I'm trying to get summer time fine but Fat Charles got me in a chokehold. The food is so good, and full of flavor. My new spot for sure. Their customer service is a 10/10 as well. Its never hard to get any one on the phone or to resolve a issue.

I visited the Food Truck today. I must say, the food was better than I had anticipated. I had something called the OG Tacos (I had beef and steak tacos, 2 each). They were really good and flavorful! They were topped with a homemade Pico and some kind of sauce that added a great touch. I also ordered a chicken quesadilla. Spent $15 on the tacos (4 in a serving, very filling) and $12 on the quesadilla. I'll definitely return to try additional items. 3/11/23 Yall... I went back for a second time and tried the Mexican Pizza!!! It was AMAZING!! This food truck never disappoints!

Fat Charles never disappoints. I’ve had everything on the menu ATLEAST twice now. Best food truck in the city. Dont wait because he does sell out.

Delicious brisket tacos. The tortilla they used didn't get soggy and fall apart while I carried it back to my office as well, so it still tasted very fresh. Will definitely come by again if I see them

Don't be deceived by the photos on DoorDash if you get this delivered. The portions are much smaller and still pricier than a lot of places with tastier tacos. They were just a greasy mess. Yes, I realize the place is literally called "Fat Charles," but when there's so much grease that any distinct flavors are nonexistent, that's just too much grease. Couldn't even grab a taco to consume because none would stay together. Had to use a fork which wasn't provided to the DoorDasher. Oddly, even though they were smothered in grease, the brisket was still, ironically, dry as a bone.

Went here for the first time today just to be disappointed I literally spent $20 for four small tacos that the meat look like it was literally like pulled chicken out of a can had no flavor to it absolutely at all and just let me just say this the presentation on their pictures look amazing but this is one of those what look good ain't always good the food itself was terrible that there was no flavor the services was pretty good overall me personally I will not be buying food from this truck ever again because I was so disappointed and they are so overpriced only thing I can say for anyone that reads my review is please try at your own risk

I called in to attempt to place an to-go/takeout order, and was rudely hung up on less than 15 seconds into the call. I was attempting to support a black-owned business and have my family and I try their food for the first time, however we were disgusted with the customer service.

Don’t believe the pics. This is the pic the company uses of the quesadilla that made me drive very far to try this truck. The other pic is the limp, flat, non crispy, half effort quesadilla they ACTUALLY give you. Disappointed is an understatement for $21. Also i have a feeling this is can chicken. Can chicken has this weird taste no matter how much you try to drown it in salt or sauces it does not go away. They are misrepresenting themselves online AND overcharging.

I ordered the Og brisket wanted the shrimp but of course they were out the brisket or thecshells has a burnt taste to it I was so ecstatic to finally get to try the food but was disappointed 😞
