I’ve heard so much about this place I needed to check it out for myself ! I came here to celebrate my birthday and I would love to start off on how coming in to Ricardo’s the vibes are immaculate. It was a bit crowded but the wait wasn’t long, I do recommend making reservations just to be on the safe side. The music, the ambience was incredible. Staff made sure to greet you properly and answer any questions you may have. The drinks were 10/10 the food was AMAZING & so flavorful. Overall I would definitely come back, I would love to try their brunch specials ! Thank you again for a wonderful night :)

My daughters and I recently went on a “Daddy Daughter trip to the east coast. We stayed in Philly and drove up to NYC to hang out for a day. We visited Harlem, NY and stumbled upon The Ricardo Steak House. Parking was scarce by it being a Saturday evening, but as I spoke to the maitre’d about the best place to park, a spot opened up right in front of the restaurant and she told us to park there and come inside and enjoy our meal. The atmosphere was lively, 90’s music mostly R&B, and we noticed groups of friends and family dressed nicely and gathered to celebrate certain occasions. The food was amazing, everything was well made seasoned to perfection and they also had a nice wine selection. Our waitress was nice, polite, and had a razor sharp memory and helped make our first experience at Ricardo Steakhouse very pleasant and memorable. I don’t remember her name but I do remember she was from the Bronx. I give Ricardo Steakhouse Five out of Five Stars‼️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Everything about this place is great. The service is attentive, the food quality is stellar, the art on the walls is engaging and the music is always on point. My only complaint would be the prices, but the food makes up for that! I typically go here right after work so drying the dinner rush. Some days I have a reservation and others I don’t, but I have never had to wait too long.

I love everything about Ricardo's!!! The vibe, the atmosphere, the MUSIC!!! I went for mother's Day with my mother and a bunch of her friends and when I tell you we had a time, a TIME WAS HAD!!! I would definitely go again and definitely recommend friends and family. The staff were on point and nice. My only thing I would say is that just a little more alcohol in the alcohol beverages other than that, I'm a happy customer!!! Oh and there's a professional photographer there as well with great prices for photos.

I had a great experience celebrating my son’s 12th birthday. The waiter was very attentive I forgot his name but he was GREAT!! The atmosphere was comfortable while playing music. I highly suggest reservations if you have a party of over 4 people. I went on a Thursday around 5pm and the restaurant wasn’t crowded. Let’s talk about the entrees: I ordered the lamb chops with spinach. The lamb chops were tender and seasoned well! I highly recommend it!! The spinach was sautéed with garlic, delicious!!! My son ordered the pork chops and he said it was so good !! It was his first time eating grilled pork chops remind you he’s a picky eater. My daughter had Alfredo with salmon and she barely had leftovers. I ordered you don’t know Jack cocktail, it was refreshing. I don’t have any complaints but again I highly recommend reservations, especially on weekends.

Very very very tight seating. Food very tasty. Sangria did not enjoy. I ordered the shrimp mussels and salmon meal along with crab cakes . A steak meal was also ordered. Try to get there early or you will be spinning the block around and around and around looking for a parking spot. Happy eating

My daughter held a brunch for my birthday. Family and friends came out to celebrate and enjoy life. Some of the food was good, but my husband's and son's steak was very tough to cut, but everyone else enjoyed their food. The Unlimited Mimosas was very tangy. I'm definitely coming back to try their Happy Hour.

Could have been 5 * however i Didn't like the host out front canceling our reservation after arriving 2 minutes late after their 15 minute grace period. 6:17pm to be exact. Which honestly is a cop out, bc the place is small and all the tables were full anyway. I believe all they had to say was we're waiting for a finishing party to leave and we'll seat you shortly. We got seated before 7pm which wasn't bad after hounding security. Once seated music, atmosphere, vibe was on point. That garlic bread 🍞 Delicious especially since i was super hungry 😋. Our food 😋 👌🏾 deeeeelicious. I had the lamb chops OMG medium we'll, COOKED TO PERFECTION. My friends had the OH snap and enjoyed every bite. The T-Bone was tasteful and filling. A great night with Great Food. Oh and the complimentary HBD dessert was amazing too. 5ppl est 120.00 pp minus the bday girl

Vibes were on point and the drinks were strong and well-made. The food was tasty overall, I especially enjoyed the clams, crab cake and that bread. The steak was good, just cooked more than I would’ve preferred. Overall, a solid spot and I’d definitely recommend making a reservation ahead of time.

