Dvash is the real deal for fresh, and delicious Mediterranean food! Everything was so good. The sabich crepe was my favorite and their cappuccinos are also bold and perfect. They provide heaters for the outdoor patio on chilly days. Our server Gabriel was prompt and took care of everything we asked for. We will definitely be back!
Dinner at Dvash was intentional, soulful, and beautifully composed from start to finish. DVASH is located at: 8208 Glades Rd, Boca Raton, FL 33434 We began in the Hummus Corner with the Haifa Warm Hummus, featuring sautéed eggplant and roasted pine nuts, served with pita and pickles. The hummus was creamy and rich with gentle smokiness from the eggplant, while the pine nuts added warmth and texture. The pita was incredibly fluffy and light, warm and pillowy, perfect for scooping. The sour pickles on the side were excellent, bright and crunchy, cutting through the richness of the hummus beautifully. The Soup of the Day was a lentil soup special, and the portion was so generous that we probably would have been better off splitting a cup instead of ordering a bowl. Even splitting a bowl, it felt almost like a meal on its own. Hearty, deeply filling, slow cooked, and well seasoned, it was comforting and substantial in the best way. Chef’s Cauliflower was a standout. Perfectly roasted so it had that lightly crisp edge with a tender center, then paired with beet tahina, roasted almonds, golden raisins, and sesame. The beet tahina brought an earthy sweetness and creamy depth, the almonds added crunch, and the golden raisins gave little pops of sweetness that balanced everything out. It is one of those dishes that feels both bright and comforting at the same time. We also ordered the Beet Carpaccio, omitting the parmesan to keep it vegan. Thinly sliced beets were tender and naturally sweet, paired with roasted pistachios and micro cilantro. Even without the cheese, the dish was vibrant, elegant, and beautifully textured. For the main course, we had the Tofu Jerusalem Mix, served with quinoa. The sautéed tofu with onions, mushrooms, and Mediterranean spices delivered bold, savory flavor, while the quinoa made the dish grounding and satisfying without heaviness. Everything we ate was fully vegan, though it does not have to be. This is a restaurant that can be enjoyed by vegans and non vegans alike, making it an excellent choice for a mixed crowd. The menu is thoughtfully designed with many plant forward dishes, and several items can be easily adapted to suit different dietary needs without sacrificing flavor or experience. Beyond the food, we noticed the We Will Dance Again sign displayed inside. It was presented with respect and care, felt rooted in remembrance and humanity, and did not come across as political. A quiet and meaningful presence in the space. Dvash delivers food that is balanced, flavorful, and intentional. Every dish felt thoughtfully prepared and deeply satisfying. A place that feeds both the body and the spirit, and one we will absolutely return to.twd — at Dvash Mediterranean fusion.
My wife brought me to Dvash for my birthday lunch and we really enjoyed it. We came on a Sunday around noon so we took advantage of the bottomless mimosas and bellinis. The Bellinis were especially on point. At first it seems pricey but their food was really tasty and portion sizes were generous so the prices are justified. We over ordered, as we tend to do, so we had plenty to take home to be enjoyed the following day. My wife especially loved the stuffed grape leaves while my favorite was the stuffed grilled pitas. There hummus game is strong too. The only thing we didn't enjoy was their schnitzel sandwich which was under-salted and their fries/chips which were also under-salted and not crispy. For dessert, we had their warm skillet carrot cake which was delicious and clearly homemade in the best way. This place has some good eats!
EVERYTHING WAS SO AMAZING!!!! I TRULY have been so excited to try DVASH! I can't wait to return and try a whole new experience of different dishes! Every detail, every added flavor, all so delicious. Thank you for creating and cooking with so much LOVE💗 Noam was so passionate to share his family's restaurant and dishes..... he made the experience that much better! Thank You✨️
Miriam was a wonderful host and server! The food was excellent. I will definitely be back. The service is outstanding a great vibe… thank you Miriam for creating great memories
We don’t live in FL so this was a new place for us. Miriam did an amazing job with recommendations. The food was 10000/10!!!
The most delicious hummus ever. You must taste the portobello mushroom hummus. The lamb chops and the Bronzino were out of this world. The entire staff was very welcoming and friendly. We will be back again soon with a big party.
