I believe yesterday was my 4th time coming here and every time I have been, I am so happy with the taste of the food and the service. I went last night for my 40th birthday with a friend because I knew it was a place that I could count on for a phenomenal steak and some of the best Aperol Spritz outside of Italy. They serve them in a very large generous glass and they’re always consistent and made correctly which is actually hard to find in Los Angeles. I went with the 45 day aged ribeye and it was out of this world & cooked to perfection. The beet salad was remarkable as well as the fresh bread. I also really liked the cauliflower. I don’t think I have ever had anything bad here. The hostess was very kind and the server was very sweet and friendly. Thanks so much for making my birthday feel so special. I definitely can’t wait to come back here more often 10 out of 10. 🌟🙌
Came here for dinner and it was an amazing experience overall. We started with the calamari and fried shrimp, which were both delicious, and shared a Caesar salad to kick things off. They also brought out warm bread served in a cast iron skillet, and it was so delicious. The rolls were topped with honey and butter. For our mains, my husband ordered the bone-in ribeye, while I had the bone-in Kansas City ribeye. His ribeye was incredibly beefy, rich, and beautifully marbled. Mine had great flavor as well, but it was a bit tougher than expected, and about a third of the steak consisted of bone, gristle, and hard collagen, which took away from the experience slightly. For sides, we chose the sautéed asparagus and the shell & cheese. Both were excellent. The asparagus was cooked to perfection, and the shell & cheese was ultra creamy and indulgently cheesy. We ended the night with the triple layer key lime cake, and it was absolutely divine. So light, tangy, and the perfect way to finish the meal. Service was outstanding from start to finish. Our server and his assistant were attentive, professional, and made us feel well taken care of throughout the evening. Overall, a wonderful dining experience, and I would definitely come back.
We've had steaks in many different restaurants but Steak 48 was a little different. The service was top-notch & very attentive. We didn't sit exactly where we wanted, but we grew into the tall table that was in the center of the dining room. All the foods came out really hot which was great but the price was kind of high. We ordered some of the items that didn't have a price on the menu and our check came out to be over $700 for just 2 people, but it was worth it....we will definitely come back again!
Our server Cary was phenomenal-made up for the shortcomings at reception, which was disorganized and disappointing. Cary’s knowledge of the menu was impressive and his recommendations were spot-on. Steaks were fine but the highlights were the appetizers, sides and dessert.
Some of the best steaks and services I have ever had. Made the reservation since the place is so popular and they called a day before and after to confirm the reservation and checked how our experience was. My friend and I absolutely loved it! The beets salad is also highly recommended and ofc the 45 aged ribeye. Can’t wait to go back again
Came here to celebrate a birthday and honestly the best food and service we've had! Started with the stone fruit martini that was incredible, had a few shrimp dishes, and some salads. The shrimp cocktail was amazing, the crispy shrimp was also pretty good. Salads were ok, single portion but can be shared. The filet mignon was delicious as was the rib eye. Of the few sides, the sweet potato was my favorite but scalloped potatoes was also great. Got a complimentary dessert and ordered another one. The chocolate cake was good if you like it, but my favorite was the cookie and creme ice cream cake. Ended the meal with some chocolate chip cookies that topped off the amazing meal. From stellar service, to amazing food and drinks, highly recommend this restaurant!
My fiancé and i had our anniversary dinner here and it’s one of the best restaurants we’ve ever been to! Our Server Emily was amazing, she was super sweet and attentive. The espresso martini’s we ordered were delicious (we asked to add a splash of cream.) For food, we ordered the crispy shrimp deviled eggs, New York strip, creamed spinach, and mac n cheese. Everything was insanely good and the portions were big. The ambiance was really sexy and perfect for a date night. We will absolutely come back!
Steak 48 delivers an exceptional experience from start to finish. Perfectly cooked steaks, elevated sides, and top-tier service that makes the night feel special. The ambiance is upscale yet welcoming, making it a go-to spot for celebrations or an unforgettable dinner.
