First let me say, growing up this was my favorite Chinese restaurant. Me and my family would order from here every Thursday. This was the best and most popular Chinese food in Middletown for years. The last few years it has been the worst. I gave this restaurant 3 chances before I finally said “never again”! All 3 times were delivery. I had to call them every time because I was waiting over 40-50mins (they told me 15-20) when they live 5mins away!!! Literally around the corner! Food was cold, rice was hard and the last time the food was just disgusting. All 3 times the lady offered to bring me back a new order (very nice lady btw) each time it wasn’t better. I waited a while to order the last time thinking, it’s been over a year since I had their food, might be better. NOPE! Still bad

I ordered wings and pork fried rice for my first time trying and also a snapple. the rice tasted hard and like it was days old, the chicken was mushy and covered in grease, and my snapple was 4 months expired, i had to throw out the whole meal everything was old and reheated. I requested a refund and they told me to bring back the meal, mind you it was the next day. Never would recommend to anyone the place is dirty, everything left out on the floor and the fridge for the sodas and drinks is covered in white stuff. definetly needs to get shut down.

Food was really rubbery,undercooked. Beef sticks were completely “ RAW “ I didn’t even eat it, just threw it to garbage after few bites. It was disgusting honestly, the inside of the restaurant really dirty and boxes and random things everywhere. First and last time don’t waste your money there. Worst 50 dollar I spend on food

Hands down the worst Chinese food around Middletown. The beef on a stick was raw- picture attached. The lo Mein was nasty, spongy & the lettuce inside the lo mein was sandy. I never spit out food before but I couldn’t stomach this food. The lady came straight from a delivery, and prepared our food without washing her hands after touching her face/nose. I should have known based off the inside of the restaurant that the food was going to be terrible. It’s so dirty in there- idk how they even pass health inspection. I just paid $60 to throw it all in the garbage. Don’t waste your money…

We waited 2 hours for the food to arrive and it arrived cold. We ordered a chicken and broc combo and there was a white hair inside the rice. We called the restaurant to complain and they said they would bring another but we asked to change it to spare rib combo instead bc the chicken and brocolli was bland and they wanted to charge extra after all the complaints we just gave we told them to forget it and we will never order from there again. I would not recommend this restaurant.

When placing our order we were told it would be delivered in approximately 45 minutes. As we are in an office setting we have a limited time frame to eat and plan accordingly when ordering out to make sure we are prepared for its arrival. This order took twice as long, 1 1/2 hours. When we called to follow up we were repeatedly rudely dismissed, the request to speak to a manager was denied. When the food finally arrived there was no apology, just an excuse about traffic. The food was adequate, the service was awful.

Called to order lunch. Was told that it would be 25 minutes. A hour and 45 minutes later and many calls to the company with rude responses from the lady that answered, we finally got our lackluster cold food delivered. No apologies no reason as to why it was so late. Other then traffic. Delivered by a very rude delivery lady. Not going to this place in the future.

I had recently ordered fried chicken wings with pork fried rice but when I received my order, I ended up getting chopped wing selections and not the full chicken WING as it supposed to be or as they are stating on the menu. I paid for full chicken wings and not wing sections which I was very disappointed with and when I try to mention it to them, they started stating that they are chicken wings and that the owner is the one doing it like this, so with that being said, I told them that I will no longer be doing business with them for the false advertising on there “chicken section” for calling them chicken wings.

DON'T EAT HERE!! I order through postmates the was food was bland the meat was rubbery I'm pretty sure it wasn't beef and to top it all off I found bugs in my lo mein I threw everything else I ordered away!! It was my first experience and it will definitely be my last.

50 restaurants 100% better within 2 miles. Place is filthy. There was water damage to the rotting indoor/outdoor carpet (mold anyone). I had phone-ordered tempura shrimp. At home I discovered it to be soggy batter covering half frozen shrimp. Wow, what's less than 1 star?