We discovered DVASH during our last visit to Florida and had an excellent dinner with great service from Gabriel. The food was outstanding. We returned a couple of months later for brunch and were happy to see the same high quality and consistency. This time, Noam hosted us, and once again, every bite was mouth-watering. DVASH has earned a permanent spot on our list, and we will make a point to visit every time we’re in Florida.
Our visit to Dvash was nothing short of wonderful! It is generally crowded and you need to wait sometimes for the table. The staff is welcoming and warm. The food was absolutely outstanding— very fresh cooked to perfection. My husband is a sucker for thrir Falafels, We also tried the Shakshuka which was very flavorful. I loved their Chicken Shawarma. We ended our meal on a sweet note with their pistachio halva ice cream, which was absolutely divine and huge in portion size for desert. The service was impeccable, quick and staff is kind.
Food was SOOOOO GOOOD! Had a very nice dinner with Dad at this Middle Eastern Cuisine GEM 💎..... Probably the BEST hummus I have ever had by a Long Shot.... We had the cauliflower with date sauce appetizer and I ordered the Schnitzel which was Excellent! If you enjoy a comfortable atmosphere with amazing service and food you have to check this place out for yourself. P.S.- Make a Reservation
Incredibly delicious and healthy experience! Space is beautiful, service is impeccable, menu is 5 stars! Emily is wonderful and made us feel very special. Everything we have tried in multiple visits has been delish. Try the homemade chips or any of the hummus dishes. The mashugana burger might be the best sandwich I have ever tasted. I dream about it!
What a wonderful place to. find. The staff explained the dishes with clarity. I had the soup and and a main dish. Outstanding for my first Israeli taste of the mediterranean.
I had dinner here this week and it was amazing. Shout out to our server, Yochai. He was very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu and had great suggestions. Everything we tried was great. The flavor and seasonings were top notch. Do yourself a favor and get the peppers that are served with bread and a garlic aioli. They should bottle the aioli and sell it! I had the shrimp cilantro with couscous...REMEMBER TO USE YOUR LEMON. The lemon takes it over the top. It's been nearly a week since we visited and we are still talking about it. My partner had the mushroom burger with fresh chips. She loved it as well. My only constructive feedback is that the cocktails could use a little "umph"!
Absolutely loved our experience at Dvash! The decor is beautiful—warm, inviting, and thoughtfully designed. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. And of course, the food was amazing. The Hummus Haifa is a must-try—so creamy and full of flavor. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a spot that nails atmosphere, service, and seriously delicious food.
Food is AMAZING! The best Lentil soups I’ve had besides the ones I’ve had in Jerusalem. Our host and great server, Evan, was super friendly and gave us the best food recommendations. Beautiful aesthetics! Amazing desert! 100% recommended.
Absolutely delicious. I had heard about this place a while ago, finally gave it a chance 3 weeks ago. I’ve been back 3 more times since then. The food is great, tastes freshly made and the portions are abundant. Come with a big appetite and make sure you try different things on the menu cause they’re all great.
Food was exceptional. Very flavorful. We had the chef’s cauliflower, the authentic hummus, mahi schwarma, lamb chops, and Jerusalem mix. The desert was amazing. The warm carrot cake was almost like a bread pudding and the halvah ice cream was so delicious and tasted just like halvah.
We love Dvash, Noam, the son of the owners is great! Their service and food was amazing, the music, the smiles and they gifted us with a dessert. Great night!! Thanks Dvash! We will be back.
This review will answer any questions…. Atmosphere: upscale but lax at the same time. Fun and upbeat with tables, booths, inside and outside to sit. Service: quick quick quick! This is a well oiled machine that comes across as they have all worked together for years! Food: slap your grand mamma. You might need a special corner when you hit your “happy place” with some of these dishes. From the homemade hummus to the lamb chops and burgers, you won’t be disappointed in any of it. The owner and chef Illon is an artist with these dishes and obviously has a gift most men do not. Pricing: middle range and fair in my opinion. Dessert: affogato is presented and served nice along with the special flan that he made Mediterranean style. Never seen that before! Trust me, you won’t be disappointed. This should be a regular spot to hit.
