Best looking and delicious cake. First time ordering here. They are professional and over delivered. Top tier treats exceeded my expectations.

I loved my experience with this bakery! I was looking everywhere for a vegan cake for my friend's birthday party and some of the most well know grocery stores didn't have it, and the private bakeries that did were way too expensive. I came upon this little gem on google and decided to give them a call. The lady on the phone was so friendly and helpful that she found me the perfect cake. I placed it on hold and picked it up just in time for the party. The bakery was clean, bright and the staff were amazing! and best of all, the price was very reasonable. Now just wait until you hear about the cake! :) I got the strawberry vanilla cake ....the decor was so tasteful and elegant and the cake tasted amazing! Not only did it not taste like it was Vegan, but it tasted even better than some of the dairy based cakes I've had. It was delicious, moist, flavourful, and fresh! Loved it! and so did everyone at the party! Definitely coming back....Thank you!

I’m beyond impressed with the level of service that they provided. I shopped around to 5 different bakeries before landing on this one. They’re prices were by far the most reasonable and quality of cake and cupcakes exceeded my expectations! Communication was seamless the whole time as well. I will definitely be using them again in the future!

They make a great iced coffee and have a proper espresso machine. I've tried a few of their ready made cake slices and a cinnamon roll. All excellent. I'm glad I live close by! Unnecessary for me but a helpful note is that they make vegan cakes and desserts as well. Pricing for ready made and their coffee is cheap for the quality:)

Top Tier Treats prepared our VEGAN wedding cake and it was AMAZIIIIING!!

My favorite place to get cupcakes 🧁, but I went there today to get a cupcake 🧁 and apparently they are now closed do to a break in. The front window has 3 impact marks and is completely shattered but has a shattered proof film over the glass to prevent it from falling apart, and the front door was busted out and is now covered with plywood. Hope you guys get back on your feet.

Scrumptious!!! Picked up a few tasty treats at the Vegan Street Fair today. The pecan bar is so delicious, it felt sinful to eat it. I only took a few bites, I wanted it to last. You Cannot tell it is vegan... at all. Anybody and everybody will love the treats at Top tier. They have the perfect name for their goodies. I'll be back for sure!!!! Get something, anything, you won't be disappointed.

We got a custom vanilla cake with chai mousse - all vegan and nut free - from Top Tier and absolutely loved it! They were so accommodating with the design and everything. Definitely coming back for more treats! Thank you so much guys for this special 40th birthday cake!

I’ll put it like this: it’s been two months since the wedding and we are still eating our wedding cake little by little and it’s the best thing we’ve ever had! My wife has been monitoring the size of my slices to make sure it will continue to last. In all seriousness, we were a difficult case because we wanted a vegan tier AND a vegan + gluten-free tier. We tried so many different cake shops but the vegan cakes just didn’t taste quite right, and no one could pull off vegan and gluten-free together… until we found Jamaica and Top Tier Treats. They went above and beyond for us and not only made us what we were looking for, but it was actually the best cake we’ve ever had in our lives (even compared to non-vegan options made with gluten). And I feel like that’s exactly how a wedding cake should be! The cake was absolutely beautiful and delicious. We took home the top layer and a little bit of the bottom tier. It was such a big hit that there was barely anything left and the whole 2nd tier was completely gone. The design was perfect. We loved it so much. We found out some guests had 3 slices! No one could believe that cake was vegan, and the vegan + gluten free tier ended up being the guests’ favorite. So that really says something about how fantastic the recipes are. On top of all that, Jamaica delivered the cake 2 hours outside of Los Angeles, assembled it herself when she arrived, and worked with our florist to make sure it was perfect. Thank you for being such a big part of our wedding, and we'll absolutely keep you in mind for future events. I feel like we're going to need to have that gluten-free vegan chocolate cake again sometime haha!

It’s a rare business with “best” or “top” in its name that actually lives up to that promise. Top Tier Treats is one of them. The kind and responsive staff made a custom birthday cake that improved on a family-favorite flavor combo. My cake turned out so well that I literally wanted to have it and eat it too; the overall decoration, as well as the texture and color-balance of each slice, was perfect. And the flavor was fantastic. Excellent place.

My wife and I had a great experience working with Jamaica at Top Tier Treats for our wedding! We went with a small cake for us (chocolate mocha with plain white fondant on the outside) while our guests enjoyed an array of cupcakes. Jamaica made it easy to accomodate our vegan/dairy free family and friends by providing a variety of vegan flavors. I would use Top Tier Treats for a future event in a heartbeat!