Went here for a Starkey training event, and I have to say - amazing steakhouse. The appetizers all slapped, with the firecracker shrimp being the most amazing, followed by the burrata with onions / figs. The NY strip steak was cooked to a perfect medium rare, and I love the sizzling hot plate it was served on. The cocktails were stiff and delicious - was impressed by their gin selection! My friend enjoyed her grilled salmon as well. Dessert was mind-blowing: vanilla cake with roasted pecans, vanilla gelato, and caramel. Super rich so make sure you save room for it! Great decor, friendly service, and overall a great high-end steakhouse in Beverly Hills.
i went for my 21st birthday with my boyfriend. the service was phenomenal! since I had never had a fancy steak before, my bf brought me here and he and our server helped me order. i had a filet mignon, my bf had a ribeye I believe, and we shared two sides, a creamy corn crème brûlée and a mashed sweet potato with praulines. my steak was medium, juicy, and absolutely mouthwatering, as was my bf’s, however mine was significantly better. the mashed sweet potato was amazing, but not our favorite. the corn crème brulee was SOO good, I highly recommend. oh and for dessert I had a mango sorbet, which was delicious. we WILL be coming back!!
Steak 48 was an absolute masterpiece. From the moment you walk in you feel the luxury they’re striving to provide. You’re greeted by the Neon Steak 48 sign against the dark tinted windows and a line of patrons wanting a picture in front of it. All I have to say about that is thank goodness the valet doesn’t mind being the sign photographer! We had a reservation and were immediately ushered to our enclosed quiet booth. You have to request the booth by the kitchen and they only have a few. Then the classiness began. For the birthday boy a “handwritten” birthday card from the Steak 48 team! That to me was a great touch! The space we were sat was beautiful and the birthday boy was happy again. The starters: We were prepared to feast like Kings and Queens and we did just that. We were started off with bread for the table, waters all around and for myself a Pomegranate Blood Orange Martini. The Rhode Island Calamari appetizer opened the feast and didn’t disappoint us. The fried calamari was crisp and felt light, not overly greasy, and with the peppers added a little kick. I refused to be drawn into the bread and only had a few pieces of the calamari because the entire reason for coming was to try the steak. So try we did. The steak: one 18 oz bone in filet for the 18 year old birthday boy, 12 oz bone in filets for mom and dad. 20 or so minutes later out came sizzling plates with ounces of heaven. We added sautéd mushrooms and shells and cheese. Very cheese! When I said we were prepped to eat like kings. I meant it. We ate good. The steak was perfectly seared and seasoned. Maybe the crust was on the edge of slightly salted and over salted but it was so juicy inside I wasn’t disappointed just aware. The mushrooms were delicious and had a little garlic taste that paired well with the steak. The shells and cheese were “really cheesy”and that also was a treat because sometimes places don’t do Mac and cheese or shells and cheese correctly in my book. Steak 48’s shells and cheese to some may be over cheesed but for my taste it worked. Steak 48 got steak more than correct. The 18oz bone in filet gone, two 12oz bone fillets gone and a birthday red velvet pudding with birthday candle and wishes gone. We had a wonderful time, ate spectacular food and enjoyed ourselves immensely. The cost in price was substantial, upwards of $400. But he’s only 18 once and I’m certain he had the meal of his young life at Steak 48. We look forward to returning even if we won’t be celebrating such a milestone birthday.
Ok ok ok ok! QC Fans!! Steak 48 is it! From start (valet) to (dining) finish (valet) it was nothing short of superior excellence!! Price point is high and to be expected for this type of experience however worth all my coins😁 My order: Blue Point Oysters (raw) Chicken Fried Lobster Biscuits Loaded Baked Potato 22 oz Bone-In Ribeye cut
Absolutely 💯 💯 a beautiful, cozy place to celebrate! A warmth welcome from the reception, server's oh my G excellent, especially Chris! The best! Celebrated my 48th birthday with Jen and Babes (unaveshies) and it's really worth it, guys! MUST be here❤️ and try the Steak 48. You will love it! From the freshly baked soft bread, appetizer roasted brussel sprouts, 48 Caesar salad with warm poached egg! The petite filet mignon medium well, grass fed NY strip ooooh soo perfect with mashed potato and sautéed brocolli on the sides👌 👌 👌 heaven😉🤩 The dessert red velvet, ultimate warm vanilla caramel cake with ice cream ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Happy birthday Card from Team!
The restaurant is very elegant and the service is beyond attentive. The calamari and shrimp were tasty. The aged ribeye was cook to perfection with add on shrimp and mushrooms. Cream corn and cream Spinich are a classic flavors. The dessert were next level. Key lime cheese cake was a hit.
The atmosphere of the restaurant is upscale but still warm and inviting, creating the perfect setting for a memorable evening. We came for a birthday dinner and we were welcomed with a handwritten birthday card from the staff, which was a very thoughtful touch. We had an amazing dining experience thanks to our server, Tavis. From the moment we sat down, he was incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. He made excellent recommendations, especially the off menu items like the Branzino and Beignets. The service and food was top notch. We will definitely be back.
