This place is amazing. The food is absolutely delicious and the atmosphere is incredible for a late night snack. The workers are the greatest and treated me so well. Shoutout to Melissa, she was an amazing server and had such an amazing attitude even when it was so late into the night. She was very welcoming and answered all my questions. I showed up as they were going to close and she was so kind to make me a pizza still. She totally deserves a raise. I will 100% be coming back soon for some delicious pizza.

This is the BEST blaze pizza I’ve ever been to. All of the employees are so kind. Today, my boyfriend and I went in for the five for 35 and Miguel was so accommodating and patient with us. This is a build your own personal pizza, but you choose a basic style first. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The cost was about average for this type of 10 inch pizza. Also, you built it, so it tasted the way you wanted.

We enjoyed this "build your own" pizza place regularly pre-Covid. The quality is consistent and good, and it's easy to customize on the spot. They always have Pi-Day (3/14) specials for $3.14. The online ordering interface is easy, but the pick-up left something to be desired this last time. I had an order of three items, but they finished over a 20 minute spread (after my designated pick up time) so my first item was cold by the time the last was ready. I also had to wait inside with more people than was comfortable (for me). We enjoy the food, but will likely wait until vaccination and resuming to normal before returning.

Blaze has a great dough that bakes into a wonderful crust. Thin and crispy:)

You should get the get your own since you end up with a lot of toppings for $15. This place works like Chipotle where you move on down to pick your ingredients. If it tastes bad it your fault so don’t choose a lot of salty toppings. Service is limited because they don’t staff too much people here. Also they don’t clean the tables often due to lack of staff. These days don’t expect much service or friendliness from fast food or slow food staff. Plenty of parking on the strip mall lot.

The food is really good but very oily and salty. I built my own 11-inch pizza and loaded up on all the toppings. Definitely fills you up. The chocolate chip cookie sprinkled with sea salt was good, sweet but a little bit dry.

Always check how busy the location is. Ordering ahead on the app is an absolute joke. They might get your order started when you ask but its the least of their priorities. Meanwhile the food is generally good, quality starts slipping if the shop is busy, the dough is too fresh and you can start seeing it bubble in the oven. Highly recommend coming in, just not when its busy. I'd had an amazing experience the other day when I came in during lunch hours, but a horrid time waiting (over an hour, for a pizza we pre-ordered 2 hours ahead of time) during dinner. Again, can't stress this enough, check how busy the local is before going/ordering.

I have to say that I was slightly disappointed. I have heard quite a bit of hype about this place and I finally get to try it and although the pizza sauce had a great taste, there was little of it and I basically ended up with a $14 pizza that looked like a frozen pizza basically. The service was great though.

Blaze Pizza , was always a super star pizza place,yet, because of inflation, prices have gone up. The food servers, seemed to be half heartedly putting our toppings on. Probably because people are a pain in the butt. ( I don't know a fix for this) The prices have gone up because of inflation and the $10 personal pizza is now $13.99. Toppings are extra and the pricing has really impacted the customer flow, but if you want a good personal pizza, made your way, fired in a large oven in front of you, then Blaze would be a good place to go!

While I have refrained from leaving a review on this location in the past ( knowing about its poor customer service) , I decided to leave a review this time around. We finished eating about 5 minutes before closing time (9:55pm) and ended up staying until close at 10:00pm. We were the last party to leave and we were just about to get up from our table- when the staff decided to just shut all the lights off on us with no warning or courtesy that they wanted as out asap. We found this very rude, and we made our way to the door. Some staff member tried to be nice by mumbling "have a good night"... wow. The best part, was once we were out, and got to our car, the lights inside magically turned back on! 😑

It took too many custom pizza order mess-ups to finally write this review. Not only did they mess it up, the spinach leaves are nowhere near fresh, meatballs look undercooked and taste like gelatin, while pizza was undercooked. Not worth the money.

I just asked what pizza was the cheapest other than the plain cheese pizza. One ☝️ of the Blaze workers decided to make a cheese pizza which I didn’t order a pizza 🍕 yet. They would not tell me what they were do with the wrong pizza. They made several health violations while I was in the restaurant. Employees chewing gum, someone scratching their nose, sweeping crumbs onto the floor, wearing jewelry and drinking a drink in the food service area I don’t think I he washed his hands after having a drink.