The food was amazing! Yochai was a great attentive server. Thank you for a great experience!
Dvash is a wonderful restaurant with delicious food and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. What made our visit even more meaningful was the beautiful tribute they have honoring the lives lost on October 7. Seeing their dedication to remembrance was deeply moving and truly appreciated. We ordered the tofu burger and the sabich crepe, and both were excellent—flavorful, fresh, and perfectly prepared. On top of that, the owner’s son was incredibly kind, adding to the overall great experience. Highly recommend Dvash for both the food and the heartfelt hospitality!
The best Mediterranean food in town. The food it’s always fresh. So far i try Burger, pasta and salad. They have the best and fresh hummus . They have a great variety of different drinks ( the sangria is delicious).thank you to all the Dvash team to always make everyone feel special. 10/10
Oh, my goodness! I expected the same old Mediterranean food. Well, I WAS in the mood for that. But, I was so very surprised at the menu and what I ended up ordering. Sure, there were traditional dishes, you won't be disappointed if you have your heart set. I started with a cup of lentil soup. Very rich, balance of flavor, hearty. It did not disappoint. Then, I was told about the special of meatballs in a red sauce with grilled bread. It sounded good, but i wanted Mediterranean flavors, not Italian. The dish had JUST come out and all the staff were invited for a taste so they would know how to sell it. That's when my waiter brought ME a taste! It was not Italian. It had (subtle) spices that steered my taste buds the direction I was craving. I order the special. Three soft pillows of ground meat topped with whipped ricotta and melted mozzarella, but that's where it veered from Italian. The red sauce had small chunks of tomato and herbs which danced with the flavoring of the meat very well. The bread was clearly fresh-made and grilled to chrispy perfection, giving texture to the meal, overall. On a whim, I asked about desert and chose halva ice cream. Three scoops were served topped with additional halvah crumples and a light, but delicious caramel. I wish I had more room to finish it. It, like everything I tried tonight, was surprising and delicious.
I absolutely love Dvash! Their hummus is incredible, and the burger is just perfect. The service is amazing: attentive and welcoming, which really adds to the experience. I love sitting at the bar. Without a doubt, this is my favorite spot in Boca. If you're looking for great food and outstanding service, Dvash is a must-visit!
Hearing rave reviews on this place was the prompting to try this sooner rather than later. For a Tuesday night at 6, both inside and outside seating was at capacity, great vibe, good looking bar. A couple of pointers before we mention the food, one, they do not have a full service bar, wine and beer as mainstay’s and “mixed cocktails “ are of the premade, store bought variety (not a fan). Also, no flat water bottle options, bubbly Pelegríno only, wish they would offer Pana, as their filtered water did not cut it. Secondly, reservations via Open table require a cc deposit, unnerving bc it’s noted that no-shows are charged $20 pp. This is somewhat understandable, however I would hope accommodations would be made in the case of a last minute emergency. Onto the food: We ordered the following, Hagalil Hummus, which was a combination of lamb, beef eggplant, raisins & roasted almonds…and trust me, it was as delicious as it sounds, 5 stars! It also came with their “Jerusalem bagel”, which was warm, soft and luscious and the perfect accompaniment to the humus. We also had the Vegan stuffed grape leaves(very good) and Whipped Dvash Feta, which was accompanied by their za’tar pita chips, incredibly app!. For entrees the 4 of us ordered; The TLV burger, which was outstanding, the Chicken Jerusalem mix(excellent) also the Vegan version (w tofu instead of chicken) and lastly the Dvash Schnitzel, which while also excellent, the presentation of the particular dish was somewhat appearing like two large chicken breasts, smothered with a fresh tomato salsa. It seemed in need of a prettier plating. This place is a remarkable find for anyone seeking authentic Israeli Mediterranean cuisine. I will definitely be returning. One more watch out, the portions are ginormous and therefore we left no room for what sounded like incredible desert options. Can’t wait to return
Great birthday dinner. Called ahead and had our table reserved. Ordered many appetizers which all came out in a timely manner. The burrata was excellent. I had the shrimp and asparagus with cous cous and also tried the portobello burger which was great. Warm hummus was excellent as was the roasted cauliflower appetizer.
