Dustin was amazing and professional. So nice to have real employees and not have to interact with a kiosk. Employees who take your orders and deliver it to you. Way to go Carl's. We decided to opt out of McDonald's and glad we did. Thank you

Customer service was the best, food was super fresh and the spicy chicken sandwich was the best one in my opinion also their restrooms are really clean.

I recently went through the drive-thru at Carl’s Jr., and I’ve got to say — the experience was actually pretty cool. The AI voice taking orders is a unique touch, and even though it can sometimes have a few hiccups (like needing to repeat something or a small mix-up), it’s still impressive how fast and efficient it is most of the time. But the real highlight is always the food. Everything was hot, fresh, and super tasty — just like Carl’s Jr. always is. My order came out exactly right, and the service was friendly when I pulled up to the window. If you’re patient with the tech, the rest of the experience totally makes up for it. I’ll definitely be back!

It was very good. Yummy food and sauce. Yummy drinks with good cherry coke. Other than it being a little expensive, we did see a big bug crawling on the ground.. but they had a big enough table for 9 which was very nice.

Carl's has definitely not held their prices down. Although, the guacamole bacon cheeseburger is still my favorite item, the price is getting too high. This particular restaurant was clean, friendly and fast. Their food was better than most Carl's I have visited for presentation.

The new AI drive through is awful! I tried asking questions and got a ‘sorry that’s not on the menu ‘ answers. I finally gave up and went to the window. Fortunately the employee (a real human!) canceled the messed up AI order and re- placed my order. Not doing that again until the AI kiosk is removed. Darn shame because I don’t go inside fast food restaurants anymore because of the walk up kiosks (BTW, I don’t work for you) but now the drive throughs …. Ugh!

Horrible in every way. Handed me my drink and food but they never gave me my credit card back. Sourdough breakfast sandwich bread was untoasted and cold. About an hour down the road I noticed they never gave me my card back. Called the location and only get a FAX machine ! I had to cancel my card and noticed they charged me for my oder $13.26 PLUS someone else's order of $15.87 ! There are two different charges on my card ! Total Amateur Hour at this location.
