A great lunch spot or after work meal. Tacos are fresh and good cuts of meat. Great to go service with all the fixings on the side. At night they have a big self serve area for toppings. Delicious!
Best tacos, don’t forget to ask for grilled anión and jalapeños
the tacos were super and so were the Mexican drinks. all delicious and express services. outdoor places to eat as many as you want and without reservation or dress code. wonderful lunch! thanks a lot!
Great burritos. Big fan of a Sol Carne 1/2 pastor 1/2 carne asada burrito with the avocado salsa they have. It's absolutely delicious. Also just discovered the breakfast burrito which is the best I've had in LA (I'm partial to Southwest style breakfast burritos and this feels close to that).
One of my wife and I's favorite food trucks in LA! The Tortas and Carne Asada fries and the bomb!
I've been going to the taco truck since the year that it arrived, around 8 plus years ago. It's never disappointed in terms of flavor, cost and service. They now accept credit cards and....they are open 24/7, or at least very late. They have all you could want in regards to a quick Mexican bite, don't forget to get Horchata.
Local taco truck parked on the corner of Santa Monica and Westwood (in the car wash parking lot). Food is delicious and fresh, I highly recommend the veggie burrito with avocado. Done simple and right, never greasy or too filling. Quick service and open past midnight.
A 4.5 stars, but I'm rounding up because they are open when you need them the most. Very affordable tacos that are pretty good. Customer service is not bad too. Ask for free refried beans on the side if you like!
Astounding. Service was prompt and my food filled a veggie burrito-shaped hole in my soul. At moments I had to close my eyes and wait after a bite so I could let the flavors of the rice, beans and lettuce dance gently across my tongue. Then I would sip my horchata, and that tasted like the vanilla ice cream you ate when your dad picked you up from school and stopped at the local ice cream spot. The horchata tastes like what hugs feel like. I don't want to eat here too often because it has a chance to ruin everything else for me. I'd highly recommend Tacos Super Gallito.
They have the best taco in Westwood! Their steak tacos are good and the cabeza is so tender! I also like their carnitas. They offer free grilled onion, jalapeno and beans, all great!
This truck sells better food than other truck I tried. I had the nachos and it was not bad. It'a also cheaper than the other food trucks in the area.
I love this taco truck the people running it are really nice and the burritos are delicious. They have grilled peppers and onions on the side which I love. Good prices and open late, I will keep coming back here whenever I'm in Westwood 🙌
Great taco truck. Cheap and great tasting food. Opened late

Our usual taco truck was closed so we came across this place and I really liked it. I had 2 tacos de asada my corn tortilla fell apart so I had to eat the meat with a spoon but they were very good with lots of meat so I didn't mind. They gave use a little cup of pinto beans which had a little kick to it, very good! I have to say they're a little pricey $32 for 4 tacos, 1 burrito and 2 sodas. My husband said the burrito from our regular spot is way bigger. I liked it and we'll be back😋

Best tacos on the westside. Great prices and with good flavor. I used to think Tatiana's was the best but their prices went up. Get the tacos here. The quesadilla is pretty greasy but it's big. I'll come back and just get a bunch of tacos next time.
Great food. Fast and polite service. No lines to wait in. Only bad mark is the location too much traffic and in car detail shop.
This is a very good food truck, but the only way to view the menu and order is by scanning the QR code on the side of the truck. It would be great if that menu/order system were available on their website, but I wasn’t able to find it online anywhere. Their chicken burrito was very good, a bit pricey, but certainly authentic.
Great taco truck! The part are the warm hand made corn tortillas

