They are always busy but somehow waiting in line doesn't take long. They have what's called suicide wings that are extremely spicy. You can order them in all drums or all flats and get them extra extra crispy.

I really should change the rating because they sent me some dry unsauced wings one time over 18.5 years. That was one time though so I will count it as an outlier. Pizza is always perfect. Wings are decent. Garlic knots are delightful. Calzone is well balanced. Stromboli....God said they could make it that good so they did. I have never ordered anything else. Lots of different flavor slices that are delightful. No photos because all evidence has been destroyed.

I travel all over the east coast with my job and I love to visit local eateries. This place is off the chain with super nice staff! The pizza is super fresh and they pack a ton of toppings on top! I will definitely be back!

Still love the hell out of New York pizzeria, my weekly by weekly visit to get a couple of slices in a drink is something that I'm gonna miss much now. I'm gonna have to make special trips to go there. Cause I no longer Want to do my laundry. It's the laundromat across the street and should I go street either way? I will still make the efforts still continue to go there. It was just an excuse for me. I guess and something you to do often I would miss them very much release until the next time. But they have the greatest pizza, the kindest people. A really upbeat friendly stuff to place is usually pretty right theme. And they always have all the accommodations you need. There are high chairs plenty of parking. A little bit of a hill to get in and everybody's always super. Kind enough to open the door if you need to be there's plenty of people coming in and out all the time. It's a great business and should never go away. I wish they were in j. C. This place is located in the apocalyptic old State Street Plaza that is the poster child for urban decay! (The plaza...not the pizzaria) NY Pizzeria, though, was an oasis of life and was very busy. They offer a great selection of pizza, and the slice special can't be beat. There were no small slices here, and it took 3 plates to hold the 2 slices! So stop in if you're in the area. Don't let the decaying old plaza deter you. This place has been around as long as I can remember, and I can see why.

Good slices fast. About $6 for two slices and a drink. They made a sausage slice the way I wanted it. Added mushrooms and onions with a little extra cheese on top. Nice crisp crust without being hard. Very good in my book.

Well this was about the same as all pizzerias. There is plenty of parking, plenty of room to sit as we were a party of six. There was no food service, no waitresses, but the food was reasonably priced and was really good.

This is the ONLY place to get pizza. It's real. The type of recipes you find in new york city and long Island NY. Word of advice: put it right on the oven rack at 350⁰ for about 8min. You take it out if/when you see the cheese start to bubble. The result is a delicious slice of real new york pizza, crispy on the bottom as it's intended to be. Not to mention this place is cheaper than dominos by far!!!!!!

This place has more different and unique pies by the slice than anywhere I have ever been. Two different margarita slices even. The lunch deal is great, 2 slices and a drink for $7 bucks. I went at lunch and the place was packed. Super nice and friendly staff also!

I tried the eggplant and it was just like parm! Every slice we had was great. Calzones also looked amazing. Wish we had a similar place by our house! Just wow! Came here for lunch with a coworker and was blown away. Two slices and a drink for just $7! And these aren’t your typical slices. I got two slices with marinara and pesto. The crust on the bottom stayed crisp even with the pesto and marinara combo on top. The pesto on top of my pizza was delicious and garlicky. Slices are large and they warm them up quick. They have a great selection of slices there. It is a no nonsense place, just go up, tell them what slices you want and they will warm them up and get you checked out in just a couple minutes. The owner was kind enough to talk with my coworker and I for a minute on the way out. This is the best pizza I have had since moving back upstate from NYC. I will definitely return!

We ordered pick up from New York Pizzeria because, as a local, I had never had their pizza and my fiance decided it was time we changed that. I am incredibly glad she did! This order was for a weekend evening, somewhere between 6 and 9:00 p.m. the restaurant was somewhat busy at the time. At this time I can't say much about the dine in experience, although from my short time inside the restaurant picking up our food I can say the decor is really nothing special. This is completely excusable as the pizza really does live up to the hype of all of the other reviewers. It is simply fantastic, and overnight became one of, if not my favorite pizza place. Don't be like me. Don't miss out on this pizza. If you've never had it, you need to try it!

10/10 best pizza in the area! I eat a lot of pizza, rarely do other places manage to get such a perfectly crisp crust on the cheese. The dough is slightly above average. However, the sauce and cheese is where this pizza really shines. Additionally, every time I've ordered (about 10-15 times at this point) they manage to get a perfect cook on the whole pie. It's not too crunchy and hard or overly soggy and soft. Kudos to everyone at NY Pizzeria. Great pizza, good prices, friendly staff. Do yourself a favor and enjoy some great NY pizza.

