One of the better Carl's Jrs I have been to because they got my order right, they have great customer service, and the portion and size are bigger than where I've ordered elsewhere. I would come here again if in the area.

The burgers were freshly made and fries were just out of the fryer. Everything was good, there was just a but of a wait in the drive thru.

10/10 the manager was so kind the food was so good!! the place was very clean! would go again!!

There is RV parking in Carl's Jr parking lot along side the Holy Smoke BBQ restaurant. We didn't know and we parked all the way in the back behind the baseball field, next to the dog park.

THE BEST CARL'S JR. EVER!! The burgers we got were perfectly assembled and flavorful! It's as if you are actually getting what is in the picture on the menu. Absolutely amazing and a definite visit when traveling.

This is honestly the best Carl's Jr in the US. The bathrooms are always clean and the food hot and cooked exactly to spec. If you're looking for a good place to stop on your drive, this is the best of them. (Don't forget to run across the street for a loaf of bread!)

I found this Carl’s Jr. while driving through Bishop California. I was driving my 18 wheeler so I needed room to park and it worked out great for just enough parking for my truck and trailer. The men’s restroom was clean and I noticed the tables were clean. I have picked up food a few times from this location but always taking it to go. I love Bishop California so I recommend you eat at Carl’s Jr.

I pulled into this Carl's Jr on a long, dreary trip. McDonald's ice cream machine was broken so I went to Carl's Jr seeking milkshakes. For days I've listened to fast food workers just monotonely do their job. Today was different. I pulled up to the voice box and the voice greeting me was so cheery and so happy that my mood was instantly lifted. He was so kind and just such an oasis of joy. Pulling up, I noticed he was the only one working the entire store. I hoped there was someone to help him in the back. The guardian of this Oasis was Omar. I hope he gets 15 promotions because he has truly spread joy and delicious food that he got out to us quickly despite being the only one.

I bought a hamburger, and it was delicious, the cooks are very fast and the food was fresh and hot, the place tries to keep it clean when they have time to do so, they always ask if they need anything else and they are respectful, the bathrooms are Most of the time they are usually very clean.

I recently went through the drive-thru at Carl’s Jr., and I’ve got to say — the experience was actually pretty cool. The AI voice taking orders is a unique touch, and even though it can sometimes have a few hiccups (like needing to repeat something or a small mix-up), it’s still impressive how fast and efficient it is most of the time. But the real highlight is always the food. Everything was hot, fresh, and super tasty — just like Carl’s Jr. always is. My order came out exactly right, and the service was friendly when I pulled up to the window. If you’re patient with the tech, the rest of the experience totally makes up for it. I’ll definitely be back!

Line was not long. Standard Carl's Jr food. They got my wife's custom order right so they get extra points for that.

I actually had the best Carl's Jr meal I ever had there. I wanted something quick and the BBQ place next door was slammed. I got the meal I wanted and was pleasantly surprised how good it was. Gotta love small tourist towns.

Don't expect too much and you won't be disappointed. If you manage those expectations, as with nearly all fast food, you should find satisfaction here. The staff is generally friendly and helpful.

My family and I stoped here on our way back from Mammoth. Suprisingly they had enough chicken tenders ready for all of us and they were still warm and juicy. While my dad was in the drive-thru i went inside to go to the bathroom and it was very clean. (Always a plus)

I like THE BIG CARL but the place was a little too messy.

Food is standard Carl's, but due to the restaurant's location (across from Schatt's and next to the park) it gets extremely crowded. Never seen more than one employee taking orders inside, so there is usually a line to the door. Service is slow.

It's really hit and miss with these guys. If you go in, and make sure they know what you want (face to face) a good fresh Patty Burger can be outstanding! Sometimes if you drive through.... it can be disastrous: cold, rubbery, and plain wrong. When it's good,.... Oh man is it ever good!

The food was very good, but we waited for 15 minutes to even order in the first place, waiting inside the lobby.

The people here are great and they put up with a lot of different groups of customers from the group tour to the locals for a meal, from the kind respectful people to those who feel the need to cuss out fast food workers. The food is fast food. The quality is decent, the bathrooms are ok, the access is difficult unless you are traveling north or you drive in the park entrance and park behind it and walk up the stairs. Turning south from the parking lot is difficult because of the light, the Schat’s Bakery traffic, and the main thoroughfare which on touristy weekends is a local nightmare.

One worker named Omar was the only one who was working hard and making sure we got our food. There were two people working with him and they were just in the back laughing doing nothing while there were so many customers. Thank you Omar for working hard!!!!

