Stop going to Chipotle. I recently started eating here. The quality of the chicken and ingredients seem better and the burritos aren't filled with just fillers like rice and beans.

The food here is good. Sometimes the service around lunch time can seem sort of slow, but if you can time your day a bit it's alright. Updating:. Pollo Loco has become a common stop for lunch. Ordering in advance on the app allows you to just quickly walk in and pick up. Still busy for lunch, but good for them. Edit: My double Chicken bowl today had no chicken. I tried calling the store twice and didn't get an answer, just eventually disconnect. So kind of frustrating.

Not naming names but one of the cashiers that works the front is probably the slowest person I have ever encountered! I Don't even know how they have a job at this location still after months , takes 5 minutes just to throw some spoons in the to go bag and you will need to repeat your order over and over again at the register. I'm not even sure how this person made it through life at this point. Food is usually ok sometimes spicy chicken for no reason the el pollo in richardson is wayyy better

Kind of flavorless. chicken was a bit over cooked. Do not believe the hype. It's just ok.

I picked up the food for delivery, get inside walk up to the counter, guy ask me a question once at the counter I reply with lm picking up for blah blah blah, he turns around and grabs the food, hands me the order and then says to confirm the order on my phone that I have th3 delivery order, I wanted to tell him look dude I don't eat this crap that y'all are so called cooking done, I felt like he said that bc I'm a certain color, look sir it doesn't mean you have to stereotype us, bc I don't do those things like get the order and eat it myself like other delivery drivers do when they come to pick up the order, i would never eat anything from out of there, I don't even like the way it smells on the inside of the restaurant and even if I did I still wouldn't eat that crap cause is not good like y'all trying to make it seem lol 😂😂😂

I have a hard time giving a negative review because the food was good and the service friendly but I did get the wrong quesadilla and taco I ordered and the side chips of the comb I got was left out. Everything was right on the screen when ordering so I didn't check before leaving.

I wasn't too impressed with our experience. We had received coupons & thought we'd try it out. I got the double chicken avocado salad and the Small guacamole & Chips. The salad was very hearty, like a head of lettuce and the chicken was burnt & dried out. Like they used the left overs to fill the salad. There were a couple of avocado pieces, but not like the ad. The chip & dip was a joke. I probably won't go again

Getting two stars because the worker on the mic was hella sweet and offered us a complementary beverage, however, giving two stars overall because we show up starving (at a non busy time) and are told we have to wait THIRTY MINUTES for chicken…. This is… pollo loco… crazy chicken… why is the chicken not near ready or ready for serving.. 10-15 min ok… but over 30 minutes is a bit ridiculous. We ended up going elsewhere to eat..

I made the mistake of getting a 16 piece meal Sunday, September 24, 2023. The chicken was wrinkled and dry which is overcooked. When I walked in, noone came to help me and the cook saw me standing there and he said nothing. A young lady finally came to take my order but all the other ladies were in the back chatting the whole time. Won't be going there again. Everyone was disappointed. The drum stick almost looked like a drumette.

​I’m giving this one star purely because of the tortillas. At the original Pollo Loco, they are generous, but here, you get just three meager tortillas for an entire chicken. Considering tortillas are a very cheap and fundamental component of this kind of meal, the scarcity is genuinely frustrating.

The manager and staff at this particular location apparently “do not care” about customer service. Very, very, very, very, very slow in responding to customers that come in to take orders. You could literally stand at the front counter and employees will just look at you and keep doing something else. I’ve walked out of this location two times in the last 3 or 4 days after waiting for help and nobody saying anything to me or helping me. Oh well, on to the next restaurant.

Portions not as advertised. Very few pieces of chicken in the quesadilla. $12 for this combo, disappointed.