I grab their special of two slices and a drink for lunch all the time. Great price for a good lunch. The line can get long, but it moves really quick. Good New York style pizza and they always have a ton of different toppings choices readily available. I usually just go for the traditional pepperoni, which can be pretty greasy (but that’s normal almost anywhere), but a quick dab off of the grease with a napkin and it’s delicious. My cousin really loves their chicken spiedie pizza.

Crust was so thin in the middle I couldn't even pick the pizza up and the crust was two inches wide. Wonder where the dough from the middle went. Love this place but inconsistent last year or more.

This place was busy and now I know why... The pizza was excellent! They had a huge variety of slices to choose from and all of the slices looked good. I got pepperoni and sausage and it was amazing. The spice had the perfect amount of toppings and sauce. They put mushrooms in a sausage slice for me... Outstanding! The plaza that New York Pizzeria is located in doesn't look like much but you really need to go in and give it a try.

A very tasty slice with the only options in the area that are similar to pizza in the city. I love that they have a taco slice just like the neighborhood pizzeria I grew up with. It’s nothing like these chains, thankfully, not the “local” chains either. They have so many better options here and they’re the normal pizza size. The pizza is large and cut into slices. Whatever many of these other spots are doing with their square and rectangular pizzas, they’re not even real Sicilian slices. I mean, it’s not traditional. Those other places make up their own sizes for smaller pies for the price of a large, and these oddly shaped rectangle and square slices. The only square slices are Sicilian slices, Grandma slices, and the slices over in Detroit. Come here instead to NY Pizzeria and certainly avoid the pizza chains! The white pizza with broccoli and garlic is 🔥

Had to stop in Binghamton for a bite to eat in the middle of a 5 hour trip...drove around trying to find something that wasn't a McDonald's. Stumbled upon this gem with a little help from Google maps. I keep my expectations pretty low when you get away from known great pizza regions like NYC / New Haven. I was pleasantly surprised...long line waiting to order but they had an army working to ensure it moved fast...tasty pizza and calzone (crust was very good), and my son enjoyed his chicken tenders /fries. Price was very reasonable and staff was awesome /customer service oriented. Will go back when I pass through again in the future.

First time getting food from New York pizzeria after getting word they have good food. I got take out tenders and wings. a classic staple. Overall very impressed 20 minute wait time and the food was nice and hot ready for pickup. The wings I would give a 4/5. I got mine extra crispy to make sure they had a nice skin and they did. Regretfully I was “lost at the sauce”. The wings were bland (plain) as the sauce did not stick to the wings. A better sauce and they could be knockouts contenders for best wings in the area. The tenders 5/5 for sure. Plump tenders crispy and generous amount for the price. The BBQ sauce was large and perfect being a Smokey flavor. I will definitely be back for a slice to try this pizza. If it’s anything like the food I got it’s gonna be amazing. Stay tuned.

Was told to give this place a try. One orders at the counter and pays immediately. I ate inside and they called my name with my pizza prepared pretty quickly. Paper plates and plastic forks and knives are the norm. The sausage, pepperoni, and mushroom pizza was piping hot and very tasty. However, I prefer fresh versus canned mushrooms. There was enough for dinner and lunch for two days. LOTS of people getting pizzas to go.

I gave this 3 stars because this place is a hit and missed. Sometimes the pizza is good and sometimes it isn't. However, if something is wrong they do try to correct it because the staff is nice. I know this place been around for years but I wish they were more consistent with their food. Just stay away from their spinach wheels and garlic knots. I had the spinach wheels on 5 different occasions and only had a good experience 2 out of the 5. So I stopped ordering it. Also, the garlic knots are always hard. I think they should just get rid of these two items. Also, if you ordered the hot wings make should you ordered it with extra sauce otherwise the wings will be dry as hell with no sauce. They fried the wings and then add the sauce to it. However, they barely give you any sauce. The last time I ordered the hot wings I had to throw hot sauce on it. Otherwise, the wings alone be cooked very nice and it be nice and crispy.

