Among the vast selection of food at the Gli Orsi shopping center, I recommend a lunch break at Giovanni Rana... excellent quality and generous portions. Among the various options, I don't recommend the cacio e pepe... the ragù is the best.

For me, this is an excellent restaurant in the Gli Orsi Shopping Center in Biella. Considering the various options available, I consider it the best. The fresh pasta tastes good, and you can choose from a menu with desserts, which are also delicious, or the salads. The quality is evident throughout. Per essere un fast food lo giudico piuttosto soddisfacente. L'unico handicap e che dopo tre forchettate la pasta è tiepida. Riscaldare di più la pasta o i piatti potrebbe essere una buona idea...

We went for lunch because we were doing some work inside the center, and I have to say the paccheri were well cooked, the fish sauce a bit bland—obviously, the brand's own ready-made sauce. Let's say I normally spend €14 for a full business lunch, including wine and coffee. Here, a first course and salad, plus water and coffee (without wine) cost €14.50 above the national average. However, I appreciated the al dente pasta, and the open kitchen as well. Service is nonexistent, as it's like a self-service restaurant. The ambiance is distinct, considering it's a shopping center.

In the food court of the Biella "Gli Orsi" shopping center. Plenty of tables and friendly, helpful staff. Quick service and a variety of dishes and menus to choose from. Recommended for a break without the usual sandwich.

I went for lunch, and the atmosphere was quite chaotic, as you might imagine given that it's in a shopping mall. You can eat there, of course, but takeout is preferable if you want a more intimate experience. For a quick meal, however, it's an excellent place. The food is very good, and the staff is efficient. There are also options for non-meat eaters.

Located at the mall's food court, price is expensive but the quality of the food is good, coffee ginseng was good too ( although the staff gave us a big cup when my husband said small ) other staff were friendly though.

I went to this restaurant called Rana, and unfortunately, my experience was terrible. The staff, especially two young women—a blonde and a brunette, both with short hair—treated me rudely and disrespectfully. I felt ignored and mistreated the entire time. Customer service should be a priority in a restaurant, but it was completely lacking here. I don't recommend it, and I certainly won't be returning.
