpful, and they use good anti-COVID hygiene methods. The prices are good and in line with the products sold. Overall, I was very satisfied with this place. Highly recommended.

Sono passato con mia figlia a mangiare un boccone dopo aver fatto la spesa alla Lidl, abbiamo preso un panino di segale e uno normale. Dopo aver ordinato da bere, precisamente un'estate al limone e una coca, abbiamo chiesto alla signora un po' più anziana se potesse gentilmente scaldarceli ma ci è stato detto (successivamente) che per scaldarli c'era un supplemento di 70 centesimi per panino. Non è per €1,40..però doveva dirlo subito, sono rimasto male.

Vengo in questo locale da quasi tre anni e mi sono sempre trovato bene con tutte le ragazze che mi hanno servito, tutte piuttosto giovani. Settimana scorsa sono passato verso le 9.30 con mia madre per fare colazione dopo aver fatto gli esami del sangue in ospedale, ho ordinato due cappuccini e due brioches, ho chiesto EDUCATAMENTE quali gusti ci fossero alla barista, una donna sui 55-60 anni e la sua risposta è stata: "ci sono quelle che vede signora, se vuole una scelta più ampia c'è il bar anche dentro". Ho preso solo i cappucci e per i cornetti siamo entrati nel supermercato. Mentre uscivamo continuava a ravanare dentro l'orecchio e nel frattempo riempiva i fazzoletti del tavolo alto vicino all'entrata, capisco che le cose gravi nella vita siano altre ma vedere questa scena mi ha bloccato lo stomaco.

La signora sulla sessantina che parla molto male di tutti gli extracomunitari che frequentano il bar sputa nel piatto dove mangia. Ogni persona, dal momento che paga ed è educata, deve avere il diritto di bere o mangiare in qualsiasi locale voglia senza sentirsi giudicata a propria insaputa. Sentirsi in dovere di essere al di sopra di tutti i clienti solo perché sei dietro un bancone di un bar è una grande caduta di stile, se lavorasse nel bar della Conad non durerebbe 45 secondi.

Buonasera,sono una cliente che va tutti i giorni in questo bar, spendo quasi 50€ eppure ogni volta che chiedo un tramezzino perché vengo dal lavoro diretto mi dicono che non c’è il tonno e in particolare quando si trova una barista che si chiama Daniela, o perché non ha voglia di fare o perché non c’è l’hanno veramente ma una cliente come me che viene frequentemente almeno un tramezzino… vengo sempre al pomeriggio e con tutte le altre ragazze non succede mai anzi…

Dopo aver letto le recensioni, soprattutto le ultime palesemente false nei confronti della cameriera con i capelli rosa dove viene elogiata, posso confermare come tutte le altre persone che hanno scritto che è di una maleducazione e di una rozzezza mai vista. Mi ha risposto malissimo, continuava a dire parolacce e a parlare male della proprietaria del locale, dicendo che la qualità del cibo non è buona e che solo un determinato prodotto (dei pasticcini specifici) sono buoni perchè non di produzione loro. Queste cose davanti ai clienti non si dicono e non si fanno, e se ti devi lamentare del tuo capo lo fai in privato.

That lady of a certain age is arrogant and grumpy and thinks she's the boss of the world, she serves with little will. I had two cappuccinos last week and plenty of foam and no milk and to not add even the milk it was cold... I've never seen anything more horrible than this bar compared to 0 don't go there if you don't want to argue with a brainless person

Working diligently, without neglecting the customer, was the order of the day at this bar. For about a year, especially in the mornings, there has been outrageous rudeness. A woman who was supposed to be a role model for her colleagues transformed the atmosphere, spreading a wave of ignorance. Not even a seedy village bar has this kind of attitude, not to mention the former staff who didn't deserve to be let go in the face of this bizarre, even visually bizarre, individual.

I'm returning to Bergamo after five months and was hoping to find the same atmosphere as last spring: a clean-shaven, heavily tattooed guy and a long-haired girl dressed in black, a combination that enjoyed all my company, especially my daughter Erika when I came alone with her for toast and a soy cappuccino. Nostalgia aside, when I asked if it was possible to turn the music down a bit, I was told that the volume was regulated by the mall; I felt like I was being mocked.

I have been frequenting this bar for about 7/8 years for the weekly coffee after shopping and I regret to say that now it has reached a really low quality level, endless waits for a quick coffee at the counter and very low overall quality. The waitress / barista is a few years older and is quite rude and definitely not suited for this job, even the other young guys don't have enough experience to manage the customers properly... I remember when a few years ago there was the girl with red hair and a partial shave, I think her name is Ely (if you're reading this, you were number one), she was the best and traveled like a train serving and cashing in alone, perfect coffees, cappuccinos to perfection and zero waiting time... now it has become necessary to wait at least 10/15 minutes which for a quick coffee at the counter is an unbearable time to wait. It takes half an hour to do the shopping and a quarter of an hour to drink the coffee afterwards. Hire a serious and competent barista and leave a permanent person also young man at the checkout, at least during rush hour!

It's difficult to review a bar where I spent seven years of my life with so many different people. I've seen many employees and just as many managements, but such repeated rudeness has never occurred before. An elderly woman who thinks she owns the bar and denigrates non-Italians is heartbreaking, and these incidents, unfortunately, were not isolated incidents. Sometimes, hair dye should be put aside for psychotherapy to try to combat issues that should never be vomited on customers. Goodbye.

I met Francesca Mamoli at a conference on cosmetic surgery, and we found ourselves talking about this bar. It's always been a meeting point for our friends, but about 10 months ago, with the arrival of a woman with very faded red hair, the atmosphere became unbearable. Rudeness, as is often the case among very young people, unfortunately doesn't apply here. The younger women are kind and professional, but she's anything but. It's a shame her superiors don't notice, having been forced to change bars because of her presence.

Today, August 15, 2025, I came to have breakfast with my family. When I ordered, the girl kept laughing at me, along with her colleague, telling me to calm down, but that's beside the point. Besides the fact that we waited a long time because they delivered things in installments, after my husband complained, tempers flared. The girl I gave the order to THREATENED ME, TELL ME THAT IF I HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH HER, SHE'D WAIT FOR ME OUTSIDE. She did all this while coming face-to-face with me and making my son cry. We left what they'd brought us before, which was not everything, and left, €15.40 down the toilet. Let's teach good manners before working, and if you don't feel like working on August 15, stay home. You have to know how to work with people.
