There services were all fantastic, the rooms were very clean. Their hot tub and pool was awesome, their breakfast was very delicious and great. The lady that gave us breakfast we really appreciated her because she was very kind.

We had our wedding here in October 2012. The food was even better than when we did our tasting. Our guests commented on how great the staff was at the restaurant and at the hotel. Very cool atmosphere for a wedding reception and ceremony. Everything went off without a hitch! Planning was awesome too!

My husband and I got married here. When you go you need to remember to be patient because the manager is also the person who bartends and delivers your food. The food is phenomenal and the hospitality is great. If you are polite and not causing a bunch of hassle you can even go in the ballroom which looks like a baby version of the Beauty and the Beast Ballroom. We danced in there on our anniversary

Amazing food and service. We got married there and they were the best. Jennifer does such a great job organizing everything. People are still taking about the venue and the food 18 months later.

Small, cozy, upbeat, fun! Unexpectedly wonderful food (try the walleye). This is a great destination for locals, not just travelers. Manager is friendly, accommodating ... you feel like you want to ask her to sit with your group, have a drink, join the celebration.

I came for a wedding and had the best food and service of any wedding I've been to, including my own. The bartender, Andy was a highlight. He was funny, helpful, and gave my daughter a fun toy when she bumped her head for the 3rd time that night!

Nestled away in the new Holiday Inn is this hidden gem. Where the Beers are frosty and the fireball flows like wine. Entering this elegantly appointed establishment, you will be received by the worlds best Bartender/Therapist, Jenn. For the price of a cocktail (which is very reasonable) she will help you get your life back on track. Thanks to Jenn's advice I followed my dreams and I am now a male model!!! Sean was so awesome! He was very accommodating, kind and helpful. His customer service was always excellent. He is rare because you do not receive this type of genuine service from people in the service industry. Would recommend !

As a wedding photographer I've shot 5 weddings here. It's a great location and they do a great job. The staff is attentive and helpful. I always accept a job when i know it's here.

The food and paired wine were superb. The great attention to detail of the flavors and plating were on point and matched by none. I will be back again and again!!

Total hidden gem. Limited menu but the food is surprisingly good and its typically quiet. Check it out if you just want a relaxing evening out.

The wine list was good for a "fancy hotel" bar. I mean no venom there. I had the fish and chips, others in my party had the butternut squash ravioli, and the seared tuna. The food was fantastic, like, delicious. The service was adequate. They seemed understaffed. I will eat here again tonight for dinner

It looks like a new owner took over this property and they are just ramping up. Typical hotel menu and price point. Wings and burger were good but what made the meal enjoyable was the hospitality of the staff here.

Had our wedding and reception here. Absolutely beautiful venue. Make sure to include the 3 cheese lasagna.

Excellent food at reasonable prices. We have eaten there several times, and every meal was delicious. Unfortunately, the servers are inattentive and a bit unfriendly. If you don't mind rudeness, it's definitely worth checking out.

Second time here, I believe in second chances-but never again. Positive- good wings. “House specialties” were food service level B. Only bartender working, so hard to get her attention at our high top. Couldn’t charge to room, “the program isn’t working.” Good beer on tap, but white wine was WARM. The worst was the atmosphere-it was awful for both our stays (2years apart) as it is an open concept area to a “game room” with pool table and foosball- and space to eat or lounge on sofas and relax with a drink. Both of our visits here were plagued by screaming during meals, not an exaggeration. I taught for 40 years, these were playground type ear shattering screams indoors, kids throwing pool balls and running, in an open area adjacent to a bar meant for relaxing. Both times our meals were spoiled by children not being controlled in bar/lounge area- breakfast was noisy, also. So much for relaxing after a long drive!

Hotel bar, didn't eat but bartender was super nice just way understaffed and to busy dealing with pouring "kiddy cocktails" so took far to long to get a couple bottles of beer.

Refused service during business hours because they started to clean up early.

Ordered 2 shots of Jim Beam. $23!! WTH is wrong with these people. It doesn't cost $23 for a liter of Jim Beam at Total Wine. That's insane. So I basically paid for the bottle and then the next 12-14 shots. Talk about price gauging. SMH. I could see $4-5 a shot to make some money but damn every 4 shots pays for a liter. By the time it's done everyone has paid for at least 6 liters. That's ridiculous. Never again. Fool me once.

Booked my wedding here for December, 2020 and the paid deposit. I received no return calls after awhile about cancellation. I tried to reschedule until after COVID but was told to wait several times. Last minute I just cancelled but didn't even bother to reach out to the venue because they stopped contacting me about three months before my wedding date. I lost a lot of money on deposits because I cancelled everything at the last minute. My family was upset but there wasnt anything I could do. Beautiful venue, reasonable price. Too bad the communication was lacking. They also gave away the first wedding date that I booked with them. I had to email the manager several times to pay my deposit, communication lacked completely. Now I'm eloping after this experience, which will honestly be safer. I think Covid played a big role in the communication part but there were numerous issues from the beginning.

Actually can't review this place honestly, because even though Google says it's open 24 hours, it closes at 10pm. Even on Saturday nights, apparently.