While I only tried the other people's plates, and I only enjoyed a salad with steak, what I had was absolutely wonderful. I'm looking forward to going back and digging a little deeper into the menu. The service was very attentive and the others in the restaurant all were enjoying conversation and their meals. We went on a early Sunday afternoon, and the "brunch" was perfect for us. Look forward to going back.

I’ve heard so many great things about this restaurant! So, I was really looking forward to celebrate my sister’s birthday here. Upon our reservation we were seated immediately, which was a huge plus! Shout to the matire d! Then about 10 mins after being seated, my party and I tried to get the attention of any waiter/waitress so we can place our orders. There were so many waiters that at one point they were on top of each other and or in like a huddle. 15 mins later we were able to place our orders. The food and the frozen drinks were good! However, upon gathering our belongings to make our exit, there were 3 roaches the came from the plant pot. We’ve got the attention of one of the waiters and about two others whispered and pointed to the roaches crawling around on the floor. To excuse the roaches appearance and to rectify the situation our waitress gave us a round of free shots for our party of four. I would have rather money off the bill.

Came here last week to have dinner on my birthday, surprisingly found parking right out front and the place wasn’t crowded even though I had reservation!! The place is not to big, but not to small. There’s three bathrooms which one is kinda hidden behind a curtain next to kitchen so it’s a lil weird to see especially since the lights were dimmed, the other two are off to the back area, didn’t really like the setup, some weird guy was drunk and came knocking on the door immediately after I went in, mean while my peoples was sitting at our table in the front area!!! The food was delicious and the happy birthday dessert was also good (not free), the margarita drink was strong and had a good taste. I think people over hype this place up, maybe I will try the brunch one day. I would agree with others the music is LOUD but the DJ was rocking!!! Also the menu is limited not huge selection of options so don’t expect to come and get wings and all lat other kind of finger food appetizers 😂😂😂😂 cute spot tho, mad face tooo 👀

My family Has dined in The day after New Year’s. My son’s birthday dinner they sat us next to a door that was taped and was freezing in the corner. I explain to two waitresses and the host and no one did anything. I had to get up and look for a supervisor or manager and explain to them that it was freezing cold, and my son was wearing his coat in the corner. The supervisor moved us, but they had no care and singing happy birthday to my son before we left. I understand that it was busy but us paying customers shouldn’t have to be affected by the business in the restaurant. I was very disappointed because they didn’t sing happy birthday. My bill was at least $300 And they didn’t really care about their service when it came to the waitress. The manager also never came back to check on us. The food was good. A great restaurant is when the food and the service is amazing and they lacked in the service especially when our bill is over $300 you should be making sure your customers are more than happy.

This is the second bad experience I had coming here. The first time was when it was for my mother's 64th Birthday. They basically gave us all the tables in the back of the restaurant which was fine until when me and my family were ordering we see two roaches on the wall. I spoke with the manager about and all he did was offer us free drinks, again it was my mother's birthday and her close friends and loved ones were there I didn't want to make a scene. All they was comp 4 drinks off the bill. The second time I came was 1 year later, and I only came to meet my good college friend because it was his birthday. we were at the bar for a while it was jammed packed and we had a reservation and we still waited 40 mins to be seated. we ended up sitting in the back again it was a much smaller group of 8 people and this time I seen a rat. I complained to the manager and I even complained to the health department, completely unacceptable on their behalf. I cant imagine what their kitchen must look like. I do not recommend this place at all, the hostess are very rude, the service isn't great at all and I even asked the manager why their health inspection grade not hung up and he had no answer. Bottom line do not eat here.