The low skilled over priced labor market is really showing its teeth now. This place was over staffed with people who could care less about what they were doing. Pizza was "ok" (being hot was a nice change as I brought it to the table) but we had to struggle with it was it was not cut right. place had the feeling and look of a prison cafeteria. Spartan, messy, drab. The restaurant biz in Ca is going into the toilet. High wages for unqualified people are biting into profitability (as is rent) so the food quality has to take a hit. The toppings were dismal and low quality and they are spread as thin as possible per company. protocol Im sure. I wont be back. plenty of better pizza around. Dominoes or costco will put this place out of biz for good. Good riddance

I thought it was just me until I was thinking of placing another order and I stumbled on to all the recent negative reviews of this place and boy I am glad I did. There is clearly a big problem with lack of oversight here. I blame the local manager for the diminishing of quality of their service. It's not the food it's the lack of management. It's absolutely always dirty and the good food is prepared poorly and the workers don't even attempt to provide good customer service. Just a terrible experience.

Don't bother even ordering online from this store. I ordered online and arrived at the time the app told me it would be ready. Turns out that my pizza wasn't even put in the oven yet! I had to wait an extra 15 mins after I arrived until I got my pizza. The staff said that this is an issue with the ordering system where it's not accurate, but for me as a customer that's not a good excuse since this completely beats the purpose of online ordering that supposedly skips the line. I would give this a 1 star for the experience but the pizza itself was damn delicious so I give it 2 stars instead.

I never write negative reviews, I always try to see the good in places but I really did have a bad experience here tonight. I understand that the night/closing shift is tough and you really just want to call it a night but you still have a responsibly to provide good service. I ordered a build your own pizza and expected to wait around 10-20 minutes for my order to be ready (based on past experience at this establishment). I had to wait almost over an hour for my pizza while the rest of my friends' orders came out at reasonable speed. I went to the counter multiple times and asked if the order was ready or if they had called my name, nothing. My pizza had to be remade three times; the first time it was almost entirely burnt, the second time I asked for a certain sauce and they gave me something completely different, the third time they had to redo it because I got less than half the toppings I asked for. After that I gave up and just asked for a refund, the refund was quick and the staff were apologetic. I really love Blaze Pizza but this experience makes me seriously reconsider coming back. It could've been an off night, maybe the staff were burnt out; I truly understand if thats the case but I am disappointed in my visit tonight. I sincerely hope that the service is better in the future.

If I had not paid 21 for a pizza, side salad, and 4 knots I wouldn’t have eaten it. It was a definite disappointment. My pizza while tasty (a bit salty) was made haphazardly and when asking for toppings they were put on in a weird way that honestly triggered my ocd. I had to ask for extra toppings so that it would even out the way it was put on. The server was nice about wanting to meet my satisfaction so they were nice. my bf and I got food poisoning - we can’t think of any other food that we ate that it could be. We both couldn’t sleep well after eating pizza that night, Experienced heart burn, and the following day was in the bathroom, had low energy and could barely move because of high fever and body aches.

I gave this restaurant four stars a few years ago, but oh how the mighty has fallen... We kept going back, hoping it would go back to as good as when they opened but it never happened. Our last visit was just terrible. The people behind the counter weren't rude so much as indifferent. Each employee down the line, one after another, acted like they didn't want to be bothered. When we arrived it was quiet, but a group of people came in behind us, so they called out to the woman who was mopping the floors. She put her mop down and came to the counter and asked what kind of meat I'd like. She only changed her gloves because I asked her to and gave a heavy sigh in the process. My pizza was done first. There were a lot of dry bubbles because they did not spread enough of the garlic pesto on it. Overall, it was undercooked. When my husband's pizza came out, it was overcooked. We didn't complain. We just ate to get some food in our stomachs and vowed never to return. When the store opened, the employees were friendly, the food was good and was fast. There's not one single moment that we can pinpoint where things went wrong. It's just been a gradual deterioration over the years and eventually became the cesspool that it is. We noticed they're not nearly as busy as they used to be so it can't be just us. Sorry to say goodbye Blaze, but we've been left with no choice.

Placed an order online for pick up at the store. Waited 15 minutes beyond the time it was supposed to be ready. They were busy and always seem to be understaffed. I finally asked the cook if he had a pizza for me, he mumbled that it must be in the oven After another 5 minutes I nabbed another person and asked if there was a pizza for me. She checked the orders and found mine in the pile. Without a word of apology, she quickly prepared my pizza and tossed it in the oven. She went back to her work without looking at me or acknowledging that it was now being prepared. Finally got my pizza but two items were left off and it wasn’t well done like I specified in my online order. Additional problems were the bathroom was out of order and the ice machine had no ice. They need to add additional staff to take care of problems and make sure things run more smoothly. It’s all tge more frustrating because I really like their pizza but it definitely is hit or miss there.

