Churros Calientes... easily my favorite churro spot i have ever been to and I have been to quite a few. This place truly gets the churro recipe down and there’s a variety of flavors to choose from chocolate, Nutella, condensed milk and much more. I cannot express how good these churros are and I suggest each person get their own order as it will be hard to share once you finally get a taste. Suggested order: Get a coffee your style and a churros largos with Dulce de Leche and condensed milk together

The churros and service were awesome! It was my first time there, and the guy at the counter made me feel very welcome and special! Their chocolate sauce was amazing, but very rich. Can't wait to go again!

Third time here, we try to visit when in SoCal. Had the usual churros with dipping chocolate. Daughter had a cup of hot chocolate which basically tasted like a big cup of the dipping cocoa! Daughter didn't mind that at all 😆 Tried the tres leches cake which was definitely good but the cake itself is on the heavy side and I couldn't finish it because we just had dinner prior to coming here this time and I was not exactly hungry. Lattes are delicious here.

My favorite churros and hot chocolate place, in LA. Before traveling back home, I love that it's open late. The ambience,cozy, peaceful environment and great customer service, The experience feels personal and keeps me as a repeat customer. There is also food, Teas and coffee. You will love it there...

We found this cafeteria because it was the only one open after 9pm but we were so happy to discover this hidden gem 💎🩷 we would definitely go back if we have the chance. Coffee was great, the staff were super friendly, the tiramisu was also amazing.

I had left the ER in Santa Monica at 10:30pm desperately wanting a good coffee. Churros Caliente was the only place open. Something frustrating about West LA is everything closes by 9 ish. The service ,as soon as I walked in, was helpful without being overly enthusiastic. The waiter was spot on in his recommendation for me. Ordered Cafe con Leche. And a stuffed Churro. Both absolutely satisfied and soothed my tastes.. I was delighted by this little cafe. Did I mention the music? Salsa on TV large enough to be part of Cafe without being obtrusive. Im also happy to have a place to meet a friend late at night. Savory items on menu too.

I can't believe this awesome Place has been here for over 14 years and I never knew of this restaurant , I guess you could call it a Hidden Gem . We tried the Chicken and Steak Sandwich it was amazingly Tasty with great quality . We also tried and Loved the Churros and the Hot Chocolate . The owner and the staff really take care of you and provide excellent service. , we will definitely Be coming here more oftem especially since they are open late .

Best churros in Los Angeles hands down. Perfect way to end any evening is with a churro and latte from Churros Calientes. The service has always been excellent, ever since we first started coming here years ago and the owner is a very welcoming and hilarious gentleman. Just keep in mind that the gratuity is already added but they do such a great job with the food, service and ambiance that it feels wrong not to add a little more on there.

My husband and I absolutely love coming here for a indulgent date night. It’s a cozy little shop with Latin flair. The churros con chocolate is our favorite thing to order! We even end up drinking the last bit of chocolate caliente when we run out of the churros lol the owner is such a sweet and funny guy! We look forward to visiting again and again.

This is such a perfect spot to get cozy and eat some delicious churros + hot coco. This is dipping hot coco, so it is absolutely thick. The truffle ice cream we got was also absolutely tasty.

Love this place. I came here with my gf last night. She studied in Spain and she said this reminded her a lot of her time there. Authentic little cafe. Our waiter was super sweet. I got confused about something I ordered and he was super patient and sweet about explaining how their chocolate sizing works. You can even order a chocolate drink which is like a fancy hot chocolate. They make the drinks so beautifully.

Ran into this cute local vibe! Ordered Churros and a Chai with Oatmilk! Simply delicious 😋 Great service! They also have food available. We'll try that next time I visit good find!

Stopped in for churros con chocolate, staff is very warm and fun, the churros were fresh and the chocolate was good and not overly sweet. I agree it's a little pricy for what it is, but I'd probably return for the environment and good service.

We ordered the churros largos with chocolate and cream cheese. There is limited outdoor seating, but we were able to find a spot. The churros were not fried properly.I have had better churros in San Diego. They were a bit pricey. Would not recommend.