Noam was a great waiter. The food was fabulous and the happy hour deals are amazing. Can’t wait to come back. Love the chefs cauliflower! Beef araye out of this world. Didn’t have room for the hummus this time. Will make sure to order next time. Thanks Noam and DVash!
We keep coming back here. Everything we have ordered Comes as you expect it to. The flavors are spot on and we leave satisfied everytime we eat there. Last time I had the sharkshuka and it was so good! Well be back.
What an amazing dining experience!! First, Miriam is a gift to this place. She made us feel like family, but the family you like. We had two apps and an entre. The chicken schwarma was sublime, and the jasmine rice was flavorful - yet happy to sit under the schwarma and complement it's seasoning. The bread pudding is sublime. This week it was raspberry and white chocolate. Had I a clue of how generous and delicious it was, I would have skipped the apps. We will be back!!
I was at Dvash a few days ago and I’m still thinking about how amazing everything was. But honestly, the best part of the whole experience was the service. Our server, Miranda, was the sweetest. She has such beautiful, positive energy that makes you feel right at home. They truly make you feel like family from the moment you walk in. The food was also incredible. The Chicken Shawarma was super flavorful, and the Chef’s Cauliflower, wow, the best thing that I’ve had in a long time. But again, the service is what really made the difference. It’s worth coming here just for the way they treat you. I recommend this place with my eyes closed.
There is no place like DVASH in Palm Beach County. Or anywhere else, really. I had the great privilege to be invited to dinner with two friends I haven’t seen in a while. I’m so glad we decided DVASH. This is no ordinary “Middle Eastern.” This is scratch made Israeli cuisine at its finest. We shared multiple dishes and it was incredible. We shared egg plant hummus with the most interesting pita bread I’ve ever seen. I had the Israeli Salad with fresh, plump grilled shrimp done to perfection. We also had a spicy cauliflower app that was just the right kick and I be never tasted anything like it. My friend also ordered a Tofu burgers that was piled so high, it was really a mouthful to bite into! So good! There was so much food but we saved room for dessert and shared Halvah ice cream (?!?!?) Who knew? That was a mind blower. I’ve never tasted such deliciousness. It wasn’t sugar blast and carb load. It was better than the candy for sure. And you can tell that was handmade. This place has plenty of free parking and indoor/outdoor seating. Well staffed and service was exceptional. I could eat here every week and never get bored with it. Their salads are huge and full of clean, wholesome things. I needed a box, because it was just enormous. Please give these folks a go. It’s one of a kind.
I went to DVASH for the first time today with my mom, and I can honestly say I was beyond satisfied. From the staff, to the food, to the atmosphere—everything was absolute perfection. DVASH being family-owned is truly a breath of fresh air, especially in Boca, where attentive service can sometimes be hard to find. The staff was incredibly kind, warm, and genuinely attentive—we never even had to ask for water refills. Noam, in particular, made our experience unforgettable. He took the time to chat with us and even shared a bit about his culture, which made the visit feel so personal and special. I’ve honestly never experienced that level of genuine hospitality before. To start, my mom and I ordered the portobello hummus, which was incredibly creamy and light, with perfectly cooked, flavorful portobello mushrooms. For our entrees, I had the Greek salad with shrimp, and my mom ordered the Chef’s Burger. The salad was massive, fresh, and the shrimp were seasoned to absolute perfection. My mom’s burger was outstanding—the brie on it was to die for. Hands down, one of the best burgers I’ve ever had. Just when we thought the experience couldn’t get better, Noam surprised us with a complimentary dessert: tahini ice cream. It was unbelievably creamy and delicious—I’ll probably be dreaming about it tonight. Delicious is an understatement. If you’re going to give your business to anyone, let it be these people. Incredible food, a welcoming atmosphere, and truly wonderful humans behind it all. DVASH is something special :-) 11/10 stars.
Had an excellent Valentine dinner with my daughter. Miriam did a phenomenal job for us keeping the night special with the most incredible food. Excited to come back!
