The atmosphere is really nice, the staff is friendly and our food was delicious. I had the margherita flatbread, which was great. Will definitely be coming back!

Actually, I was driving by during the lunch time and I was so hungry, the mall looks so fancy and so beautiful and the sunshine was great. I walked by the restaurant And I got in. The staff were very friendly.I ordered fish and chips with cold beer it was literally an amazing I had a fabulous lunch here. The restaurant’s atmosphere is casual and they have a huge screen by the bar all sports which is great. Actually service was very good and price also reasonable. The whole area is great and you can enjoy the sun if you want to set outside witches I highly recommend it. I think you don’t need reservation just walk in (but I’m not sure actually). Unfortunately I live around 30 miles away from that restaurant but if I have a chance to go there I will definitely do it. However, parking available. It was actually good spot and this restaurant deserves at least five stars.Fortunately I was watching basketball game which is my favorite sport and I really enjoyed it. Its really worth it. Even if you come with your family I would be fun too. Im sure the have verity in their list.

This place is wonderful. There mixed drinks are amazing and the food is one if a kind. Will definitely be returning as often as I can. Highly recommend the cucumber cooler and spicy feta phyllo wraps. Only downfall is restrooms were dirty.

Tried this place for the first time. I had the fish and chips. The fish is really good, light batter juicy, tender fish. The french fries were very marginal. I think they were made from Frozen potatoes. If they weren't they just weren't cooked very good. Inexcusable. Good selection of beer and the prices are pretty reasonable.

Be prepared to spend a little more than usual but it is one of the few places I feel is worth it. The lamb is excellent, get it the way they serve ot and you will be in love. Great place for business or family lunches.

The food was great...our server Damien was great. The whole restaurant floor was super super sticky though...it was like walking on fly paper.

Was here on a late Friday afternoon. Had the grilled crab and shrimp sandwich with a side cup of clam chowder ($1.50 extra and good deal). The clam chowder was very tasty. However, the price of the sandwich left me wanting more in size and taste. It was basically two pieces of sliced sourdough grilled with crab and small shrimp mixture in between... no tomatoes, lettuce, or additional condiments. The burger at the next table looked way better than my plate!! I've been to the San Ramon location many many times! In the Blackhawk location, it's a much prettier setting, especially the outdoor patio with umbrellas overlooking the rambling stream down the center of the outdoor mall with ducks. It's also has a larger seating capacity indoors and out. Great for families. Service was excellent! I'll be back to have one of their burgers!

Below average for sure. Fries were undercooked and mushy. Hot wings were slimy. The fish was thickly breaded and tasteless. I had to ask people twice to clear plates and the stools at the high-tops in the bar barely fit a 3 year old butt, let alone any normal sized adult. First she last time we go back there.

Maybe i ordered the wrong thing because there are a ton of good reviews. Anyway I got a shrimp salad, it was 90% lettuce and 2 small slices of carrot and 2 small slices of cucumber and a tiny amount of shrimp. It was very underwhelming. No one else seemed excited about their food either and my family will not be returning. Too bad, it's a pretty location.

I will never patronize this location again.. We will stick to the San Ramon location!

I ordered the California Burger well done. It was delicious, but after a couple bites I noticed parts of the burger were medium rare and other parts were rare. I didn't complain (which is on me) but when I got home, half the food went out one end and the rest went out the other. Two stars because the fries were actually fire.

We have been going to this location for years and we have always had a good experience, until today. Admittedly we have not gone in some time, but that is no excuse for the drop in quality. We ordered take out today and the quality of the food has gone way down. We did not order from any third party, we ordered directly from the restaurant and picked it up ourselves. It was obvious that they have lessened the quality of all the ingredients, probably to cut the costs even though the prices have either stayed the same or increased. The chicken sandwiches were flavorless and dry, the risotto was undercooked, and our children’s menu items were completely wrong. We aren’t going to waste our money here again.

garbage restaurant, garbage food, garbage staff, I wish the kitchen was not visible because I would like to unsee the horror of the kitchen absolute filth!!! They have the cooking utensils next to the garbage can!!!! How this is not a health code violation is shocking to me!! Literally touching the tongs next to the garbage can!! if you like your food with a bit of garbage flavor this is the spot!!! I was so disgusted! To make matters worst my food was raw not even cooked well. Chicken was under cooked and gave me food poising to me and my elderly grandma!!! Also want to get away from the heat this is not the place because the AC is always broken!!! In the winter you have to bring a full winter jacket because the heater also doesn't work and the breeze was so unbearably cold, I couldn't even finish my meal. I had to leave I was so cold!!! If your going to serve the public get your heater and AC fix!!! and train your kitchen staff better!!! Zero stars!!!

I’d give a -1 for service if I could. Reserved a table, and they refused to move an umbrella for us (outdoor) or even let us get moved to one of the many 10+ other available tables. Pathetic establishment

Worst experience. Only 20% tables were occupied. No attention by servers. Sat there for 10 mins before server came. Asked for drinks menu, got that after half the food order was served. Water came after asking twice. Asking for straw for little kid was too much. That also came after asking twice. No effort was made to ask if we needed anything else or another order of beer or dessert. They lost the ticket for my son’s order. Had to go to counter to wake them up from slumber. May be we were on a day when no one wanted to work. Totally messed up the father’s day dinner with family.

Placed order for curbside pick up. Called multiple times to pick up meal. No one picked up. Walked into the restaurant and not even busy. But they don’t pick up phone. Makes you wonder The lady at the front was useless. Could it find my order and told me it would be another 15 min. Then another guy came and help and he tried trimmed down the time to 8 minutes. However the order was burnt. Should have checked before leaving Obviously this was a horrible experience

Misleading /unclear sign outside the restaurant- stating that they moved to the end of the museum in black hawk plaza . Came here for dinner with the whole family on Sunday evening . We searched the whole Blackhawk plaza but could not find the new location . We asked multiple people and no one has any idea

I ordered a Roasted pear &bue cheese. But it is Not eatable veggie (agugula). Very old agugula. And over cooked pizza. Too acidity source. One out two orders had issue. I need to consider skipping this restaurant next time.
