Listen this place has tasty cheap pizza. The wait times are going to be more than 2 to 3 hours so make sure that you plan ahead. Our order was only 3 and 1/2 hours with two waits in line. They're probably not going to get your order right either because they're so slammed all the time. The experience was ok. The tall dude with a spider web nymph fairy something something on his right arm towards the elbow, that guy is not appropriate character for dealing with customers. He tells you that if you pay your order will go faster which isn't true, then he tells you to come back 10 days later and your food might be ready. This guy with the black neck handkerchief which doesn't protect anyone is better served by flipping pies, making dough, taking out the trash, or just washing the cement. Keep him out of the way of customers. Everyone else there was cool, accommodating, and trying to be as helpful as they can given how busy they are.

Domino's is usually not consistent, depending on store and location. I keep deleting the app, but they have promotions. Other dominos have small toppings portions on the pizzas especially if you buy the least expensive option. One time at this store a worker made a perfect pizza and toppings portions. Next time was full of workers and the portions were sub standard. Both times were same pizza, toppings and price. You think you're getting a good deal with a coupon, a $30 pizza for $10? This pricing is fooling the customers with bait and switch, you get what you pay for. A lot of trash around this place, was unclean outside. Deleting app again for not being consistent.

Juan is awesome! I asked for peppers and Parmesan and they didn't have any! Bummer! Anyway pizza was 🔥 hot and tasty anyway. Seats are outside.

I had ordered a carry out order and had my roomie pick it up, and unfortunately there was hair in the cheesy bread. I called to ask if I could either have it remade or get a refund, and as I was explaining the situation to them, I was hung up on. I totally get it’s a holiday weekend and it’s super busy, but I felt that was pretty rude. I haven’t had issues with dominos before, but the food and how the situation was handled wasn’t great.

Delivery driver Justin pointed out how dominos fails to clean periodically and the hand soap is always empty. Also didn't care for how this delivery driver bashed on his fellow employee for being transgender. :(. Hoping for better performances in the future from our local Domino's

The employee workers there are very nice but being very nice isn't going to make u a good pizza it's been 3 times I ordered a supreme pizza from here and boy is it the worst supreme pizza I ever seen or tried, it's like they are stingy with the toppings and is like I'm eating a frozen supreme pizza hardly any cheese never had this problem with any other dominos they always make the supreme pizzas loaded with ingredients and cheesy I'm only asking that the manager please teach your employees how to make a correct supreme pizza it's actually pathetic that they pour little ingredients and cheese on a 20$ pizza and if it's the manager telling his employees to add very minimal ingredients on a supreme pizza then Domino's needs a new manager, I even have pictures to show the difference between a dominos supreme pizza down the mountain and up here I won't be ordering any supreme pizzas up here ever again!!!

Small place. They missed one pizza for my order and made me wait. When I finally left the rest of my order was cold. Then when i got home i saw that they made 2 duplicate pizzas and missed 1. So they offered to make the correct pizza for pick up. I will cut them some slack since they're probably understaffed for the number of orders they get but the experience was pretty bad.

Not only are they rude to the customers, but they are rude to each other. My pizza look like shit and the customer service was awful. My grandson attempted to say hi to the cashier three times and she completely ignored him. Do better Dominoes . I ordered half cheese half pepperoni the half that you see is the pepperoni absolutely insane that they would box this and send it out. Look at the slice difference. This is just pathetic

The food was shit! I ordered a pizza with no cheese & no garlic crust.they put garlic on it anyway then tried wiping the garlic off the crust before delivering it 97 minutes later when they said 45 minutes to an hour for delivery.they have a driver named Melissa who tries to scam you for extra tips by lying saying she doesn't have the change for the food.this is not the first time this has happened,my order gets screwed up pretty much every time I order there.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. I have never been so disrespected in my life. They charged me for food I never got and when I called to get answers, I was told it wasn't there problem, and repeatedly hung up on.

Last time we ordered was supposed to be 45 minute wait. After 4 hours nothing. This time we were charged 28 and change on a 60 dollar order. They say they have no order and if I want my money back to call my bank. So to recap, a no delivery and stolen money I will have to fight to get back. Only reason there in business is because of a monopoly on top of the hill. Save your money and eat at any of the other great restaurants in Big Bear.

Trying to order my usual pizza and bread bites but no they had to have a new person on the phone saying “ oh that deal doesn’t work for what you’re trying to do” even though I’ve had it ordered the same way multiple times. I’m sick of businesses trying into this.

Rude staff. Filthy inside. Trash all over the property outside. Garbage cans overflowing. Broken bathroom and management denying access to paying customers. Management not doing their job. Regret paying for food and tipping. Owners need to look for new management.
