It is nice to know that a little kid can still walk in to a place a get a free drink of water. Manager Melissa was extremely helpful. I had to call to change my catering order that I messed up on. She was polite and took her time to explain to me that what I can do is place an order online and she will add it to my doordash order. Melissa went above and beyond and made sure I got my order correct, and had the necessary condiments.

Jersey Mike's Subs have an outstanding cleaning process and customer service is top notch. I love their hot and cold sandwiches. You can't go wrong with a Philly cheese steak sandwich. Our office orders from here often and have always been happy with the results.

I love Jersey Mike's but can only settle for just one of the items there on the order menu. In case you love the same item #8 well then that would be the only reason why I would be in a long line there on any day of the week Jerseys hits a craving in my tummy! :) PS - I've tried a few other items on their menu on a given good day but find myself not risking it too much and always fall back to item #8, Mike's Way!

Was my first time dinning here and it was pretty good. It was definitely more on the expensive side, but seems like most subs are generally a bit pricey. However the quality of the bread, meat, and cheese was there for sure. Was a little on the confusing side looking at the menu as it is impossible to discern if any items besides "Mikes Way" costs extra, and it's a little confusing as the sandwich size isn't based off of inches just mini, regular, and giant. All in all a good visit. Had the #2 mikes way which is how I enjoy my sandwiches (oil and vinegar is always a must.) Enjoyed them slicing it for me right there, but I didn't find the workers overly helpful for myself or for my friends order. They assembled a sub and that's it, definitely not worth the credit/debit card machine asking me if I want to tip them with pre-made options based on percentages. So that rubbed me the wrong way a bit. Like their service was alright but nothing above what I expect even at a fast food type restaurant. Final verdict: Good sub, from bread to meat, to toppings. Comes a little pricier, and the workers are alright. Small space so hopefully it's not crowded or you take it to go, but I'd probably visit again. Oh and Pepsi products so that's a little sad.

I ordered through the Jersey Mikes app a Portabella Cheese Steak and did not get any steak. Waste of money. Went straight to the trash.

They put way less meat than other locations. 7 slices of turkey on my giant #7. Unacceptable

Just had lunch with some co workers. The man who i assume to be the manager. Big white guy, very rude to his employees. Not sure what happened to the other young boy but he was always sweet. Not dining in here again. Treat your employees nicely!!!!! Absolutely deplorable

The older woman with glasses kept touching her face with her hand and would proceed to make sandwiches. Walked out and didn’t even order. So gross I’m sorry

We waited for an hour for 3 subs. The food was just sitting on the back counter for half an hour without calling us. They don't know how to run the business with pile food on the counter and not call customers to get them, while a lot of customers are standing there and waiting. The service was bad, we tried to ask for our order, they just ignored us like they didn't see us. The taste is not good, Subways' have better taste.

I came in around 1:15...they were incredibly busy. Waited 10mins... took of to run an errand returned 15mins later, waited another 10mins with 3 other guest and still the person in front of everyone hadnt been help. This area has a lot of shops and its usually busy. Management should employ more team members... i didnt even get food because of how slow service was. Avoid this JM or wait all of ur meal break for nothing.
