Great food at a nice price. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. The bathrooms were very clean. I ordered the flautas and my partner had the brisket quesadilla. Both were great, and the cilantro cream was delicious. My only complaint is that the flautas were a bit overdone. Good portion sizes.

Chiloso was a nice surprise. I didn't know what to expect by the name. The menu was very interesting and inventive. I had the grilled tilapia bowl and I was able to customize it however I wanted. Everything was fresh and tasty. I cant wait to go back and try more items on the menu. The Enchiladas looked great.

Atmosphere and service was good food is ok at best nothing really special steak was pretty good but the chips were very stale and that was disappointing not terrible but not a place I would personally visit often

Taste is great, service was good and patient, and the quantity is reasonable for the price. If you're going to have a tiny TV with your menu far away from the line where people want to figure out what they're going to eat and you're not going to offer paper menus... your QR plastered on the wall labeled "menu" shouldn't take you to a catering page where multiple clicks and subpages are required to see what's actually being sold. As helpful as they are, I don't want to look like a moron in front of your friendly staff by asking what each unlabeled food item is. One click, people.

Not a great experience if im just thinking of the food. 3 stars goes to the gentleman who served me. He was patient and gave input. I was so excited to try my bowl, mind you it's big. However, the meal fell flat. The rice was cooked fine and i like the taste of the grilled onions, the meat was not good or tasty in fact it was a lil off putting to me. Not every bite but enough that I left a good 3/4 of that bowl. The white sauce is very good and tasty and is what would have made the bowl if it hadn't been for the meat. And the sweetsouthern tea wasn't sweetened. So disappointing. Next time I'll just go to mooyah and have a burger like I first intended. I saw this place and thought hmm, new to me let's give it a try. 🙁 Anyway, the service was good and place was clean. Happy eating yall, now Go get your grub on.

The grilled avocado with cubed chicken breast lightly added, a side of rice and a small 3oz side of beans and a drink was almost $12. Soda fountain was down so water or lemonade we're the 2 options for the non alcohol choice beverages. I did see bottled Corona and Dos Equis & they had three different varieties of margaritas to choose from on display. There was no wait on a Monday around 1 p.m. , it was spacious, clean, laid back, the only table service is when they bring you your dish you order at the front and get your own beverage.

my lord i’ve never written a review before and this is the worse of all branches by far. Stingy portions, charge extra for small things like ranch and onions. ridiculous 😹

Let me start by saying I never leave reviews for places, but I grew up in Rockwall and know the family that started Chiloso; they would be astonished by the service delivered at the Denton location today. My brother and I came in at noon for lunch and started by waiting at an empty counter for 5 min. When the two women came out to help us it was immediately clear that they were high as kites. I ordered 3 tacos. She pulled the tortillas from the grill and then proceeded to stare at me until i asked for 2 shredded chicken and 1 barbacoa. She grabs the barbacoa from the counter behind her (no idea how long it was sitting there) and proceeds to dig her fingers in the meat to 'check that it was warm'. After drowning the tortillas in the meats she then again stares at me in silence before finally gesturing her hands at the veggies. Overall I am really disappointed in what this location has turned into. I grew up going to Chiloso before school and after games in highschool. I was so excited when one opened near me but the management and staff has turned it into a joke. Do better.

First and absolute last time visiting this location. Placed an over via UberEats for pick-up. Arrived at the business 30 minutes later to pick up my order. It was not ready but this wasn’t a huge deal to me. However, I wasn’t greeted or even acknowledged upon walking in. After I did not see my order in the pick up area, I lingered around the counter for assistance. Again, NO ACKNOWLEDGMENT WHATSOEVER. A person who appeared to have been a manager of some sort simply stood off to the side while taking a call, and even after his call never acknowledged me either. After standing at the counter for about 7 minutes I just took a seat and waited for another 5 minutes. Someone from the kitchen came out and handed me a bag with my receipt. After reviewing the contents of the bag and the receipt, I was still missing a breakfast bowl. I alerted the young lady at the counter and she checked with the kitchen regarding my missing bowl. The kitchen then advised her that SHE needed to make my bowl since she was working the counter. She sloppily made the bowl and simply handed it to me. No bag, no napkins to even attempt to clean the food leaking from the top that wasn’t even closed. As others say, the portion sizes genuinely do not justify the prices of the items. I don’t live near a Chiloso location but had been wanting to try it for months. Since I happened to be in the area, I gave it a go and purchased 4 dishes for a total of $60. After the service received this morning, Chiloso will NEVER get a dime from me again.

I wish I could recommend this restaurant, but unfortunately all of the times I have visited I have left feeling a little ripped off. This place is supposed to be similar to Chipotle, however, they charge more for smaller portions than Chipotle does. And I could probably forgive that if the ingredients were a little better, but they aren't. The chicken always has some bits char in it that taste incredibly burnt, bitter, and overpower anything else you might taste in that bite. If you end up going to Chiloso, and you see that they are not giving you what you paid for, walk out. Chipotle is right down the road and will give you more quality food for less cost.

I got the Ancho Shrimp Taco option and the tortilla was sopping wet with grease. I had to place a napkin underneath. Way too greasy. Not to mention that only another couple was present in the restaurant. You would think a little more effort would have gone into making my food. Queso was great. I suggest going somewhere else.