Walked in without reservation. I was placers at a bar , had absolutely fantastic food experience. Great food, amazing service. Was recommended some corn brûlée by Alec as a side dish. Personally wasn’t huge fan, just was a bit to sweet for me, Alec picked up my dissatisfaction in my voice right away, and removed it from the check. Couldn’t decided between 2 desserts , so ordered 2. Vanilla cake was my favorite out of those two. Great work overall 5 out of 5. Well deserved
Great service! The hospitality all around was amazing, exactly what a restaurant should be with outstanding customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back!
Food was fantastic. Great atmosphere. Can be pricey but we'll worth it.
Such a lovely and sexy atmosphere to have dinner. Request to sit in one of the booths for a more intimate vibe. My favorite dish was the raw scallop and corn creme brûlée! The seafood was so delicate and fresh. I love their dirty martinis here. Steak 48 is the perfect restaurant for any occasion.
If you want an exquisite dining experience, this is the place to go! The service, staff, food, are all worth every penny you spend spend. Highly recommend!
Me and my boyfriend ate here and I had an amazing experience. We were greeted by valet, and they were very polite and took very good care of my boyfriend’s car then There was someone at the door to greet us And open it for us where there were three nice ladies at the front who helped us in a timely manner. We were seated and told who our waiter would be for the evening and he was very kind and made sure our drinks were always full And that we were always up-to-date on what was happening With our food. The atmosphere was absolutely amazing. I honestly don’t know how long we waited for our food because I had a great time talking with my boyfriend. We got a private booth and I would definitely recommend if you’re going on a date night anyways I ordered the filet mignon and my boyfriend ordered the New York strip and we shared some mac & cheese, mashed potatoes and Caesar salad and oh my gosh it was so amazing. Oh, and to drink I had the guava cucumber cocktail. I couldn’t even taste the alcohol, but it definitely hit and it was so delicious! My boyfriend also loved his food and shout out to the bathroom lady because I had to use the restroom so many times and she was so helpful and kind. By the end of the night, we were asked if we wanted dessert and I would’ve loved to try dessert, but we were so stuffed. There was no way we were eating anymore so we got some to go boxes and the check and overall I had an absolutely amazing experience, The service was absolutely phenomenal, the atmosphere was amazing, it was clean, friendly, The food was delicious…I could go on and on, and I would 100% come back and recommend this I felt like an absolute princess and I had two different workers one waitress and one waiter complement me, and I felt so good and by the way, the toilet seats were heated, best thing ever!!!
My girlfriend and I visited for her birthday. Coming from fine dining in Las Vegas, we were very impressed with Steak 48. We compared it to a dinner at Paris Hotel/Casino in Las Vegas. We both ordered the Filet Mignon and it was delicious! Our server was Jonathan who was very attentive and even gave my girlfriend a dessert that wasn’t on the menu. We definitely recommend this place to anyone and everyone!
Had a wonderful birthday dinner at Steak 48! Everyone was reading about the crispy shrimp appetizer! The Boursin whipped potatoes were yummy, and the sea bass was really tasty! I'm not a huge steak person, but everyone really enjoyed their steak! And don't forget the yummy bread! The chocolate bombe is my favorite dessert! The peanut butter pie was really rich and tasty too! The service was amazing and we had a very special evening!
State 48 is always a good time for me. The food is always absolutely amazing. Service is OK. The atmosphere is OK but I definitely go for the food the lamb chops amazing lobster amazing steak amazing the deviled egg, shrimp or shrimp deviled eggs chefs kiss the crème brûlée corn is absolutely amazing. It’s on the sweet sideso if you’re not a fan of sweet things, then I would pass on this, but I’m a sweet lover the fried rice the Mac I think it’s the lobster mac & cheese all absolutely amazing.
