Join us Monday through Wednesday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., Thursday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m., and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. We look forward to serving you!

Love this place!! They have great tasting drinks that are healthy for you. The staff is usually friendly and if you're not satisfied with your drink, they will usually make another one for you. Such a great place. Everytime I visit the Mall of America, I need to visit, that's my thing!
It had been a few years since I had a Jamba Juice! So delicious! It was money well spent. Shout out to Alyssa T! She was so gracious and helpful when I was placing my order. Blessings!
Ooh! I had the most delicious juice smoothie! I do think the price is rather high, so I make this a special treat and have occasionally. Probably a good thing because if they were cheaper I would probably have way too many and I can only imagine the calories. They staff was very friendly when I was here and the place very clean

People don’t like waiting less than a minute for a delicious smoothie that’s why some reviews are bad on here I seen people enter and leave they are super nice and helpful and quick to get it to you! I recommend!!!
Went in yesterday and had the most delicious orange juice and strawberry bowl, the staff is super friendly as well as fast. The manager is incredibly sweet. I wish I could give them 10 stars 🌟

This location is inside the Mall of America, 3rd floor. The location was clean and the ladies were polite. They didn't have fresh bananas 😢. It happens but it was disappointing. The acai bowl was still good and I got extra strawberries for the lack of bananas.

Workers were all very nice but the sizing was ridiculous. I paid $12 for a bowl that was only halfway full. They have the bowls displayed in the front leading to the impression it will be that size.

The workers here were super slow (two were just cutting strawberries instead of making smoothies when it was extremely busy) and called out names/orders as quiet as possible so people took other's drinks. The smoothie also did not taste good at all. Not worth a 20 minute wait for an overpriced drink with awful customer service. I would give it negative 20 stars if I could.
Epically screwed up my wife and I's order, staff utterly disinterested in customers. Call out order numbers rather than order contents so probably have no idea what they're making. Normally I'll pause to correct an order and have it remade. Didn't have time today. Waste of $20ish.
For a 10$, it was the worst strawberry smoothie I ever got. And when I asked if they could atleast add in a little moee strawberry they looked at me dumb founded because the ratio is what it is. When i pay 10 dang dollars for a smoothie, I shouldn't have to question what kind of flavor it is when drinking it.
The shake was fantastic but the lady who made it gave herself a 30% tip without my consent and without telling me. It happened on Friday March 17th at 11:15. We know that she did it because we also got shakes the day before and that person offered us a "tip amount" page and our order was significantly more expensive than just the drinks. Unbelievably bad customer service.
Whoever was making the drinks skipped my one drink order. I watched at least 3 ppl who ordered after me get there orders before mine was even started. I had to go and remind them about my order, then after finishing the order that was ordered after mines then she finally decided to do my one drink order.
Ordered 1 drink, she charged me for 2 drinks. Did not see the total until after my credit card was run through. They claimed to do a return on the extra drink on my credit card, and never received my moneyback. Will never go back