AVOID THIS LOCATION! I gave this location 2 chances, and will never return ever again. Both visits were the lowest and rudest customer service I've ever experienced! This is an incredibly poor representation of a Blaze franchise. This location is also really dirty - the entire prep and finishing area is disgusting. The tables and floors were also dirty with trash piled high on the trash cans. Employees here really just do not care. If you want to be treated with absolute awful customer service and eat at a dirty establishment - come here. Otherwise, do yourself a favor and AVOID, because the manager on duty doesn't care and voiced that any issues, is not her problem to resolve.

Asked for cheese bread and got the pesto instead, the guy’s attitude was very defensive and annoyed when I toll him about it, he was very defensive and aggressive, he should definitely reconsider working in this environment. No customer service skills. Tall guy, muscular latino descendent.

Very unorganized. I ordered 3 large pizzas and 2 breads. They cooked my order in between other orders. Took over 45 min and my pizzas were cold and soggy. I ordered via the app. I arrived at my pickup time, but my order was not complete. 3 of my pizzas were sitting there not in any time of warmer and it took another 25 min for the rest of my order to be completed.

My order sat outside for more than 10 minutes while two orders after me were called. I went to the person who took my order and asked about my pizza that was right in front of me and he said, we didn’t call you yet. Place is clean but they need to train their workers better, this behavior cost them customers.

Ridiculously slow for a place named Blaze. They were closing early and I was told this after I ordered. So I asked for the three pizzas I ordered to be put in to go boxes because of the announcement. Then, the rude young man behind the counter said "Well, then you should have asked for it to go sir!" Well maybe you shouldn't close your dining room early then. 😆 Pizza sat on the counter for like 10 minutes before they cut them and they were lukewarm at best. My daughter's pizza's dough tasted raw, and mine was the keto crust which didn't taste very good but, then again keto so I get it. Will not be back. Way overpriced for extremely mediocre pizza. On the way out I heard one of the coworkers saying that the reason why they're closing their dining room early was for a violation, how lovely I just ate here.

Went to this Blaze location by accident. Wish I never came at all Blaze was empty and the Customer service was overall bad Hispanic woman employee has a terrible attitude Seem like she hated her job treated me like I didn’t belong in the area…crazy, threw my food together And after accepting all my food without a problem or complaining I said “thank you have a nice day” her reply was “yep”….thats ridiculous

On 1/16/23 they charged myself and other customers for drinks even though their machine was broken. So I did what someone should have done, I asked to speak to their manager, a young girl who was not the manager explained to me that the person (she pointed) is letting us know that only the tea and lemonade is available without ice, well that person isn’t saying anything to anyone because as I sat there eating my tasteless pizza I witnessed 4 people walking up to the ice machine to start their drinks, and well….. no ice, what a surprise. So I witnessed 4 drink cups being charged to 4 customers but yet only two drinks are available to drink and without ice mind you. Did I ask for a refund? No way… I got out of their fast and will delete their app and cease to ever return. Listen, no more excuses, we get you are ‘understaffed’…. either figure it out or go out of business because we will simply stop coming one customer at a time. BTW, no, this young lady did not offer a solution to this ‘drinkgate’ issue

The place is extremely dirty. Never seen blaze pizza as dirty as this location! No soap in restrooms and no sanitizer. Guys are doing great and quick job but you gotta hire a cleaner or do something with it.

I like their vegan pizza but WOW, their employees are visibly lazy and unmotivated. They moved at a snail's pace. I had to repeat myself several times to the guy taking my order, he seemed to be under the influence. The girl making the dough would handle each piece of dough unnecessarily for about two minutes before placing it in the dough press. There was zero sense of urgency and it's pretty obvious they don't care at all about customer service. I think everyone in line that day was confused as to why everything was moving so slow.

Horrible! I’d give them 0 stars if I could. The pizzas, for carry put sat on their counter for 15 minutes as I waited in person for my order. Then when they finally called my name, after 15 minutes, I ask how long the pizzas have been sitting up on their counter. The response was, “only two or three minutes”. I saw with my own eyes the pizzas were there the entire 15 minutes I was waiting. As I suspect the pizzas were barely warm. Not good. To top it off, they literally smashed a LARGE pizza into a small box. The distorted large pizza’s toppings were stuck to the top of the box. That’s what happens when a large pizza is smashed into a small box.

The place is dirty, the floor, glass, kitchen, and bathrooms are so nasty they haven't cleaned in over a week. I think the Torrance Health Department must visit this place ASAP.