Classy steakhouse located in Beverly Hills. It’s good for special occasions and they have a cool display of their seafood as well as desserts. Note that they don’t validate parking for the garage next door (it’s $13) but there is street parking. Our waiter was Audrey and she was the best - very friendly and warm. In terms of the food, it was a family style meal and we ate a ton. We ordered the following for four of us: - They gave us complimentary bread that was a mix of croissant and dinner rolls. This was an elevated version of the Pillsbury crescent rolls and I meant that as a compliment. We took some bread to go because it was that good. - Rhode Island Calamari and shrimp - there were perfectly crispy and there was a good mix of both seafood. - 48 Caesar with warm poached egg - we got the poached egg on the side per my mom’s request but I think keeping it in makes a difference. The croutons are more bready in texture than a traditional crouton but still good. This is good to share, contrary to what the waiter might say. - Truffled and salted crispy fries - you can never go wrong with fries and there’s nothing more to report. - Tomahawk steak - this was gigantic and fed all four of us with leftovers to spare. The meat was juicy and perfectly cooked. - New Bedford Sea Scallops - this came with an extremely buttery sauce that was oh so decadent. The scallops were tender and - Crispy brussel sprouts - these were served to us and came with giant pieces of lardons. They’re your typical brussel sprout that can be found at a steakhouse. - Chocolate Bomb - we decided on this for dessert because it looked really good in the dessert case. It was decidedly chocolatey and we couldn’t finish it because it’s surprisingly more filling than you’d expect.
9.1/10. The experience, the atmosphere and the food made for a great evening. Unfortunately, we had a res for 8p and was seated around 8:30p. Besides that, we ordered the Shrimp Deviled eggs, taste is superb with just enough shrimp and egg in each bite, 8.9/10. Calamari, came with peppers and shrimp, tasty but could have had better seasoning, sauces were great 8.2/10. Best side of the evening was the sweet potato casserole, you need this in your life, don't walk but run to get this, 9.7/10. Brussel sprouts, hard, not flavorful, best thing about it was the thick bacon pieces, 4.3/10. Creamed Spinach side was just good enough, if it had artichoke it would be a dip, 7.3/10. Sea bass was disappointing, good size, came hot but lacked flavor and softness in the cut, 5.2/10. 45 Day dry aged 22oz ribeye, I had high hopes for this steak, came out sizzling hot. Such a large cut, I didn't think I would finish it and I did not. Unfortunately, I ordered Medium and 20% of the meat was well done, 45% was medium rare. 15% of the cut was fat, I'm not opposed to it but this was a lot. I still enjoyed this but I would not order this again. There was good flavor, it was juicy and mostly tender. 7.4/10.
Aaaaammmmmmaaazing! The food the ambiance, did I say the food. This place is amazing. Service is top notch , the low light setting very chic. Very upscale restaurant in Beverly Hills. The crowd was alive on a Monday night. You can not go wrong with steak 48. Made reservations here and got sat early. I will be back this place is amazing. If you are in Beverly Hills and want a great place you have found it.
Love love love this place. I wanted to try one of everything and was so grateful to even have what I had. As we were ordering tempted, and you know, I was eating oysters, steak, appetizers, and popcorn ice cream don't let the price points scare you off because this place is worth every time you spend. All the food that I have posted was for only two of us and we ate every ounce of it.
Michelle was excellent & thorough. She asked if it was our first visit to Steak 48. She provided an overview of the menu & shared with us her personal favorites. The service here was off the chart. Will, the manager, came by our table to confirm if everything was okay. We were a party of 4, 3 of us ordered different steaks. All were cooked to order & tasted great. For a starter, I recommend the wagyu beef tartare. It was exceptional.
Date night to the next level. If you can pull it off, ask for the chef's table. The drinks are amazing, the bartenders are fabulous, the food is on point, the atmosphere is it. This is a great spot. I would recommend many times over. This has become our weekly spot. If you find the need to ask about the prices, you probably should not go here.
It was my first time at Steak 48 and it was a great experience. The food was incredible, the atmosphere was classy, though the best part was Amari, the waiter. He was exceptional! The food was well priced for the portions and quality.
This was just an amazing experience from start to finish. We were here for my mom’s birthday and it was just great. The hostess are very friendly, our waiter Kevin was extremely knowledgeable and on point with service , food was amazing, drinks were amazing, ambience was amazing. Honestly can not wait to go back !
Was very impressed last time I came here! Service was exceptional! The server truly knew the menu inside out and was able to make exceptional recommendations! Food and atmosphere was fantastic. Will be coming back here on my next visit to LA soon!
The service and the food was top notch. Kevin was our server and he was masterful. We came to celebrate our daughter's 12th birthday and they made it a memorable one. I would definitely return if we were local.
Steak 48 Beverly Hills felt like a true special-occasion restaurant from the moment I walked in. The space is stylish and upscale without feeling stiff, and the service was attentive but never rushed. I ordered a filet mignon, and it was perfectly cooked—tender, flavorful, and clearly high quality. The sides were just as memorable, especially the corn crème brûlée, which was rich and unexpectedly addictive. Everything came out beautifully presented, and the staff made great recommendations throughout the meal. It’s definitely on the pricey side, but the overall experience made it feel worth it. Steak 48 is the kind of place I’d return to for celebrations or when I want a polished, indulgent night out.