The horchata was fantastic. I had a carne asada burrito, which was good. Just the right size — not too big – and with the added aguacate y cebollita adentro, it was a pretty good meal. One piece of meat was gristle and had to be spit out. Without salsa there was a minor, but pleasant hear from the burrito. Overall enjoyable.
Kinda mid, nothing to write about. Nice staff and solid side portions. The tortillas are probably the lowest quality out of everything
The truck is in a nice convenient spot right across from the Marriott. The menu offers plenty of variety, which is nice. Although they may be slow at times, as I went it was a 2 man show, their output is efficient. The price is fair as well. That being said, the food is ok. It tasted a little bland, and the food looked like it was haphazardly put on (all the sour cream on my burrito was on one side, all the rice on the other, and the meat was buried under the sour cream). If it's convenient for you to go here, go for it, but you can find better Mexican food if you walk an extra 5 minutes in any direction.
It's okay, they come through with some pretty tasty big dishes to fill you up. The problem is they're very slow, takes forever to get your food. Also I remember once they charged me like $3 for a tiny little container of avocado sauce

It was great awhile ago. Very spotty now. Today, I ordered two Carne Asada tacos, with everything on them and got two ground beef burritos with a lot of carrots inside. Wha??? It was to go, so there was no returning them
The tacos are really delicious but make sure you know the price. I paid $2.50 for tacos on Saturday, came back on Taco Tuesday when tacos are supposed to be $1.25 (per their menu) and they tried to charge me $3.65. The cashier was unsure of the prices and made them up in her head. Integrity is key.
The food is OK, ordinary but not bad at all. The service is SLOW! I was there on a Friday night and there were for people in front of me in line, which is nothing compared to other popular taco trucks, but I still had to wait stunning 40 minutes for a burrito that wasn't even impressive. They also currently have a B rating on health inspection. If you're not in a hurry, and I mean not at all, it's a decent late night fix. The prices are similar to other trucks, but you can get better for less elsewhere. If you are wondering why their La Brea location is often empty when Leo's across the street is packed, the answer is simple... They have better food, more efficient service and better prices.
Food is good, service not that good. I am regular costumer. One night I ordered 12 tacos to go, I paid extra to add avocado to every taco, when I reached home I noticed none of the tacos had avocado, I did not feel like returning that same night to tell them about it. I went few days later and told the guy about it, he acted like he did not care at all, I asked him if they could add avocado to my current order (5 tacos), he said he couldn't do it.
Im always happy with the food and service. But they need to work better on their hours; just got here at 00:59 on a Friday morning to order a burrito to go but the service was refused (said they were already closed). Had to go to another food truck down Sta Monica.
The tacos are overpriced for the size and quality of meats. Tortillas aren't heated through enough to get the soft texture in center and tripas werent crispy as requested, more of chewy texture Their salsa bar and condiments are on point though! Reccomend their avocado salsa and their grilled jalapenos!
I was looking forward to Tacos Super Gallito as it had 4.9 stars and GrubHub and 4 stars on Google! We ordered a burrito, tacos, and mulitas (asada and pollo). The burrito was solid but boy, was I disappointed...mulitas were the saddest I've ever seen. It tasted just okay but the meat in the taco and mullitas tasted day(s?) old, definitely not fresh.

Cashier was rude. Paid 30+ dollars for 4 tacos + a torta. Pastor and asada didnt have much flavor. They tried to kick us out at 2 despite saying they close at 3. They use to be way better than they are now.
Don’t order on delivery apps, they will get your order wrong or give you someone else’s order…it’s been 4 times for me smh
I order from here all the time. The food is good but they we consistently have issues with our order. Order a bacon burrito, and they’ll give you sausage. They always skimp on the salsa. I like this place but they need to get it together.

