This was such a lovely experience. I was offered yummy bread. It was quite fun to arrive and get a chance to play a game and win a chance of a free meal! (Didn't win 😂) I got a calzone with mushrooms and meatballs, and it was awesome. The red sauce was delicious! They even hooked me up with a post desert cookie! Ill happily return with my family

Don’t think about it, just do it! You won’t regret coming here. The entire staff is amazing. The restaurant atmosphere makes you feel so welcome. We ordered a bunch of food and everything we tried was excellent and authentic. If you are stumped on what to order try the pink sauce. Will be back

First time here place opened up. Food and service were excellent! It is located inside the Rolling Hills Plaza right infront of the AMC Rolling Hills Theaters. Plenty of parking. Have to come back to try other dishes!

The owner, Chris, makes sure everyone is taken care of as if they are royalty. The staff is great and very attentive. I’ve been three times in the last three and never disappointed. Mama D’s has become my Go To. Love the food, staff and the atmosphere.

Really great Italian food! Brought the family, including two grandkids who were thrilled with the make-your-own pizza and the owner’s magic tricks. This place bends over backwards to make you feel welcome, from the staff’s bubbly attitude to the free bread they pass out while you’re waiting for a table. But the food really wins you over. Everything tastes fresh, from the pasta to the pizza, and the dishes I’m gonna come by soon to try.

Staff was friendly, professional, and made us feel like family. The staff appeared to actually enjoy working there and it showed in their service.

Needs a sign to show days open and time. Finally made it for dinner at 4:30 3rd try. The service was great and the food was delicious. Took a friend after the movie a week later, checked google to find they were closed that day. Today we went to a later movie so we could have dinner at 4:30. Not open! Had a bite elsewhere, as we walked back to the car we noticed they were open. We stopped to ask what time they open, it is now 5:00 p.m.

First time trying this place! Loved it instantly. Felt very welcomed by the staff. Food was so good. I ordered their famous pink sauce with seafood. My husband ordered the lasagna and said it was a "solid one"! Will definitely recommend it to our friends and will come back again!

I brought my Mom here for her birthday. We were a party of 6, and from the moment we walked in, Anton made us feel so welcome! Anton, our server Teo, and the whole staff were all so friendly and took such good care of us. The Italian food was authentic and sooo delicious!! The bread and oil! The stuffed mushrooms! The eggplant parmesan and chicken parmesan! The pizza and meatballs!! Can't go wrong here! Thank you to Chris, the owner, and an amazing staff for making my Mom's birthday dinner so wonderful!! We will for sure be back!

Came in today for my first time with my friend for her bday and my family 😇 and I must say that this was the best place for pastas we got spaghetti pasta with the pink sauce, and ravioli with pink sauce, I won’t deny that it was very delicious , The atmosphere was very clean. And our waiter was short staffed today however he managed to give us the best customer service ever. I want to give a special shout out for Antawn!!!! Will come here again for sure please don’t think about it twice just come on in to this place it’s amazingly good.

Excellent spaghetti and meatballs AND lasagna! The bolognese sauce had solid chunks of tomato and the herb seasoning was both subtle and flavorful. Service was friendly and efficient however they were really trying to wipe down our table before we were ready to leave...and it wasn't near closing time

Been here two times; Once when they were waiting for their alcohol permit, and yesterday. As soon as you walk in you get hit with games to get a free entree and hand you a warm piece of bread. The game is a super fun concept but kinda odd how much they are pushing “free.” We came during the 50% off Monday-Thursday from 5-6pm but didn’t read that we had to tell our waiter we kinda just assumed we’d get the deal because we came during the time period. I asked my waiter why we didn’t get the percentage off and saw the manager, who is right behind my waiter, turn around and look at us and just avoid us. My waiter excused himself and said he will ask the manager if we could get the discount. Dude literally just turns around to ask and the manager, they talk briefly and the manager dips as soon as he comes to tell us we couldn’t get the deal. They said if I was to get the deal my portions would have been smaller. Me missing the deal was totally my bad so I get it. What I’m mad about is the manager being there and avoiding us. Managers customer service skills were not there but all the other waiting staff was so nice and friendly I feel bad leaving this review but that manager just left a bad taste in my mouth and I had to let it be known.

They just had an ownership change in early March 2026. The food is more expensive now, than previous ownership. Ok, that’s fine, we spent about $145 for lunch for 3 people. I asked for a lemonade refill and now they charge for refills. Seriously??? I’m spending this kind of money and you still dare squeeze another $5 from me for a refill. We eat out a LOT … and no other place we go to charges me for a refill because I’m already spending $150+ and I keep going back. It’s the principle that I’m upset about.

I was excited about garlic knots . Well there we’re so disappointed. Totally Undercooked , it was a to go order so not very happy, I don’t live next door. Pasta and red sauce was edible . Cookie was delicious.

Make the drive to Hermosa. First, they don't serve wine. Secondly, they are so busy getting people in & out that they are obnoxiously unaware of many obvious things. As soon as we picked up our menus, the waiter placed plates in front of us and mine had a big black hair on it. Someone asked for our order. I pointed our that we had literally just sat down. Three mins later they're back. Mind you, it's a weekday and NO ONE is in the restaurant. There are 3 employees on the floor running around like it's 6pm on a Sat evening. My son ordered the kids make-your-own-pizza. Why is a tiny kids pizza $16? After he assembled his pizza, I had him hold it up toward me and smile so I could take a picture. Waiter comes by "This is ready? ..." and whisks it away out of my sons hands. No pic. How do you not SEE us and what we were just doing? I ordered a chopped salad. It was not chopped but just individual piles of veggies - which is fine except it's piled high and to the edges of the plate. You can't toss everything together with the dressing. One large older man kept walking by like he was the restaurants mascot or house comedian. He'd rudely interrupt conversation of patrons with overly loud comments.
