Highly recommend Biryani Pot!!! One of the best South Indian meals I’ve had in Cincinnati! If you’re from Hyderabad, you have to try their Haleem—it’s a perfect 10 out of 10. We also had Butter Chicken, Chicken fried rice, and Chicken Tangdi Kabab. Everything was so delicious, the aromatic smell of Indian spices in each dish was a hit 😌.The restaurant was very clean, well-maintained, and everything was nicely organized. Big thanks to the chef for serving such amazing South Indian food!

Biryani Pot Mason is our favorite evening spot. The prices are reasonable, and the food quality is excellent. If you visit, be sure to try their Arvind Special Biryani and Dhaba Mandi (sized for 2 people, 4 people, etc.—the 2-person platter is ample for 3 people 😁). Special shoutout to their appetizers, including cashew chicken, chicken 999, Madhurai chicken, and kebabs.

Only place I can find with reasonable prices, must try the Aravind special biriyani which cost around 30$ and can be enough for 3 people. Also try the sitaphal and chikoo ice cream, definitely a worth visit, Bit upset with front desk she in a call for about 5-10 min nobody at hotel except us and we stood waiting near the front desk just to get the menu. Good food, but the silence was boring Adding some music could enhance the atmosphere. Visited on Jan 1st.

We had them cater for our house party, and the food was as amazing as usual. I was a little worried cause we never ordered such a large proportion which I know can sometimes throw of the flavor, but they did an amazing job everything was very fresh and packed with flavor. FYI we got the chicken 65, tandoori chicken, and chicken biryani. I highly recommend this place to dine in at, and as well as all your catering needs.

Went here for weekend breakfast-the place was a tad bit busy so be prepared to wait. The prices are very decent. Dosa was a tad bit of a disappointment ( but cold). Poori and vada are really good and upma was ok. Coffee was great. A decent place if you want to grab Indian breakfast.

During my recent visit to the restaurant, my wife and I stopped by for tea, coffee, and snacks. The tea was delightful, and my wife found the coffee to be decent. Although the snacks were claimed to be freshly prepared and served hot, they didn't quite live up to that promise. The texture was more hard and chewy than the expected crispy and soft layers. The excessive use of chat masala overpowered the flavors and affected the overall taste. Moreover, the ambiance was disrupted by a gathering where people were standing and conversing loudly, diminishing the peaceful atmosphere for a family outing. The decor and ambiance could benefit from improvements to create a more inviting setting. On a positive note, the staff members were kind and professional. Overall, there is potential for enhancing the dining experience with attention to food quality, ambiance, and decor.

Food we ordered was cake, few snacks and full course meal, which is a platter. Cake was delicious. Snacks were just heated and gave to us, which was not tasty. Platter from counter has no flavors or taste. Which I felt not worth. Would like to go back and try few more from Menu. It has got a great space for Dine-In. Give it a try.

Honestly, I didn’t have high expectations from this place as we hopped two other Indian restaurants in the vicinity before landing here. I typically judge an Indian restaurant by the aroma of the food 😀. So this place gave me a good vibe. First of all the layout of the tables dont give you any privacy. So consider this place a quick eat and disperse. We ordered Mysore masala dosa, Biriyani, Chef’s special chicken fry, Tangdi kebabs. The service was little slow. The portions were good and we ended boxing after dinner. Dosa was horrible, Biriyani is totally average which doesn’t do justice to the name of the restaurants. The kebabs were nice and filling. The special chicken fry is pure desi style and will hit you with a burst of spices. Check out photos. Go for kebabs only!!

I was pretty disappointed with their biryani. Given the name, I expected it to be one of the best, but there are other spots on the same street that serve much better biryani. The chicken was dry, and even though I asked for medium spice, it was way too hot. The service wasn’t great either. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Absolutely terrible experience. This place clearly has no idea how to cook basic dishes. I ordered biryani and it was the most bland, tasteless food I’ve ever had. It was literally just plain rice with a few pieces of chicken/mutton thrown on top — no flavor, no spices, no aroma. Calling this “biryani” is an insult to the actual dish. To make it worse, the dosas were served cold and stale, like they were made long before and just reheated or sitting around. Nothing was fresh, nothing was enjoyable. It honestly feels like the kitchen has no quality control and no respect for customers. If you care about good food or even basic taste, do yourself a favor and avoid this place completely.

I ordered one order ponugulu, They charged me 5 dollars for 10 small pieces. not even 15 pieces counted. And owner sitting on dinning area, and not come to and check it. Very poor customer service. And other order also samosa chat is not good, I feel leating chickpeas gravey with curd. there is not other taste,.

The food quality has gone low. We ordered idli and Mysore bonda. Both are uncooked. The chutney quantity seems less for the quantity of food we ordered. Worst part!! The hand wash in washroom is filled with water instead of soap. I don’t know what kind of profit are you trying to make by not putting proper soap 😕

Probably one of the worst places I’ve been in Cincinnati for biryani. Firstly, like others have mentioned the college guy working the cash register has to go. He can barely answer basic questions and also has a negative attitude. The food is probably some of the worst biryani I’ve ever had. Took them 30 mins to bring us some cold uncooked biryani. Comes with nothing you need to pay 2 dollars if you want onions or anything else. Just straight garbage service and terrible food

I wish I could give this store negative stars. I paid $120 cash for a tray of chicken biryani and received bland yellow rice with no chicken. I was told to pay cash to get a “discount.” I called the owner and explained the mistake. He refused to take any responsibility and instead yelled at me. Please do not waste your money by getting takeout from them. This place is defrauding people by asking for cash and giving the wrong food.

We called 40 minutes before and ordered 2 chicken mandis as instructed. Reached by 8:30 PM and still waited 10 minutes, only to be served cold chicken pieces, a frozen boiled egg, tikka pieces with red colors, rice that was solely * purely * heartily * Confidently infused with turmeric, and chicken curry made with sambar powder. Firstly i got goosebumps when he served the mandi in a regular tiffin plate, On top of that, he is giving cameo appearances in between and asking us “Baundha nana Ela undi nana” I mean what should we say I’m an introvert, but if i put food and quality apart he is a cool guy and very respectful. Finally a very disappointing experience overall. Worst mandi experience — don’t go!

I recently visited Biryani Pot for lunch, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. We ordered the Hyderabadi Dum Biryani, which didn’t even come close to what authentic Dum Biryani should taste like. It completely lacked the flavor and richness you’d expect. We also tried another type of biryani, hoping for something better, but it tasted almost the same—equally underwhelming. The curries were also far from impressive. Overall, the food quality was poor, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for a good biryani experience. The only positive aspect was their ordering system. They have a self-service tab at each table where you can place your order without needing to interact with the staff. That was convenient and user-friendly.