Carson street & Vermont truck, accross from Harbor UCLA Hospital in Torrance. I ordered a fish burrito with a large horchata, while waiting for my prescription. The burrito tasted like it had mayonaise instead of sour cream. And very little fish on it. The horchata tasted sour like it was spoiled with extra sugar to cover the flavor, and I couldnt finish it. I hope it wasnt spoiled or I'll get sick. I paid nearly $20 for this order and dont feel like it was worth it at all.
This is literally the worst Mexican food I have ever had. Do not get this. Meat, beans and rice all terrible In shock with how bad the food was and disappointed that I wasted a meal
I ordered a burrito de asada and I got a burrito de arroz. Tacos were fire 🔥🔥🔥 no lie the red salsa on point. The rice wasn't even cooked right. Burrito was a total waste of cash spent $20 bucks on 6 tacos and burrito de arroz(asada) and tipped them on top of that.
$3.75 for one taco??? Almost 4 dollars & they are the tiny ones Carne asada was also dry & flavorless. OVERPRICED and definitely not worth it. Will not be coming back again. Dont recommend.
Ordered a torta cheap cheese, meat, never eat here again.
I ordered through their website (there's no menu on the side of the truck, and the it's to even clear where to order in person). 45 minutes of standing around later, I realized that they still hadn't even confirmed my order. I tried to cancel, but the phone number they provided went to a voicemail system that had not been set up, so I couldn't even leave a message. I tried talking to the people I the truck, but their online system didn't even provide an order number for me to refer to. I told them to forget about my food. Five minutes later, I get a message saying my food is ready. I go back. This time, they won't even talk to me. No food. No customer service. And they still charged me.
The food is mediocre and they will try to pretend that there’s no discount on the Taco Tuesday or burritos on Wednesday, even if they give you a discount on Tuesday, they will put double tortillas so they can charge you more and nullify the discount, they asked you to pay and said that you didn’t tell them about it
Ordered take out. Didn't get any of the sides I asked for. Burrito has bad quality ingredients (most likely old). Horchata tastes like sugar. Not worth the price.
Rude female employee. Incorrect prices shown on menu board posted at truck. First time here, employees didn't acknowledge we were waiting for about 5 mins and we're talking inside - not a huge deal. After we ordered got the receipt and noticed it was higher than it should have been. Asked the lady how much the tacos were each, she said 1.90-sumthin even though it is posted as 1.60. I mentioned this to her and she said those are the old prices, and the new prices were posted but they fell and they haven't put them back up. I mentioned how it's our first time here, so how were we to know the price was different, and she replied, if you would have asked for the prices I would have told you. Update: Got home, and they included beans, plenty of salsa and jalapenos, and the tacos actually weren't bad. Still won't be going back, but just wanted to be fair.
Way too overpriced for what it is. $20 for a burrito and drink. I ordered an Al pastor burrito and the entire burrito was beans and rice with 2 small pieces of meat. Really bad price to quality ratio.
Tacos were very expensive 4.50 each , 2 small tortillas for each taco, there was not vegetables or beans but salsa , bad service , not worth it, not coming back again, streets tacos are better.
Update.. Last two times I came here I couldn't get anyone to take my order, they just sit on their phones and ignore you. Won't be coming back anymore. This place is ok. I had the bean and cheese burrito and two tacos. Tacos weren't all that great and the burrito was decent. Prices aren't outrageous and the servers were nice. They could use a little more choices though. I'm not a fan of tongue, most of all from a food truck.
Always slow and there's 2 guy working inside they don't like their job for sure.

Honest Review: What a pile of expensive trash. $20 basically for a chicken burrito and chicken tamale and its the driest, flavorless, trash ive had from an LA food truck. Just shockingly bad. The icing on the cake is the burritos are skinny as hell compared to any competitor in the area. Skip this and go to Eduardos literally in the shopping center behind them and no im not affiliated with them.
Ordered two Burritos (Asada, chicken) and a total disgrace to Mexican cuisine. Rice was dry and stale. Meat had no flavor as if they don't believe in spices and expect the fillings to do all the work. Salsas were watered down and disappointing. The best parts were the radishes and the tortilla. Its serviceable if you are drunk and need to eat, but dont care if its less appetizing than taco bell. Don't waste your time and money only regret it later. May Jesus himself bless that place with the knowledge of how to cook this food properly with love and respect.
Terrible experience – total scam. They charged us $2 more per taco than the price on the menu — and the food wasn’t even good. $6 for a shrimp taco with barely edible seafood. To top it off, the server openly admitted he ripped us off and was extremely rude.
Came here a couple times. Once it was good but every other time it was a total rip off. The steak burrito was literally 95% rice with 2 tiny cubes of steak inside. There is a truck called Tacos Tamix diagonally across the street that is cheaper and much better. Go there instead.
