It’s the closest Starbucks to me and I have never had a problem when going there. Staff is super nice and the drinks always taste great! Will be going more frequently for the fall drinks!

I did a mobile order and was right around the corner but my drink was somehow ready when I got there. They were super quick. My coffee wasn't tasting exactly how I wanted it, so I went back and Emily was such a joy, very helpful, very polite and they made it again to my satisfaction. I felt so bad but she was so nice. Thanks Emily and all of the staff. I went to the bathroom and it was clean as well. This is a great starbucks location.

Great place to stop in when you're on a New Tampa Pastry Ride - bike friendly! Fast and friendly. You can never go eyeing with the Lemon, Banana and Pumpkin loafs. The Almond or Chocolate croissants are always delicious!

I am a seven day a week coffee drinker. My route in the mornings take me near this shop and the staff is always great. They do their best to get you in and out as fast as they can. This is a super busy location however, so make sure you account for that when stopping in or placing a pickup order.

Just hopped in for our usual morning coffee at Starbucks, I was served by Marina who has a beautiful, bubbly personality. Our food was just as we liked it and our coffees were awesome, Marina Bought our food out to our table and wished us all the best for the remainder of our holiday. We have visited many Starbucks since being in America and this has to be one of the top three. if we lived close by, this would be our local daily Coffee shop. But I would like to make a special mention to Marina who brightened our day. The store was clean, toilets clean. All team members presented tidy and were productive.

We have been coming to this location for a while now and I can say they do an amazing job. We have never gotten an order wrong. It's super fast. I can always appreciate when a team can work so well together.

I usually go through the drive through and they are quick and efficient. I did have an employee be rude to me when i interacted with them at the window the other day. Just very short and didn't want anything to do with me. Usually everyone is very friendly.

For the morning I was looking for a coffee place along with quick breakfast. I searched around me and decided to have coffee at Starbucks. I ordered the White Mocha Coffee along with Kale & Mushroom Bites. I ordered the coffee along with the bites in store and to go my food. The coffee was delicious and we loved the coffee. Amazing coffee along with the bites. Loved the coffee as well as food.

I’ve coming to this Starbucks constantly since 2021. In my experience, food is good (not that many mistakes and when it happens they fix it). There’s 2 most issues for me.. 1. Employees - they used to be cool and polite but for a while now they’re not polite at all. Bad mood lack of support. When I need any help, I try to be understanding of how busy they can be at that moment. So I wait until somebody can help me. But they just ignore you, no eye contact like “one minute” nothing… if you say “excuse me” they treat if an atitude. One thing though.. the newer employees tend to be more polite. Overwhelmed but polite. The older employees nooo! (If a few exceptions) Terrible attitude! Today for example, I stopped for a coffee all 3 girls (plus one of the old employees) I see are newer and I will tell you what: they are the responsible for the star services got. Unfortunately, because of the older rude employees I can not give a better review for services. 2. The place is nice inside and outside. But why do they keep this place so cold???! Those table face the frozen vents.. I don’t do lots of reviews but I had to do this because I hope they fix it. This place used to be amazing, it has so much potential and I wish it goes back to the good Starbucks it used to be. I used to have a restaurant and I know how though working with food can be. And my biggest issue used employees the same way good employees would be part of the solution. Advice: get new people training them to keep the principal of kindness (make sure they won’t get in the same vibe of the old ones) and get rid of the old ones who won’t fit in those standards. Ps. Sorry if there’s “old employees I don’t see as much or are the exception.

UPDATE: This location CONSISTENTLY gets orders wrong. If you order oatmilk, they give you regular milk. Order caramel crunch and they give you cinnamon powder lol I only come to this Starbucks because it’s the only one in the area, but honestly, it’s one of the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. First off, they are always out of stuff, even though the app says it’s available. It’s beyond frustrating to order ahead and show up just to hear, “Sorry, we’re out of that.” The customer service? Let’s just say it leaves a lot to be desired. Sometimes they’re friendly, but most of the time, it feels like I’m inconveniencing them by being there. On top of that, getting my drink made correctly is a gamble I rarely win. Also, whether the place is packed or nearly empty, they’re always slow. I’ve waited an unreasonable amount of time even when I was the only person in line. If there were another Starbucks nearby, I’d be there in a heartbeat. This location seriously needs to step it up.

