Great food! Clean, organic ingredients and delish. Had the fish tacos and beet salad 😋 Server was really nice and the atmosphere was pleasant. Outdoor seating with gorgeous riverfront view. A chilly day so sat inside but they have big windows so could appreciate the view from the warm indoors! Wine and local beers on tap, too. We will be back, thanks so much!
Enjoyed a lovely lunch stop here on my way up Highway 1. My soup and sandwich were delicious, and my hostess was kind and attentive. The view from the dining room cannot be beat!
In an area where Michelin starred restaurants are the big draw, this unassumimg spot served up my favorite meal during our visit to wine country. Everything, from the homemade lemonade, beef tallow fries to the adult grilled cheese with tomato bisque, beet salad and key lime pie, hit the bullseye. It was a truly satisfying meal, start to finish. And to think, we almost judged this book by its cover. Thank goodness we took "a chance".
What a delightful little spot! Awesome Smash burgers, top notch BBQ brisket and Mac n cheese. And what an awesome view! I love a great local food stop and this was the best meal I’ve had in the area in a while! If you’re driving up the coast give this place a try, you won’t be disappointed!
Jilly’s is the perfect roadside diner! We enjoyed their smash burger, brisket nachos, and the grilled cheese. Everything was delicious. Their indoor sitting area has a beautiful view of the river; their patio area is dog friendly.
We were looking for someplace to have pizza near Bodega Bay but couldn't find anything that actually had real pizza. Then I put in real pizza and jillys real food road house came up. I'm so glad. The food was amazing. Everything cooked in tallow yes Tallow the burger was amazing the fries were amazing the burgers they cooked for the pups were amazing. Did I say Melissa the waitress was amazing? Well she was too. Will go back there again for sure. And you should too. I would have posted a photo of my chocolate mousse pie but.... I ate it!!!
Grateful to have found this hidden gem with exceptional food along the Sonoma Coast! The staff were really friendly and welcoming! I ordered the Winter Squash Bisque and Grilled Cheese and my husband ordered the Southern Fried Chicken Sandwich. We absolutely loved our food and it was so flavorful! The owner herself came by and introduced herself. I love that while enjoying amazing food, you are also supporting a locally owned restaurant when dining here. We took a day trip to the Sonoma Coast and decided to stop here for lunch and we are so grateful that we did. This is such an amazing restaurant on the Sonoma Coast that has only recently opened. We highly recommend and look forward to coming back soon!
What a sweet find in Jenner! My soup and grilled cheese hit the spot. Very festive! My companions really enjoyed their pot pie and salad. Great view of the Russian River.
The breakfast scramble was delicious, and the eggs were perfectly cooked. The pancakes were the best I have had in my life! Fresh whipped cream. Coffee in French press was soo good. Fresh squeezed orange and lemonade. Wow, 2 adults and 2 kids were all happy with the food. Oh, and the biscuits are flakey and not dry. The quantity of food was good for my husband, but we did add a side of sausages. The view is amazing. Wow, such an awesome place, very unsuspecting from the outside.
Had the eggs Benedict with potatoes and it was Excellent! Also got a side order of sausages that looked burnt, but were also awesome. The tea and coffee came in a press, were both good. And the view, which I completely forgot to take a picture of, is worth the drive to coast by itself. Also, they have Death and Taxes on draft, served as cold as possible. Will definitely be back.

Lovely atmosphere and friendly staff! The coffee was rich and smooth, and the pastries were fresh and delicious. Perfect spot to relax or get some work done.
We decided to go to Jilly’s for lunch for the first time and this place did not disappoint. We had a bowl of the clam chowder, smashburger with tallow fries and macaroni & cheese with brisket! All were delicious and cooked perfectly! Staff was amazing and received a visit from the owner Jill to see what we thought of our first visit! Lovely lady and staff, what a great lunch, highly recommend if you are near the coast!!
How else can you start but with the view? It is an absolutely lovely place to enjoy a meal. I love the variety of food on offer every day. And they even have good NA beer! It’s a bit off the beaten track, but it’s a lovely spot and well worth an excursion to the coast.
I love this restaurant. We travel often up to Mendocino but prefer the coastal view . We stopped at Jillys a famous location from Alfred Hitchcock’s movie the birds. In movie 🎥 reality it is North of bodega bay before Jenner . Delicious delightful. We just added this stop to our drive to Sea Ranch and Mendocino. The smash burger amazing the tomato soup beyond amazing and the Aperol Spritz heaven . Dog friendly so our husky got a break to see the Russian River exercise and be ready for the 27 mile trek up the mountain to Sea Ranch . A must stop 🛑

Great food, and scenic view. You can dine on the outside counter and watch the view of the "Russian river". Although no Wi-Fi and the whole area has a bad cellular coverage.

