The service was good and the food was amazing as always. We tried a few different options since there were several of us. The spiedie chicken was excellent and the portion size was excessive. The ribeye sandwich was excellent and even the burger was good. Only comment there was the roll had a LOT of seeds on it but if that's the worst I can say....

This is a no-frills BBQ place where you help yourself to drinks and cold sides. The food is exactly what you see in the menu, no more no less. If you order as I did, St. Louis Ribs, expect nothing else on your plate. The food is very good, but not the very best BBQ I have ever had. My ribs were tasty and served with a straight up sauce, but were a bit tougher than I would have expected. They needed a bit more low and slow cooking. And they were a bit cold inside (was this a reheat?) We also had a SOCO chicken sandwich which rendered a good, not great from that person.

I’ve stopped here on and off through the years when going north of Binghamton and telling anyone to stop here and get spiedies. I usually get the foot long traditional chicken spiedie sandwich and the small Greek pita chicken spiedie sandwich. On my last trip through I bought the same, and shared with a road trip partner when we met up. He liked his half of the traditional one that day, and put half of the Greek pita in his cooler. The next day upon eating the cold, soggy sandwich, he said ‘this is amazing! This tastes really really good. This is a ‘thing’! ‘ . I’d suggested previously that he himself stop on another road trip and he passed it by. Now he wants directions so he can get more! They also have really good rice pudding and macaroni salad and such but I think it’s not offered on the online pickup menus. You can always see it when you go to pick up and purchase separately. The other food is probably good; these are my favorites so I don’t bother with anything else!

Great tasting grub! Very affordable and not overpriced or overhyped! Was hoping for brisket but don’t think they have it…I loved the rib eye cheesesteak…excellent!!

First time back home in years and had to have my only meal be a great one! If you're a local you know all about speedies, if you're not local you're missing out. If you travel thru Broome county you need to get some speedies. I make my own marinade so I can enjoy them at home in Alaska but I also grabbed some packets for that authentic flavor. I even got a shirt so I could help support some of the best food in Central NY!

The Spiedie Rib Pit has a large menu with all sorts of different spiedies.The food is excellent. The salads and sandwiches were superb. I had only had spiedie a few times before coming here, but this place made me wonder why I haven't had it more or been to this place. The coleslaw here was also very different from what I have seen in other restaurants, but it was fantastic. The restaurant has seating, but it seemed best to order food ahead of time online or by phone. The food was done on time after ordering online. The restaurant is a very popular spot for good reason. If you are new to spiedie this is a good place to try it. You will be hard pressed to find spiedies anywhere else that are this good.

Who knew what a spiedie even is? But they're great. Highly marinated meats on a sub or on a salad. We had the chicken sub with mushrooms and it was delicious.

Perfect midpoint stop on my roadtrip - this hit every mark. Flavorful and juicy, we got the Endwell and the pork sandwich. Definitely noting for future stops.

Got the pork spiedies, just a bit dry, but wonderful flavor. Some "spiedie juice" fixed that right up! The fried brussels sprouts were amazing!! Could have a tiny bit less dressing as the bottom sprouts weren't as crispy as the ones on the top.

I want to love this place but unfortunately the bread is soggy every single time I order a sub or sandwich. I wish they would change the type of bread they use especially for the specialty sandwiches. Today we got the Greek which came on a pita wrap instead of the 6 inch sub. I got a Philly cheese steak but got chicken instead. The bread was so soggy and gross. They said 10 to 15 minutes and I arrived 20 minutes after my call. The fries weren't done but the sandwiches were. They were cold and soggy. Every time I get their subs, the bread is soggy. Other than that, this place is great. Change the bread!

Apparently this restaurant doubles as a break room. The staff, all very young, were far too busy socializing to notice customers standing there. After about 10 minutes, I finally interrupted their conversation to ask about my online order—which felt rude of me, considering I was interrupting such an important hangout. When I got home, the order was incomplete. I returned (again, my mistake for expecting food I paid for). Instead of an apology, I was met with irritation and attitude, as though I had caused the problem by wanting the full order. If you enjoy watching employees chat while your food and time are wasted, this is the place for you. Otherwise, I’d suggest going somewhere that understands what “customer service” means.

Fast service, slow chew. Chicken speedie was ready in under two minutes but was very dry (again). I’ve tried this place several times and the dryness is consistent enough that I now order a salad as a safety measure. Really hoping this improves.

Absolutely disgusting and uneatable ! Looks like something an animal puked up! This is supposed to be their Greek Spiedie! It's literally so soaked in god knows what that the pita bread is a soggy mess, the chicken taste like it's been boiled. The wrapper that holds it literally disintegrated into the soggy wet mess that supposed to resemble a Greek Gyro .. this is pure gross and uneatable. Also stop asking for tips at the cash register before serving this slop!