I’ve been coming to this Starbucks for about a year since I moved to new Tampa and at first it was really great. The service was great. It was fast but recently around any sort of time after 12 their drive-through service takes 25 minutes for you to get your order it’s a little frustrating because I expect to go through the drive-through because it’s fast and convenient now I feel like it’s a little bit ridiculous that I have to waste my gas for 25 minutes just to get one coffee

No one was at the register! The only person at the front was making drinks and she didn't say anything to me. I was there for 5mins waiting for someone to talk to me. I finally asked her where do I go to order? (There was no sign "order here") She said at the register. I went back to the register there was stuff on top of it so it looks like it was closed. When a worker finally came to take my order She looked like she did not want to be there or talk to me when I asked her a question she barely answered she wasn't happy to interact with me at all. Didn't ask me if I wanted to keep a receipt or anything or if I need anything else. When I finally got my drink it tasted water down but by the time I tried it I was already in my car driving off. The drink tasted like it was already melted by the time I tasted it (wasn't even 5mins that gone by) this is the worst Starbucks I've been to in a very long time.

Store employees are rude, I wanted no ice in my drink. They tried to give me 1/2 of a drink after charging me $1.00 more. Needs a new store manager. Total rip off.. Go to another Starbucks! Don’t go there! $7.50 isn’t enough for a whole drink? Never will go there again.

Just go to a different Starbucks, this one is not worth your time. I've been going to this Starbucks for 4-5 years as it's the closest one to my house, but their performance is always inconsistent. I'm not sure if it's a training problem or a management problem, but the baristas just don't make the drinks the same, many of them skirting what's acceptable for a $6 drink. My order is always a Pink Drink with no ice. And if it's made correctly, it won't separate at all. However, over the years I've been continuously gaslit by employees who tell me it's supposed to separate or it's because it has no ice. That's not the case and it's annoying every time I hear it. Separately, they started not filling my drink up all the way. I even pushed back a few times and heard it's a policy, when I asked for a manager or policy specifics, they just made my drink correctly instead (so you can do it and choose not to?!?). I even reached out to corporate to clarify this "policy" and learned it didn't exist. Corporate told me it would talk to management in the region and it did actually get better for like a month. It's back to being not filled and made with too much Strawberry Acai mix (isn't that the expensive part?!?!). It's annoying to spend $6 on something that is not what I ordered. Do better.

I came in here today because my car has no air conditioning, my windshield fogged up and I can’t drive like that. I asked the employees if it was ok to hang out and read my book until it slows down. I was told I have to buy something to do that. So I had to go sit in my car with the windows rolled up until it stopped. Thanks!

Mobile orders consistently take 20+ minutes. They close the order out quickly, I assume to keep their metrics good. When you ask for help with you get major attitude. Worst in the evenings when one person is making drinks and 2-3 people are too busy cleaning to help. They do this so they can leave quicker after closing time. To hell with all the existing customers right? Ridiculous. this last experience was at 5:30 PM, Two hours before closing, so not sure what the big rush was to clean the equipment down when the printer is steadily printing out orders. 👎🏻

MGreat location… if you’re into surprises. Back in 2022, while job hunting in Tampa, I made the mistake of using their WiFi. Let’s just say my laptop got a full reset—courtesy of this “welcoming” hotspot. So yes, lovely spot… just don’t bring anything you actually value online.

Update: I ordered a white chocolate mocha with peppermint syrup. This is what I got. Milk and peppermint. What on earth are they doing?? Old post, 3 stars: I go here all the time. The staff is friendly but you can tell they are overwhelmed. It’s usually a long wait. I don’t mind waiting but when I get a burnt coffee afterwards it’s frustrating.

I get caramel ribbons all the time never have I had the problem of them adding whip cream throughout it or the bottom so I had them make me a second one and she did the same thing so ; I said all I taste is whip cream” * I’m being very patient annd kind* and the employee got mad bc I said I’ve never. Had a caramel frappe not taste like caramel or coffee and just whip cream so she made me a 3rd one and this time mustve just blended the whip cream into bc it was the lightest one , safe to say I would never come back here. Based Off the lack of respect/ incompetency and still walked away kindly with a a whipped Cream frapppe. I think maybe bc I usuallly get grande they don’t add it to the bottom but I got venti so maybe they’re being cheaper , idk but I know I’ve never had my caramel ribbon crunch taste like this ..