Hooray! I’ve found my new “go-to” for birthday cakes! I ordered a chocolate cake here last week for my dad’s 75th birthday party and it did not disappoint! Chocolate cake with chocolate ganache and buttercream fill. And it was beautiful too! Lovely, personalized birthday message on top with fresh flowers. It was such a hit at the party. I will definitely be ordering more cakes in the future.

Top Tier Treats excels in offering a delightful selection of vegan cupcakes, catering to specific dietary needs with small and large options. However, alongside the issue of watered-down coffee, the cups not being fully filled has marred my recent visits. Despite these setbacks, the charm of their cupcakes and the convenience of its location encourage me to continue inviting friends and give them another chance, hoping for an improvement in their coffee quality.

Had a great experience with Top Tier! First of all, great cupcakes - and actually, pro tip, while the regular cupcakes are great, I actually liked the vegan ones even better! In addition, I was planning a somewhat complicated surprise party that included some fancy footwork with our custom order, and they really took the time to understand what I was trying to do, and work with me to make sure we had everything we needed to make a GREAT experience for our guests. The event went off flawlessly and we had a great time! Thanks so much to the TTT team (and Ari, who took my original order!!). We'll be back!

Superb! I have a very discerning palate and deciding on a wedding cake was not easy. I had seen this pastry shop /bakery, at the time it was called Jamaica's Cakes, and made an appt to do a cake tasting. I was in love. I get all of my cakes here now. They are finely prepared using quality ingredients made with care, professionally presented and taste amazing. Even the vegan cakes can fool you. I just love Top Tier Treats! I recommend them to everyone.

This place has amazing chocolate cupcakes, vegan and traditional. We love how they aren't too sweet and taste fresh. For our daughter's 3rd birthday they made a nicely designed African safari decorated chocolate cake. The party loved it. The last time I was there I got the lemon tart and it was the best lemon tart I've ever tasted. I'm still thinking about it a month later.!!!

The price will obviously change depending on what you add but it was a good price compared to the 8 other bakeries I called in the area. They were very responsive both on the phone and via email. Jamaica was particularly friendly and helpful! Everyone who ate it only had amazing things to say about the cake! Maybe one of the best red velvets we've ever had. A lot of people asked for the bakery name, and we'll definitely be ordering again.

I wanted a very simple icing design so my florist could add the flowers and cake topper and the cake was done to perfection (the flavor was amazing too). We also emailed back and forth with Top Tier Treats to decide on what to do for our guests and they helped us pick a variety of small bite desserts. We ended up having 3 different mini cupcake flavors, 3 different cookies, and 2 different brownies. We had both regular and vegan options and got to choose flavors for each dessert. I don't have photos of the dessert bar yet but boy was it a hit! The bite size desserts were perfect for guests to try different items or their preferred desserts, and everything was delicious. Communication was stellar and pick up was seamless. We felt the price was incredibly reasonable, especially compared to what we were seeing online regarding a wedding dessert budget. And, Top Tier Treats even helped us reduce the cost in some areas when we did feel we might be going over our personal budget. They were great to work with, and I already can't wait to go back to Top Tier Treats to try more of their delicious baked goods. Truly the perfect option if you want to provide allergen friendly options for wedding guests or any guests at an event!

And all this happened on a Saturday. They have great hours, other places were closing around 2 or 3pm in the afternoon on a Saturday I believe they were open until 4pm. The cakes were absolutely delicious, rich, creamy, moist NO LIE. I’m not a vegan and I couldn’t tell a difference DOWN TO THE ICING. I would 100% recommend this place. Speaking only to the pastry selection… was excellent. Decadent cinnamon roll, that was everything one could ask for. Strawberry scone was an interesting twist on the classic. Tbh, I was a little skeptical of a scone with a glaze and filling, but the scone texture was spot on and really works with the sweetness of the glaze/filling.

Sadly, I was disappointed in the birthday cake I ordered for last weekend. I paid in-person about a week or two ago since I was in the area. At the time, I got a slice of chocolate cake and I really enjoyed how moist, chocolate-forward, and balance the flavors were. I took bites straight from the fridge and it was amazing. I was excited to try the funfetti cake which is my friend's favorite flavor. The cake was picked up on Saturday (bc they're closed on Sundays and the bday was Sunday) and my gf was given the instruction to take the cake out 1-2 hours before serving. The cake was out for 2 hours and we were excited to dig in. The birthday cake...was dry. The sprinkles sunk at the bottom and the flavor didn't stand out overall. This was coming from the birthday person along with many others. It was a bummer hear those expressions. Paying 100 dollars (after tax and tip) for a cake of that quality just doesn't sit right. I'm sorry to say but I probably will not come back for future cakes.
