The cleanest Popeyes I’ve ever seen. Then again I’m from Seattle area so maybe for LA it’s normal but for me pleasantly surprising.

I love that chicken from Popeyes just dislikes that there's no more Cajun rice, and the beans and rice don't taste the same as a few years ago. Do you still make the bisquets there ? they taste as frozen. Also, please open one in San Pedro

Every single time I go to this Popeyes , Dillon is there to great us with such a calming and nice voice and with a vibe that’s just spot on. He seems like a really chill guy and I bring my friends here and not only is the food delicious, but add Dillon’s hospitality to that and it just makes me appreciate that man. I hope he does well , honestly great job

Best fried chicken sandwiches in the world . I go for spicy one . All the side dishes are very delicious too . My only stop when I crave fried chicken . 10 stars for their seasoning..

Lately their chicken at this location has not been fresh! The chicken is dry and no flavor; and we went in the early evening around 4pm! Something also seems off about their coleslaw too. I hope they step it up soon

Food wasn't good and after ordering I was told to park in the parking in front but signs indicate parking in rear. Parked in the rear food never came had to go inside after waiting for 10 minutes to find out they want you to just pull in the front. Fried pickles were not tasty and fish sandwich was over cooked. It was not close but I went because it was a drive through. Will not go back.

This location isn't wonderful. They seem to make a mistake on every order, so double check before driving away. If you order both spicy and mild, they'll put them together in the same box, with no label. Love the Popeyes food, but better to head to another location. Edit: Appreciate the owner reaching out and responding to the review. That's always a positive sign. Will definitely go back and try them again. I hope they can refine their process and improve for the future.

Ordered on the Popeyes mobile app, got charged. Money taken from my bank account for this purchase. When arrived, it was “claimed” our order wasn’t on the system and they couldn’t provide nothing when we had the proof & receipts of that order being charged. Was told to come inside and still nothing was “showing on their system” still, so with that being said they made us pay AGAIN for the same order they claimed they never received, MIND you we had the proof of everything they needed. This is very disappointing because people work hard for their money and you guys refused when the proof was given as evidence, receipts, location, time, money being charged all because your system is messed up on your end? is MESSED UP! DISAPPOINTED. - ON THE APP : it says “Your order is being prepared!”

It's crazy when you go in my food is always the only food that is not done properly all I got today was just a six-piece honey barbecue boneless wings and if I just wanted plain wings that's what I would have got because there is hardly any barbecue sauce at all on my order. And since I had to take my medication I can't drive right now and I've been trying to call and they keep hanging up on me once I start explaining what my issue is because I went through the drive-thru and I didn't expect my order to be wrong especially since we just got there early this morning right I think when they opened a little bit after 10:00 a.m. and it's just so frustrating. Because they are closer to my home and I'd rather go to them instead of going to the one way on Vermont and Sepulveda it just seems like I get better service over there because this is the second time this has occurred at this location and it's sad😮‍💨😠

I ordered my food from the table and was never alerted when my food was done. My food was sitting behind the counter for almost an hour. They denied making a fresh one, so I left my food in their possession. No customer service to contact, just a one-time chat with a robot 🤖.
