One of my three regular Starbucks. Excellent service with kind, friendly baristas. Good manager; she's active and engaged. Small store, but it works.

This is a great Starbucks, but too many kids and freeloaders use it as a squatters' paradise. Others just ask for a cup of water and occupy the seating area for literally hours. While others use it as a Chucky Cheese; purchasing a single frappuccino and feeding it to their five loud unruly children. They need to begin enforcing some rules here. Customers who purchase from the store shouldn't have to complete with freeloaders.

As of right now, there is no seating area to just enjoy your drink but the baristas are still nice and the drinks still come out tasty.

Favorite place to get tea...great staff that remembers our names and always has our order all ready to go by the time we reach that cash register to pay.....feels like home. This is the best Starbucks in the LBC.

I'll start by that due to work I travel all over the country. This means that I've been to many Starbucks' from coast to coast. While most offer pretty good service and satisfactory drinks I, objectively, think this one stands out over all the others I've been to. The drinks are always perfectly made, the staff is extremely friendly and welcoming, Natalie and Juan In particular, although they're all great I just don't know all their names. This is the place to go if you want your starbucks fix.

We went late Sunday and was already cranky needing Starbucks kick and staff was great! They where helpful Koa was the best even started my kids drink over rinsing cup again after she changed her mind about the amount of pumps. Truly a great experience and totally patient and helpful will be back to this location again!

Friendly service. Nice enclosed back patio, so my 3 year old son could run around. Patio doors were tough to open, which would give me enough lead time to catch my son if he tried to make a run for it. Patio also had a nice water fountain outside my kid's reach, but elaborate enough to keep his interest.

Only a small handful of people in Starbucks but it still took 15 minutes to get my drink because they fill mobile orders for people who aren't there yet.

I get coffee from this Starbucks most weekends. Always quick courteous service. Two out of a dozen cups of coffee have been Lukewarm though.

The place is alway crowded and hard to get a place to sit without waiting for a long time. The staff is very nice and pleasant to deal with.

I love the atmosphere of this Starbucks because of the big windows and patio, but this is the only Starbucks I know that has a line no matter what time of day I go. Usually all the tables and even the window bar seats are taken as well. So I go for the atmosphere but expect a wait.

All the baristas are friendly, line moves quickly for the most part and mobile orders are ready on time. The one thing that really bugs is their lack of seating inside. There is unused open space that could have a couple more chairs and tables.

Depending on who is at the counter is the difference between a good experience or bad. I wish all the employees were good. There are some rude ones. I encountered one tonight at the Starbucks in Long Beach the one on Atlantic and San Antonio. I complained to the main office and I hope someone comes in undercover to see who is nice and who:s rude. I feel if you have a bad day don't bring it to work. Customer Service is very important. I work in Retail and understand that. I don't mean to get anyone in trouble but it really bothered me because I come in here all the time for at least 20 years pand have good experiences.

It seemed like the staff was stressed and when I asked for my drink room temp it was as if the person didn't understand...

I guess i must have ordered ice. Sometimes we forget to check the ice level and my daughter is now just telling me when we get home 🥲. I def did not order extra ice.

Workers are nice, but if I order coconut milk that most likely means I'm lactose intolerant so please don't put whipped cream on my drink.

They didn't have all the items available on display and not all the electrical outlets worked (specifically the ones at their bar seating). I tried the new Cascara Latte (garbage). Fortunately the staff there was very helpful throughout and even replace my drink when I didn't enjoy it.

Coffees good, was able to charge my phone using one of the outlets. One of the main issues I found was that all their thermals and coffee cups are way over the top. You could buy 3 for the price of one at target and possibly Walmart

It’s a hit or miss here sometimes they have enough people working to make the drinks sometimes they don’t have enough people and it takes forever for their drinks. And now it’s annoying because they close at 6pm. What’s the point of a Starbucks here if they’ve got to close early? Hire people who are willing to work after 6pm. The ones closing today are still in there standing and talking and making themselves drinks.

I give it 2 stars...one for good parking and one just cause I needed coffee. I waited in line for a long time because staff was more concerned about talking about what they were doing after work vs. actually working. There was a homeless man digging threw the indoor trash cans and nobody said anything...just watched. When my single shot of expresso finally came up ten freaking minutes later, I asked for half & half and was directed over to the self help counter where there was...no freaking milk of any sort and it was poorly understocked and unkept. I went back to the counter where I said excuse me 3 times and 2 staff members eyeballed me but looked away and one actually ran to the back so they literally didn't need to help me. Finally after I said excuse me for the 4th time and was ignored my boyfriend yelled HEY HOMMIE WE NEED HELP...and the boy quickly came over realizing he just pissed off a 6'2" 240lb boyfriend whose girlfriend was in desperate need for cream for her oh so cold espresso shot....QUACK! So yeah 2 stars but it definitely was the WORST Starbucks experience I've ever had. Oh...and btw the crowd outside of the establishment are definitely the crazy talk to yourself come up into your space asking for money, cigarettes or bananas type of people....just FYI.

Experiencing inconsistency with the baristas' mixture preparation. My go-to order is an oat milk shaken espresso with 3 shots, but the quality varies significantly. On some occasions, it's perfectly made, while on others, it seems like they forgot to add the espresso shots entirely. To compensate, I request an extra shot, but even then, the taste fluctuates between overly bitter and lacking in strength. It would be great if the baristas could use a jigger or measuring cup to ensure consistency.

This is my 4th cold coffee they gave me. It was seriously a room temperature coffee. I don’t know why this place can’t keep their coffee hot at all.

This is the one starbucks that I try to avoid at all cost. The waits are super long even if you do moblie order. I noticed, the couple of times I have gone here the staff just seems to not really care and are just there for a paycheck. In adcition to the lack-luster customer service, my coffee was not made right. I have gotten coffee there twice and each time it seems like they give me coffee TINTED milk. My barista boyfriend , thinks that they either forgot to add the shots (which is not hard to remember, so i am told) or that the espresso machine was pulling water. EITHER WAY SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE FIXED. I suggest that you avoid going to this starbucks and just go to the one in the vons down the street.

So i woke up early to get the promo cup with a purchase of a holiday drink. I arrived at starbucks about 5:45 am. I ordered the peppermint mocha with toasted choc hot. I got the promo cup and bought a few others for my friends. So i get to my car drive away. Only to have my hot drink luke warm. Seriously!!!! UUGH! DISAPPOINTED.

I walked in this morning, no one else there ordering. Staff looked up seen me, no acknowledgement, no nothing. I stood there for 5 minutes. No one still came to help me. I walked out. I will not return to this location again. The customer service is awful here.

It has gone to the point where the phone orders customers are more important than the actual customers that walk in and order their coffee drinks . You can order a simple latte and wait 20 minutes before you get your drink .While all the phone order customers can casually walk in and pick up their drinks. I only live a quarter-mile from this Starbucks and have been a customer for the last 11 years. I'm done with this Starbucks there's other coffee brands within the area. I'd rather go to steelcraft on Long Beach Boulevard.

Their only restroom.has no changing table and employees didnt seem concerned. Had to change my 5 month old on one of the dining tables outside. Gross! Install a changing table please!

Never come here unless you want your drinks to be made wrong or get treated like trash by the staff.