Every single time, one of the drinks in my order is not the one I ordered. Don't know how they manage it. On purpose? Or they don't care? And they are rude. One more thing, they refused to remake it for free. They said I have to pay for new beverage.

Today we were here with my friend and our kids. We waited for about 10 minutes and were first in line, but all the staff were busy with drive-thru orders. The orders kept coming non-stop, and it felt like we didn’t exist at all. I apologized and asked if they could serve us, to which they replied that they were busy and we had to wait until they were free. It wasn’t a huge deal, but it was clear that they kept taking new orders while there was still no time for us. Another woman with two kids, who was behind us in line, also left after a long wait without being served. Such a disappointment.

THE WORST STARBUCKS EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD!!! Typically the service here is stellar. I'm not sure what happened this time, but it was horrific. I scheduled a coffee meeting with 2 clients for 10am. I arrived 10 mins early and ordered a coffee & croissant. I noticed there were about 5 other people standing at the far end of the counter waiting for their orders so I took a seat and waited. My clients arrived just after 10am. They placed their orders for 2 coffee drinks and 2 more croissants. They sat with me & then the fun began! We carried on with our meeting and eventually realized neither of us had been called up. By this point there were at least 15 people standing there waiting and near as many drinks abandoned on the counter for people that must've left. We went up to the counter and asked when we would get our drinks & food. The girl at the counter seemed confused & overwhelmed and told us soon. We scanned the coffees on the counter a few times to confirm ours was not there. Eventually their croissants came out - no drinks, and they ordered at least 10 mins after I did! I still had none. 10 mins later 1 of their drinks came out. We went back to the counter. The girl couldn't find my order, and made me repeat it multiple times. Eventually she found the receipt in the pile just above her register & said she would get them to make it. She told my client they never took her 2nd drink order (they ordered 2 drinks, 2 croissants, but only paid for 1 drink) but they said would make it now. We had a long meeting & watched several customers get upset and complain. They never made an announcement or picked up the pace.. I finally received the coffee i ordered just before 10 am. I GOT MY COFFEE OVER AN HOUR AFTER I ORDERED IT!! Though the sticker on it says 10:43 am, I ordered at 9:50 something and my name wasn't called to get it until 11:10 am! MY CLIENT NEVER GOT HER 2ND COFFEE, and was so aggravated she just left without asking again!

UPDATE(7/27/2020) Staff is rude and will not return to this location. (From here on is my old review from friday 7/24/2020) Fair staff. Out of the couple times I have visited this location usually busy. They have removed outdoor tables which is rather sad. Closed the public restroom at a coffee shop.. Kinda sad to sell a product that can influence your restroom usage and you close the restroom. It is these reasons for the 3 stars review. 2 of the stars are for Starbucks stepping away from Facebook advertising.

I hate to do this, because I love Starbucks. But today they gave me a drink that tasted horrible and smelled like a mix of bleach & baking soda. It had white pieces all over the drink. Please be careful when cleaning cups and mixers. This is bad.

These employees need to be trained better when it comes to making drinks. I ordered an almond milk Frappuccino with strawberry cold foam. I got a Frappuccino with no coffee in it with regular cold foam. I’m guessing they forgot to add coffee it was just white. It’s like they just made it whatever way they wanted to smh.

I frequently visit this location. Today I had a terrible experience, I placed my mobile order at 10:57 and it says it will be ready at 11:08. I arrive to the store at 11:08 and I see my bagel is ready. My drink is not ready so I keep waiting and waiting for it to be ready because I understand the store is busy, I ask an employee at 11:20 where my drink is she doesn’t know, gets distracted and helps another customer, then goes to the counter by the drive through window at 11:25 and told me it had been sitting there the whole time. I was extremely annoyed as my drink was now watered down, and I was waiting for almost 20 minutes for my drink when it should’ve been placed on the mobile order counter as soon as it was ready. I told the employee I had been waiting the whole time for it and she said nothing. This made me late for work. I expect Starbucks to do better. I am frequently in this location and they mess up almost every time, or I wait an extremely long time for my order. Very disappointed and will stop spending my money to this location and business.