Excellent experience! Service from beginning to end was perfect. Appetizers to main course was exquisite. Get the bone in rib eye, medium, cooked to perfection. Top it off with extra dirty Belvedere Martinis for the perfect blend. Cappuccino, wow, outstanding. Best Steakhouse in Beverly Hills, period!
My wife and I came here for a late Valentine’s dinner, excited to explore their menu—especially the steak selection. We arrived a bit earlier than our reservation, but after being warmly greeted at the door, we were promptly seated. The ambiance was lively and inviting, with a pleasant buzz from the dining room that made the evening feel special. The service throughout the night was excellent. Our server, Gabin, was attentive without being intrusive, and someone was always nearby if we needed anything. Before we even placed our drink or appetizer order, we were served warm, freshly baked bread—a flaky, buttery croissant roll that was absolutely delicious. At Gabin’s recommendation, we started with the crispy shrimp and Caesar salad. Both dishes arrived quickly and did not disappoint. The shrimp reminded me of a walnut shrimp-style preparation, with a satisfying crisp and flavorful sauce, and the Caesar was a fresh, well-executed take on a classic. For our mains, we both ordered the ribeye—mine the dry-aged version—and shared the Brussels sprouts with bacon. My dry-aged ribeye was excellent and met every expectation you’d have for a prime cut: flavorful, tender, and well-prepared. Unfortunately, my wife’s ribeye did not reflect the same level of quality. While the cook was accurate, the cut itself was quite sinewy with pockets of fat that were difficult to cut through, which took away from the experience. We brought it to Gabin’s attention, and he graciously offered to have it re-cooked to see if that might help. We declined and tried to make the most of it, but ultimately my wife wasn’t able to finish the steak due to the texture. When we mentioned it again, Gabin sincerely apologized, removed the steak from our bill, and offered a complimentary dessert to ensure we left on a better note. We truly appreciated the professionalism and care shown in handling the situation. Overall, aside from the one steak not meeting expectations for a high-end restaurant, everything else—from the atmosphere to the service and starters—was excellent. Thank you again to Gabin for making the evening memorable and for taking care of us.
I am giving this place 4 based on my overall positive experience. But there is a big “but. The staff on reception needs a big improvement in service. Do not expect warm welcome. We came earlier and were rudely told to wait in the waiting area, even though restaurant was empty. The middle aged lady conducted herself the way I felt I needed to get a special permission. Food was good. We ordered Bone-in Ribeye and Bone-in Pork Chops which were properly cooked. We didn’t like lobster escargot as it has too much cheese and was too greasy for such establishment. For argument sake I think escargot should be escargot. The interior and amenities were great. I personally loved the ambience and very attentive staff which assisted our table.
Went for a company party. It was beautiful inside. All staff very friendly. The only thing I would say, is too be careful serving, when the guest steps away. The person next to me at my table was kosher and diary free so when things were served directly on her plate, that she did not want she was upset when she came back to our table. I would recommend if the guest has stepped away from their seat, to leave sides or other foods simply on the table and when the guest comes back, they can serve themselves what they like to eat or not eat. The sides do come family-style when you pass them and serve yourself... I know the waitress and waiters wants to be nice, but things like pork or cream, some people might not want on their plate. But overall thank you for a memorable night with coworkers. Felt like being in a movie or fancy show... Also, I don't drink alcohol, so I got a Sherly Temple and it was delicious. I'm happy they made it for me, even though I did not see it on menu. Thank you
Very busy place for Sat night. Parking lot next door. Steaks on point and cooked to right temp. Service was great and seated on time. Some menu items came up a bit short like cream spinach, which had more thicker texture. Also felt beignet dessert missed as had more deep fried texture vs more traditional cafe du monde version. Though crème brûlée corn was nice with brown sugar top. Would still go back for nice steak.