What a great spot along the river for good eats! Really nice people and the taste of home cooking & comfort foods... burgers, brisket, buttermilk fried chicken, adult grilled cheese with soup, pulled pork, polenta with peppers, clam chowder, salads, etc. Good beer selections (a few on tap and many choices of cans). Both outdoor & indoor seating. Loved it and will be back while on the coast.
Great setting. Indoor or outdoor along the scenic Russian River. It appeared dogs could sit outside. Service was good. Food was okay. Wasn't bad but wasn't memorable. We got the Adult Grilled Cheese and Tomato Basil Soup, Brisket Sandwiches, Fried Chicken Sandwich, Beers, and Fries. The Adult Grilled Cheese with the Carmalized Onion Jam was spot on. The Tomato Basil Soup was bland and almost sour. It needed a lot of help. Salt, sugar, or croutons. There was no salt, pepper, or sugar on the table to adjust the taste. BBQ Brisket is okay. Shredded vs burnt end style. Had better but would eat again. Homemade ketchup, which none of us liked. Very base and almost sour. Need more vinegar, salt, and/or sugar. We ate the fries sans ketchup. Beer selection is 3 on tap. Great beers and variety for the limited selection. We would come back more for the location, ease, and service with the hope of trying the food again and being wowed.
Okay so this place is new, they're still getting dialed in with their recipes/offerings - so this is my provisional review. Pineapple pulled pork was delicious, enjoyed that quite a bit with the brioche bun. Sauerkraut could've had a bit more vinegar, but we met the owner and she assured us it's headed in that direction. Tomato soup was a little too much cream not enough tomato, but the grilled cheese was deliciously cheesy. I saw some more orders come out, the burger is big and looks delicious. The fried chicken sandwich also is large and looks good. I'll be coming back in a few months to try them again. Cute spot with a nice view.
My squash soup and grilled cheese were very tasty, but served in cold dishes. Hubby's burger was cooked great, but the side lettuce/tomato were not great, the bun was too soft and got soggy, and the cheese disappeared because it was put on too early, and the plate was cold. We were told the wait for food was 15 min (with 6 other tables waiting on food), but it was 49 min. (We got there at 130pm Saturday and left at 3pm). They're new to table service, and it was packed. The people working there were very nice!

The burgers were decent, and the service was excellent. However, the mac and cheese was terrible, and the buns were a bit dry. The slaw could also be fresher. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place.
Service was the bare minimum, grab your own menu, your own drink, etc. The view of the river is lovely, but there were a lot of flies in the dining area. The food was much better than I would have thought. I had a fried chicken sandwich. The menu is very focused on fried food and barbecue. My husband said the smash burger was good. I noticed his fries were long and not burnt, whereas mine were mostly burnt little stubs less than an inch long. The kitchen should not have sent these out. I should have sent them back, but didn't. My son's fried chicken was incinerated and tasted burnt. His fries were normal sized and not burnt, however. Quality control seems to be an issue here, based on this one visit passing through town. I think I would pass by again and not stop for a $23 chicken sandwich with burnt fry stubs. My husband said he would go for the burger again. His fries were good, he gave me one. Hopefully you are lucky on your trip there.

We got the grilled cheese & soup and their smash burger with tallow fries. The burger wasn't bad, and the fries were pretty good, but I think it was a bit over cooked (fries and patty). The grilled cheese was burned. They said it was cause of the sauce or the bread or something, but all she could taste was burnt.. my wife was pretty disappointed, but didn't speak up at the time. This place is still new, so we plan on giving it another shot down the road after they get it dialed in. Though, I don't think we will risk the grilled cheese again lol..
