I knew about Zucker’s before I tried this specific location. Zucker’s at any shop is going to be delicious, however this shop stands out from the rest. Their bagels and coffee I found to be fresher than some other locations, and their staff is a lot friendlier than the other locations as well. This place also has more and better seating too, and it’s got better access to the train lines I use. 1000/10 would recommend to a friend or even a tourist.

Really wonderful place for bagels and bagel sandwiches. Had the Max's special with whitefish and absolutely loved it. Kids chowed down on the bagels with a smear and didn't leave a speck. Limited seating and everyone was stalking seats on a weekday morning, so this is not a place to spend a long time.

My very first bagel of NY. I visited for breakfast and it was very busy. It’s hard to find a table to sit but if you wait a bit you can manage to find one. The service is very quick which was a bit stressful for me. You have to order the bagel from one side the pay at the cashier where you can also order drinks or something else. The service was quick and friendly though. I had the smoked salmon which was very good! The bread was a bit dry however but the toppings were delicious. Definitely one of the best bagel of NY!

I found good reviews online and went to Zuckers for my first day in NYC. There are a lot of options to choose from but don’t get overwhelmed, servers are there to help you and suggest the best items. In my case, I wanted the best one so they suggested the most popular item which is the Smoked Salmon and it was also delicious!! I liked their coffee as well

I was so disappointed with this shop! I was all ready to feast on the best bagels ever but alas, that was not the case. The joint was packed, which was a good sign (I thought). The woman who helped me was sweet. All the workers were teriffic, but the bagels really weren't very good. I'm from NY, so I never eat them toasted. I got a poppy seed with tuna salad. Simple, right?? The bagel was hard and the tuna salad bland and flavorless. I also got a chai latter, which was just ok. I do not think that I will ever go back.

Always busy — but that’s NYC for you! Zucker’s is right in the heart of the city and the bagels are solid. I’ve tried the cinnamon raisin and the plain — both fresh and really good. I usually get mine filled with egg whites and turkey slices. The only thing I’d say is the turkey could be better quality, but overall it hits the spot every time.

sucks to get zuckers this is the blandest chicken salad ive ever had and i paid $12 for it. even the bagel pub was better and that was $9. they barely even chopped the chicken so they kept on falling out. i also ordered it toasted but it is obvious they didn’t do that. bagels were cold, on the smaller side, and kind of hard. did not hit.

Overpriced chain restaurant. My bagel had no cream cheese on it basically. Was $20 for a lox bagel when you can go down the street and pay a fraction of that for better quality. Everyone in our groups order was ready except 1 person who had to wait an extra 15 min for a bagel with cream cheese. Tasted alright but nothing worth visiting, especially here in NYC.

Terrible experience with the staff and skimping on sandwich ingredients. First I was called to place my order then the cashier let someone cut in front of me because “they were just getting a water.” Then after my sandwich was done, the staff member saw it but turned around to spend 3 minutes restocking cups instead. After they finished doing that they proceeded to give my order to someone else. After realizing their mistake that staff member had my sandwich remade. However I had to call out the chef because he had begun reusing ingredients from another customer’s sandwich instead of using new ones to make mine. Again no apologies for the mess up and they tried to put used ingredients on my sandwich. When I finally got my sandwich there were barely any toppings on it. I got a sesame bagel with cream cheese and lox. For a $17 sandwich and having messed up my order they seemed to go out of their way to skimp on me. This place is a rip off with rude staff. It seems only successful due to its tourist trap location. I recommend avoiding.

Zucker’s, if you’re not familiar, has a setup where you order at the back and then pay at the front. The way this location is organized is a bit confusing—there’s no clear sign indicating that you have to order at the back. (I visited on Tuesday, August 6th, 2025.) When I got to the cashier, she seemed hyper and nervous. Even though no one was behind me, she rushed me to hand over my coins and even told me which ones to give her. I felt pressured for no reason—it was just her attitude. I waited longer than expected for my traditional smoked salmon bagel because the order team didn’t get my order right the first time. When I finally received it, it came with a side of cucumber and coleslaw. The coleslaw had gone bad—it tasted moldy—so I threw it away because I didn’t want to get sick. The cucumber was so salty it was inedible. Both sides seemed old and not fresh. The bagel itself was okay but nothing special. For $19 total, I expected better. I won’t be returning.

I was so starving having everything Bagel with scallions cream cheese( not creamy very juicy cheap cheese). Unfortunately cheap bagel , cheap cream cheese, suppose to be IRVING FARM beans cafe , even like a burn taste , not Irving beans . Anyway I don’t really understand , how people opening Business in best location but serving cheap product . VERY BIG DISAPPOINTED . Never ever stop by again.