Very attractive modern steakhouse. Dry aged Ribeye was perfect and will be the standard by which I judge all ribeyes from here on out. This is a cut that doesnt always get the dry aged treatment so its appearance on the menu and ultimate flawless execution was much appreciated. Only thing that prevented this from 5 star was the mac and cheese side dish. Not cheesy enough and the shell pasta used felt wrong. Still, a first class experience was had for a large group of ten
This is a nice place for a celebration dinner, but it's definitely expensive. We were seated near the dessert display, which I liked, but that's also near the kitchen which can be a problem. It wasn't too noisy to talk because we were in a booth. The service was very good, with the waiter and the manager being very helpful. Sorry, I didn't feel like eating steak that day, but the Seabass was great. My wife had King Crab legs which is her favorite meal at most restaurants. She thought they should have been a little larger at that price, but the herb butter was great. I didn't like the Corn Creme Brulee, but I've never liked corn with added sugar. However the creamed corn underneath was good without the sugar on top. The Hasselback Potato was another favorite, since I hadn't had one before, theirs was the best. Their Key Lime pie is also at the top of my list as many places make it too sweet or too bitter, theirs was just right as far as my taste. Even the Valet was good. If I'm in the area I might visit again, especially for the Key Lime pie.
I’ve been to this restaurant many times and usually enjoy it. Yesterday I ordered the pork chop. Since we had so many starters, I didn’t touch it last night and took it to go. Today, when I went to eat it, I realized the pork chop was completely undercooked inside. I had specifically mentioned to the waiter that I am pregnant, and serving undercooked pork is unacceptable and unsafe. Considering the quality and the prices of this restaurant, mistakes like this should not happen. It was very disappointing and concerning.
Great steak and atmosphere… i tried the fillet steak .. I asked for medium well but came to me more well done .. so I didn’t enjoyed it I have been in better steak houses around the world so this one …. I score it 6-7/10 for food and taste The drinks came late… it came in half way of our meal .. One more thing the receipt came with added gratitude , that’s mean you have no options and additional to that they asked you to give tips when you have to sign ✍🏻 the card paper … that’s kind of things take me away from such restaurants.. hanger to side money rather the food money That’s my opinion..
The people next to us were busy FaceTiming their dinner to their kids at full volume. It took forever for the manager to finally get them to stop. The service was slow. The 12 Oz steak I ordered was meh. The atmosphere is obnoxious and the waiter, as opposed to being helpful, was trying desperately to get us to order the seafood appetizer tower... he kept suggesting anything to get us to order and order. And the price of everything was crazy. I love a good steak house....this is a scene with a meh steak house attached.
We made a reservation for a particular room 2 MONTHS in advance, and they bumped our group from that room with no notice. I even spoke with the booking manager for 5-10 minutes when I called to make sure we were in a good room for our group, since it was our annual Secret Santa and we have certain needs regarding privacy, space and sound. They even reached out to confirm the reservation the day before - no mention of the downgrade. Food and drink are good, but apparently your reservation doesn’t mean much. Beware.
Overall for the amount you pay, I would expect way better service. Whisper there at around three hours and order steak and few plates of oysters. The steak come in without the side dish that we ordered, yeah we had to pay separately for it as well( some grilled carrots), 15 minutes later the steak was cold as hell and still no sides at seen. For $350, I would expect way better service.
“ Extremely Disappointing Experience” We went to Steak 48 last night and the entire experience was far below expectations. First, they seated us in a side room where everyone around us was over 70, which felt odd and completely mismatched for our group. It already set a strange tone for the night. While the overall service structure seemed fine, our server had a noticeably bad attitude the entire time. I actually had to ask him to check in with the whole table because he didn’t even bother asking half of our party what they wanted—especially for drinks with dessert. After about 5 minutes of him ignoring half the table, I had to remind him again to take their orders. Very unprofessional. On top of that, the food quality was extremely poor. All of us ended up with food poisoning afterward, which is completely unacceptable for a restaurant at this level. To make it worse, I received a call today asking about our experience. As soon as I began explaining what happened, the woman on the phone said the manager would call me back—but I never received a call. No follow-up, no accountability. For the price and reputation, this was one of the worst dining experiences we’ve ever had. Definitely not returning
If there was a hype rating, I would give it five stars.. but the Food was average. Pricing is in line with any good steakhouse in Los Angeles. The problem is nothing really shines. The worst part was the bathrooms. They had a lady outside the bank of bathrooms, directing people into each stall. Not only was it weird but the actual bathrooms themselves were on par with New York subway dirtiness. In my opinion, any fine dining establishment of this caliber and price range. Should have someone keeping the bathroom constantly in good shape. A bathroom attendant. Un flushed toilets and dirty floors should not be acceptable.
Be aware that there is a dress code for the place despite plenty of people appeared to be dressing casual in the photos. Got denied entry for my wife's birthday reservation over a pair of sneakers. I did give a quick look at their yelp page and photos for dress code but missed it. It was my miss but kinda frustrating anyways. I think they should have posted the dress code somewhere more obvious.
