We went to MOOYAH in Denton and it was my daughter’s first time ever eating a hamburger and she loved it! The staff was so friendly and made the experience extra special. Burgers were juicy, fries were great, and the place was clean and welcoming. Such a fun and memorable visit for both of us!!

The customer service was amazing. They packaged up my hamburger everything separately so it wouldn't be soggy when I got home with my to go order. Anthony and Melissa are awesome!!

The good- The burger and fries were great. Highly recommend if your searching for a burger over anything near by. There are lots of lettuce wrap options if you are looking to replace the buns. The inside has a giant chalk wall with chalk for the kids too draw on. Cool addition if you have children who like to entertain themselves/ draw. It is right across from a mall with a fair selection of shopping as well. Bad- there really wasn't anything bad from this experience. The food was cooked well and the service was prompt. If you'd want to be nitpicky, the parking lot exits too a light that can be congested. The burger can also be sloppy if not held well. But, it is MUCH easier to keep together then most "sloppy" burgers I've had.

Great food quick service. Must have the sweet potato fries. The onion burger is off the hook . Came back with wife. Paid 5 bucks for a really small strawberry milkshake. Wife let them know that milkshake was way too sweet. Guy just gave her a vanilla I stead and walked away. Food good customers service sketchy. Sad 😔. I can name 5 other fast food restaurants that we could have gone to and paid less and got more. Twenty five bucks and a 4 dollar tip just to be treated like wrong.

Dirty tables, we had to clean off our table before setting down to eat. Fountain drink machines down, and still had to pay for drinks even though our selection was very limited. The staff on this particular Saturday wasn't interested in providing good customer service, they didn't seem to care if we were there. And when our order was up, we had to go and pick it up at the window though they weren't that busy... they could of had the impression to have excellent customer service... but they didn't care about that... The food is amazing, but that is the only thing this location has. Its been going down hill for some time now

Great food as usual. We've been here many times but today the service was slower than normal. Took almost 20 minutes to get our food and shakes. There were 4 of us and only 2 other people in the restaurant, so not busy enough to explain the slow service. This is the first time it has taken this long in many visits so we'll likely try again sometime.

Love the Turkey and black bean burgers on lettuce. The potato bun is ok, kinda falls apart. Sweet potato fries are out of this world. Regular fries are just good. I recommend getting fries cooked extra crispy. Enjoyed the coffee shake. Friendly staff.

The food is good consistently. The prices are tough also consistently. Good vibes. I'm mostly writing about their curbside, which is inconsistent. We pulled up and had been instructed that we'd be assisted by staff after parking in a designated curbside spot. Well there aren't clearly designated spots, but we figured a spot right in front of the door would do. We waited well beyond our pickup time, by about 8 minutes before just walking in to ask if our food was ready. We were greeted by a gentlemen who begun by telling us we should have called. I explained that their system only tells us to park, not to call. He returned with "park, and call" which just isn't true as my screenshot shows. Not a huge deal but inconsistent. It was a bit annoying to have an employee place the blame on us for not doing something we were not instructed to do. Like if your system tells customers parking is enough, that should be enough. If it isn't, post a sign or change your system's instructions.

Food was okayish ! They have same cooking for veg / nonveg . But yes turkey pattie doesn’t have much flavour should have added abit . But the iceberg bun is pretty good .

What a joke. The last time I was here was several months ago and what a difference. The burgers now are about 25% smaller. I came here because everyone else burgers have reduced in size. But it looks like Mooya has joined in. See my pics, fork is size comparison. Definitely not worth $16. For this tiny burger meal.

They say this is Denton's best burger for 3 years in a row. I found it to be OK but not the best I have had in Denton. The burger was good but had a cold bun. The hot dog seemed to have been cooked and finished long before the burger was finished so it arrived to my table cold. It doesn't see they hold food in a warming tray, food just sits on the serving counter until your whole order is ready. They don't time their food well so you get cold hot dogs while waiting for poorly timed cooking of fries and burgers. The wait was very long for as little as we ordered.

Spent fifteen dollars on a Patty melt combo that was one of the worst meals I've had in a long time. The fries were limp and tasted like old grease and were actually the best part of the meal the patty melt burgers were over cooked to the point of being hard and dry and had the overwhelming bitter taste of burnt cheese and grease to the point I couldn't even taste the mustard. 2nd time at this location will never step foot in again if I want to buy trash I'll just go to McDonald's that way I'm not disappointed.

We love this place and eat here often but that might be changing. Came here for dinner and couldn't pull the window shade down to block the sun because the chain was on backwards. We asked someone if they could fix it and they said no. We asked if WE could fix it and they said no. We ended up having to completely rearrange our cables to get out of the sun while my toddler screamed because he just wanted to eat. They need to fix that shade so people can eat comfortably.

If you go, go in person and eat in store, don't get delivered. Missing almost all of toppings and cheese. Plus the chips were in a tray in the bag uncovered. So my burger was just bun burger onion strings. The drink, dragon fruit something, was like day old strawberry Kool aid. They did not follow instructions. Skip next time

I don't know how this location has 4.5 stars. We went on a Friday night to pick up 3 burgers and some fries. First, we waited for 15 min for curbside pick up and ended up going in for it. Second, we didn't get our full order. We felt the bag and it had 4 containers, but 2 were fries. And the final insult, the 2 burgers we did have, were cold. I think I could have had a better burger from McDonalds. Seriously.

I ordered thru Uber eats and did not get all of my order that I was charged for as clearly stated on The receipt. When I called the location the girl that answered the phone was extremely rude and told me I needed to come to the location and get the rest of my order. I would not have ordered thru Uber if I could come down there. Obviously!!! As stated EXTREMELY RUDE. Not only that their burgers are sooo much smaller and not worth the price they are charging. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION.

Terrible service, I ordered a keto burger, it's supposed to come with lettuce instead of bread and they made me the two hamburgers I ordered with bread. And I can't even have a receipt to claim, it just says it's not available