Foods great, if they mess up they fix it but don't expect any extra like 5 dollars off next purchase they make money they don't need your business the three stars should be 5 for their delivery people always polite my math was off, I figured it out almost gave a 3$ tip and she walked away with a smile before I caught it and gave her $10

Update: my money was returned, thank you. I ordered a pizza yesterday. My mom tipped in cash and the person the driver who delivered the food updated his tip on the credit card to six dollars. He didn’t even present my mom with the receipt. I disputed this on my card, but I won’t be ordering from there again. If you order from here, I suggest you pay in cash. The pizza is good, but the drivers are dishonest. This happened to my sister before and the person working there told her that no one there would do that. Sorry to break it to you guys, but someone there is doing that! I hope the six bucks plus the cash tip was worth it.

My son and I had been meeting there for years. He lives in Ithaca and I in Vestal now. So we went out of our way recently to visit our old haunt. So disappointed: slices were smaller and my chicken was very dry. Not sure what's happened there but it's going to be awhile before I'm ready to give it another chance. You were always one of the best, hoping you up your game and represent your previous quality and serving size!

Was not the best experience. Pizza was dry and the seating area was terrible. Dirty tables and sticky floors. This was my old hometown and was one of the best pizza places. Unfortunately not this visit.

I'm not happy with this place anymore. Been coming here for a few weeks or so with my friend & have had no issues until now. We ordered onion rings & they completely burned them. Couldn't even eat them and they don't listen when you request specific stuff like if you want extra sauce or something. They should really watch how they cook their food. The only mostly decent food here is the pizza & wings. Everything else is meh. DO BETTER!!!!

I used to really enjoy this place but the quality of their pizza has gone down hill over the last couple of yrs! The slices in the case sit out to long causing them to become dried out when reheated. I ordered a large pizza last night, hoping the quality would be better but unfortunately, it wasn't. It was too doughy and bordered on neopalitan thick crust and not the NY thin crust that you are known for.

I dont get there pizza much but got a half sheet in Hope's big normal slices an wow kinda un real how small the slices were not much bigger then a small garlic knots.. No sir I got a half sheet smaller then a half no the pieces were not double cut nor was there 16 slices the whole pizza was BITE SIZE slices a nirchi half sheet is full slices an feed 4 people same order this could not even feed myself very thin very small . But thanks for trying to make it look good u gave me a small round box an the half was even smaller then A tipical small round pizza box. One slice was the size of two pieces of pepperoni lol that's a bit an a half. An u can make 100 slices out of anything it was a bit embarrassing to open the box an it looked like i was feeding toddlers.not 3 adults an 2 kids. Something any other half sheet feeds needless to say were all still starving . 12 slices thats 4 rows of very uneven cut small slices . I woulda been better off with a round pizza an by the way was that even ur dough seemed like u grabbed one from the gas station?

Went here to get pizza tonight and the staff were starring at me funny almost like they did something to the pizza I ordered and I thought nothing of it so I ate it when I got home and now mysteriously I feel sick, I don't know what they were up to but there eyes were very telling and there were a bunch if other weird things going on in there at the time. I promise I will never visit this place again and I may go to the proper authorities to maybe see what it is they did to that pizza. Also there pizza isn't very good I've ordered here before and asked for extra cheese on several occasions and the make it there business to never put extra, I just get the same once over pizza, it's like they can't afford to put more cheese on it.

Ordered 2 dozen wings Mango & Honey Mustard! Both batches are SPOILED. Their resolution was to remake them using the same batch of spoiled meat. The bone is funky. The likeness of me getting food poisoning off one wing is small but can happen. I live in Endicott im not driving back 15 mins for spoiled meat.. i can smell the spoiled meat when i burp, as soon as you break the wing apart you can SMELL it! Like imagine defrosting chicken, leaving it out too long and then cooking it.. df.. Peoples heath is at stake with your inconsiderate decision to serve ROTTEN FOOD! Specially for $55.. Exactly why places dont get tips.. And the Philly Pizza is mushy, taste nothing like when you get two slices at the front.

Update 5/23 While this pizza at least wasn't a complete mess, it was obvious there was no effort put into making the pizza. The distribution of toppings and sauce was pathetic and the pizza was a bit undercooked. Considering the price just went up this is unacceptable. I won't be back any time soon. I highly suggest Paul and son's on Leroy St as an alternative. That's where I'll be going from now on

This place was one of the worst pizzas I ever had . Visiting for the Holidays in NY and the pizza tasted reheated and straight garbage.I tried the TACO,cheese and pepperoni and they all were equally bad. The manager or owner was screaming at a worker /raising his voice so unprofessional and the garlic knots tasted worst then store bought .The only one who established any professionalism was the Women behind the counter.