The food was absolutely amazing! Everything we ordered was fresh, flavorful, and delicious. We enjoyed every single bite!הכל היה טעים וטרי!!!מומלץ
As always, the food at Dvash was outstanding and our server, Miriam, was lovely and offered great insights when asked to help us select our dishes. The chef’s cauliflower dish that Miriam recommended was a winner!
Stopped here for the first time, looking to support yet another Israeli falafel restaurant. This location is great, good food and good people. Brachot. Dan David Award-winning violinist featured on over 30 television programs and over 800 concert venues.
The food was out standing, by far one of the best Mediterranean meals we’ve ever had! Family owned business and the quality reflects that, every bite savours true and fresh Ingredients. Noam was great in guiding us with the best options, very friendly and proud of his family’s restaurant. 10/10 experience in every single way
The food is always fresh and delicious. The wait staff are top notch. Mirriam was our server last night and she was awesome
The food and service were excellent! I had the French toast with orange juice—both were delicious. Noam was fantastic and made the experience even better. Will definitely be back.
Get the msuganer burger!! 3 of us sat at the bar and were served by Noem, one of the owners. He was very attentive. Great atmosphere, food was outstanding. I would definitely eat here again.
D'Vash catered our childrens wedding in Dec in central london and WOW it was an incredible event - from food tasting to final delivery it was a pleasure to work with the team . The food was so delicious guests returned to the buffet on multiple occasion's just not to miss the huge selections of tasty bites . We had such wonderful feedback from all of our guests - and then the afterparty food raised the bar further . Well done Team D'vash
From the moment you walk in, you can feel that this place is special. The atmosphere strikes the perfect balance between cozy and elegant, with lighting that makes everything feel warm and inviting. The staff treats you like family — attentive without hovering, genuinely friendly, and clearly passionate about what they do. Every dish was perfection. You can tell the ingredients are fresh and carefully chosen, and every bite feels like it was made just for you. The flavors were layered, creative, and absolutely delicious — from the appetizers to dessert, there wasn’t a single miss. Even the presentation was stunning; you can see the pride in every plate.
We love DVASH. My husband and I love the food here. This Mediterranean fusion spot has the best humus and the deserts are delicious, especially their carrot cake! I had the Mahi Mahi and my husband had the Lamb Kabobs - both so good. Excellent service, great atmosphere and really nice portions. Jason, our server, was excellent!
First time here. Very impressed. The roasted turmeric cauliflower was nothing short of superb. Had the lamb chops for an entree. Came out perfect med-rare. The mint pistachio sauce was a great touch. Lovely ambiance and playlist. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. Definitely coming back
Dropped in for lunch. Great menu choices. We decided on focchia flatbread with goat cheese and figs. Chef's kiss! The chicken shawarma pita sandwich had great spices. The hummus we really enjoyed.
good food but no respect for the customer. party of 6 we ordered multiple dishes and they brought 2 pita bread and when we asked for more they brought 2 more and charged us. also with my burger I asked for extra pickle and was charged for the pickle.
Great dinner options. Everything tasted fresh. The hummus was amazing. Really creamy and well balanced. The location is also great with pleasant vibes.
Nice unpretentious atmosphere, tasty and quality Israeli inspired food. Felt a bit overpriced for the area and the level of establishment, but I guess if it is busy, then many consider it fair. Service was very good. They try to please customers.
I walked in today with genuinely high hopes and left beyond disappointed. From the start, the service was a complete mess. One appetizer came out, and then we sat there for 30 minutes waiting for the next. Two more items — soup and salad — didn’t show up for another 30 minutes, and by then we had to cancel the salad entirely because the timing was so ridiculous. When the entrees finally arrived, only three out of four people at our table were served. The waiter then had to come back and ask what the fourth person ordered because he never even put it in. That alone tells you everything about the level of attention happening here. As for the food, the chicken was painfully dry and tough. Every single thing we asked for — refills, updates, anything — required multiple reminders and another long wait. Overall, this was a frustrating, poorly managed dining experience from start to finish. I definitely won’t be coming back.
Food is great but no one greets you even when they aren’t that busy. From analyzing things it looks like certain waitresses/waiter pick and choose who to greet. The owners do not greet everyone. It wasn’t our first time there unfortunately. We’ve been giving them the benefit of a doubt but not going back.