This store is horrible and we will never go back. We've lived here for almost 2 years and every time we go here to get a plain regular black iced coffee, we need to have it remade multiple times. Usually we get so fed up that we just settle with a gross drink and leave. We've spoken to mgmt several times but nothing changes. The coffee is sour, weak, watered down, burnt, and overall bad and WILDLY inconsistent. Regular iced or cold brew, it doesn't matter. Hot coffee is fine so what is it with iced that they just can't make a decent cup. After the 5th time complaining to store mgmt, we stopped going. We don't want gift cards, we want a decent cup of BASIC coffee. But today we went again and NEVER AGAIN. Lady at the register was defensive and rude. So we're done. Get it together. It's a shame because this location is right across the street from where we live. Yeah, we'll go local from now on.

I use this Starbucks every morning; today that changes..we live in the Hunters Green community; and have spent tons of money here. Messing up orders is human; it happens. Our drink order was completely wrong. When I let the barista know that our order was incorrect, she fixed one drink that was wrong and had an attitude regarding the other two that were wrong. Unfortunately the rudeness was so bad I didn’t catch a name. She had black hair and a nose ring that went through both nostrils. If you want a pleasant experience; stay clear of here.

Apparently the employees don't realize they are in the coffee business. The plain espresso is unique drink that deserves care and respect, especially among the personnel. When staff has no idea how to serve the dark beverage other than slapping it in a paper cup, it screams that the manager of the store is not doing their job and allowing poor attitudes to shapre this store.

It takes so long to get what you want, every time I come here the drive through takes 15 minute get your order and another 15 minute to get to the window to pick up your order I do like this location , and I come to this location just when I don’t have another choice.

Cold watered down coffee just how I like it. Never again. I just poured it out and would love my money back. I should have read these reviews first. I have an idea. Close down

These employees need to be trained better when it comes to making drinks. I ordered an almond milk Frappuccino with strawberry cold foam. I got a Frappuccino with no coffee in it with regular cold foam. I’m guessing they forgot to add coffee it was just white. It’s like they just made it whatever way they wanted to smh.

I frequently visit this location. Today I had a terrible experience, I placed my mobile order at 10:57 and it says it will be ready at 11:08. I arrive to the store at 11:08 and I see my bagel is ready. My drink is not ready so I keep waiting and waiting for it to be ready because I understand the store is busy, I ask an employee at 11:20 where my drink is she doesn’t know, gets distracted and helps another customer, then goes to the counter by the drive through window at 11:25 and told me it had been sitting there the whole time. I was extremely annoyed as my drink was now watered down, and I was waiting for almost 20 minutes for my drink when it should’ve been placed on the mobile order counter as soon as it was ready. I told the employee I had been waiting the whole time for it and she said nothing. This made me late for work. I expect Starbucks to do better. I am frequently in this location and they mess up almost every time, or I wait an extremely long time for my order. Very disappointed and will stop spending my money to this location and business.

This store is horrible and we will never go back. We've lived here for almost 2 years and every time we go here to get a plain regular black iced coffee, we need to have it remade multiple times. Usually we get so fed up that we just settle with a gross drink and leave. We've spoken to mgmt several times but nothing changes. The coffee is sour, weak, watered down, burnt, and overall bad and WILDLY inconsistent. Regular iced or cold brew, it doesn't matter. Hot coffee is fine so what is it with iced that they just can't make a decent cup. After the 5th time complaining to store mgmt, we stopped going. We don't want gift cards, we want a decent cup of BASIC coffee. But today we went again and NEVER AGAIN. Lady at the register was defensive and rude. So we're done. Get it together. It's a shame because this location is right across the street from where we live. Yeah, we'll go local from now on.

I get caramel ribbons all the time never have I had the problem of them adding whip cream throughout it or the bottom so I had them make me a second one and she did the same thing so ; I said all I taste is whip cream” * I’m being very patient annd kind* and the employee got mad bc I said I’ve never. Had a caramel frappe not taste like caramel or coffee and just whip cream so she made me a 3rd one and this time mustve just blended the whip cream into bc it was the lightest one , safe to say I would never come back here. Based Off the lack of respect/ incompetency and still walked away kindly with a a whipped Cream frapppe. I think maybe bc I usuallly get grande they don’t add it to the bottom but I got venti so maybe they’re being cheaper , idk but I know I’ve never had my caramel ribbon crunch taste like this ..

Every single time, one of the drinks in my order is not the one I ordered. Don't know how they manage it. On purpose? Or they don't care? And they are rude. One more thing, they refused to remake it for free. They said I have to pay for new beverage.