Decent for fast food, things are made to order a good majority of the time, with that said if you want a quick in and out then don't count on it. Because they wait to cook your order it's going to take time. If its packed due to all you LA snobs out there don't get your panties in a bunch just wait for your food and don't treat the employees like they are slaves, your food will be fresh when it comes.

I can't eat gluten and today marks the seventh time that I've ordered a lettuce wrapped burger then received one on a bun. The workers are always polite but half the time I leave having spent thirty bucks on something I can't eat.

This place actually had cockroaches and beetles all over. We were kind of afraid to eat, but not much was open when we headed for dinner.

Please remove the automated drive through. IT is a terrible idea and makes everything more difficult and takes much longer. Thank you

They have an automated ordering system and it does not understand ANYTHING, it was so frustrating. It's absolutely ridiculous. Not everything needs to be automated, and we literally couldn't have completed our order without a real person.

They are constantly getting my app orders wrong, and not small mistakes. Like for example the last time he messed up my order I spent about $40 for a Big Carl, a California Classic, a Double Guacamole Burger, and a Single Guacamole Burger. Both guacamole burgers were not there but instead were just regular value cheeseburgers. The Big Carl had no special sauce on it. the California Classic was right. I live outside of Bishop so it’s not just go ask them to fix it. When you call, there’s no one to pick up it’s just the sound you hear calling a dial up modem or a fax machine. These kind of issues have happened on multiple visits. I have learned to start checking my food before I leave.

Way overpriced for what you get I mean a double burger french fries and a Coke 16.00 but then it says combo and you think it comes with french fries and a drink which it should but underneath it it says with the french fries and the drink it's 16 bucks Carl's you really screwed up

Just went thru drive thru and the guy was AWFUL.. completely acted like we were an inconvenience.. we paid over 45.00 for food and he was irritated that we asked for ranch because he has to go back and get it. Only time we get good service is in the morning when owner is around.

We went to this Carl's jr. To get a couple of milkshakes. The sign says, "hand scooped" milkshakes. However when we got it they were so runny it was more like cold milk. We asked for a new one and they gave us a new one, but it was no better. How can you hand scoop liquid ice cream? Marketing failure.

My GF ate from here and got food poisoning the day before we went to Disney? She hasn’t been able to hold anything down all day and now we have to cancel our trip thanks to this place! Don’t ever go here!

They have you pay then pull forward to wait for your food when no one is waiting behind you. Food was good though.

Just sat in the drive thru line for over 10 minutes with one car ahead of me. When I approached the window, no apology or explanation and they gave me a lukewarm meal that I paid full price for. Terrible customer service.

Can't ever get order right,charges individual items instead of for the meal. Over charges for the dipping sauce which at least 1 sauce should come with zucchini. Rude customer service agents. If you call the phone number it's a fax machine so you can't even talk to a manager

Haven't even got my food yet and already 1 star only. The guy at the register is super super slow. And beyond that, he is literally checking one dollar bills to make sure they aren't counterfeit. He literally held some poor lady's dollar bills up to the light for over 30 seconds. I can understand twenties or higher, but this is ridiculous. Very slow. And I've been waiting forever for my order.

The bathrooms, Dinning area, condiment area, floor ..... Everything was disgusting, the food was subparr at best. They were out of napkins, ketchup and to top it off they had the back door of the kitchen open because the ac was down. Honestly Carl's Jr. What happened to your quality service?

Food was okay but they didn't know what Fry Sauce was, (Our Carl's Jr in Idaho carry it! ) and they didn't have yellow peppers, which is a first. Disappointed at this location for charging outrageous prices.

I will never eat at another carls jr ever again ...The person running the drive through was very rude ..I had used my bank card 3 times that day already,at other places in town.i Had just used it at Kmart Yet The guy Comes to the window hastily and rudely tells me my card doesn't work then he hands it to me and says sorry In a rude manner .His demeanor was as if I just wasted his time . After using my card 3 times already that day I drove down to a real restaurant like KFC and my card worked just fine yet again . My suggestion would be to skip this restaurant

I got SUPER sick after eating here. Food didn't taste bad but there was something that made me VERY VERY sick!! Service was great, but man driving through the mountains feeling like you needed to hurl or needed to be near a bathroom. Would not recommend.

Horrible in every way. Handed me my drink and food but they never gave me my credit card back. Sourdough breakfast sandwich bread was untoasted and cold. About an hour down the road I noticed they never gave me my card back. Called the location and only get a FAX machine ! I had to cancel my card and noticed they charged me for my oder $13.26 PLUS someone else's order of $15.87 ! There are two different charges on my card ! Total Amateur Hour at this location.
