Pretty good chicken tenders and Cains sauce. Fruits may have been good but didn't travel the 2 miles well, as they arrived soggy and cool.

The drive-in service at this location is very hit & miss. I have waited up to 10 minutes for someone to take my order at the Boerne location (While watching employees sitting in the office looking at their phones) before driving off & going elsewhere. They also are not great about checking orders. Whomever manages this location is not doing their job. Raising Cain used to be worth going to. This location, is not.

Is it just me, or why is it that every time I go to any Cane's other than this one I seem to get tenders that are twice the size with twice as much yummy crunchy batter. I swear this location cuts their tenders in half then sells them as a whole tender. Also there is never any breading or crunchy batter on them. Staff seems friendly but make you feel rushed unlike other locations. Just a 👎, not to Cane's but to this location.

What happened to this place? I come here all the time. It is going downhill with these kids that work there. Horrible attitudes and customer service. I came in to order people standing around and didn’t take my order. I asked if they were working? Ignore me and continue talking between themselves. Food on sitting not going out either! ?

Hate to be the hater but when everything is still cold all the way through, I can’t do it. Driving home fries were cold so I thought something was sus open box bread no toast, fries cold, chicken not cooked. Sad day, Canes used to be the best.

Wish I could have a good review. Very enthusiastic people that took my order. Three very small, grease strips. Hot air fryer somewhat took them to life. Last trip.

Walked in and three girls standing at the front not acknowledging us or anything. We stood there waiting for someone to take our order, and they never did. Even the manager walked past us and never took our order. The girls were on both the pos systems and ignored us. So placed an online curbside order waited 20 minutes and went inside to grab it. When we went inside even though we ordered curbside pickup they put on a shelf in there and our food was cold.

Chicken strips are smaller than they use to be and the price has gone up. Paying more and getting less is not a great customer experience big thumbs down 👎.

I came to this establishment with my boyfriend and his two friends after spending the day at Six Flags. When we first arrived, we all went to use the restroom. Afterward, we stood in line, waiting to order. While we were waiting, I noticed a woman and her husband speaking with the manager. Once it was my turn, the manager came over and abruptly told us we needed to leave. This was very confusing and upsetting because we had done nothing wrong—we had simply used the restroom and then stood in line. When I asked what we were being accused of, the manager refused to explain and only said that if we didn’t leave, he would call the police. I tried to explain that I was waiting outside the restroom for my boyfriend and his friends, and that nothing unusual had happened. I did notice an older man briefly open the restroom door and leave, which seemed odd, but none of us were involved in any inappropriate behavior. The manager then told me that my boyfriend and his friends “weren’t using the facilities correctly” and again insisted we leave. What upset me most is that we weren’t even given the chance to explain ourselves. It felt like the couple’s word was taken more seriously simply because they were older, while we were treated unfairly and dismissed without question. I understand that sometimes younger people can cause trouble, but in this case, we were only there to use the restroom and order food. We were completely misjudged and treated very disrespectfully.

if i could give zero stars for this location i would, on August 8th, 2025 i went at 10:05 ordered my food and after having to repeat my order 3-4 times for the guy over the mic we got told to pull around and when we got out sweet tea it was very unsweetened, and they told us to go around to the front because i got extra crispy so i do that and it’s 10:10 at this point i wait until 10:20 to go inside to see what’s going on with my food because we were the only car there and when i go inside they said they didn’t even start it yet after already being 10 minutes after i ordered… i had to then wait another 8 minutes to get my food which still wasn’t even the right order

I guess shrinkflation is real. The chicken pieces were cut in halves the size of what they used to be. The girl who dropped off my curbside order ran and didn’t even bother turn around when I asked for ketchup.

(Edit: Don't know why its not showing all three pictures but one is of my receipt, second is of bag and food, and third is close up of the hair. look at my review thru Google maps app to see all three photos together) Never have had a problem before today. Today I unfortunately found a hair in my food. Sitting right on top of my French fries. Black/brown/gray hair. Cannot see myself returning to this location and will be sure to check my food before leaving at any other locations. Yall are normally great but someone let quality slip today. I would just have you replace the meal if I didn't drive all the way home to Comfort already. So tonight I'm out a meal and money. Placed the hair in a baggy for pictures for sanitary reasons.
