I love this gluten free/vegan bakery!!! I recommend you go there and try all the delicious desserts. The chocolate banana cookies are amazing as well as the vegan cupcakes. And Eleanor the Owner is so sweet, kind and friendly. Looking forward to trying more of their desserts:)

My wife found out earlier this year that she has a litany of food sensitivities and allergies, including dairy, eggs, gluten, sugar, certain nuts, etc. It has been a struggle to say the least. Baked goods are basically impossible for her. For her birthday I wanted to try and find some way for her to enjoy her favorite dessert...chocolate cake. It seemed a monumental task but I contacted Eleanor. She agreed it was a monumental task (haha). But she was willing to give it a go. She was helpful from the beginning and kept suggesting products that I could research to see if they would be viable. Once we established what was acceptable, she described everything she was putting in the cake and assured me she would be able to produce a good chocolate cake. And she delivered. My wife was thrilled and was so surprised by the quality and flavor. I was too and I have no allergies that restrict me. It's pretty amazing what Eleanor was able to produce with such limited options. It wasn't just a good allergy free cake...it was a good cake period. I highly recommend anybody who has dietary restrictions to try out one of Eleanor's amazing cakes. So glad I found her

As charming as the bakery is, it pales in comparison to Miss Eleanor, the owner. Over the past several years I developed a sensitivity to wheat, so I wanted a gluten-free snack. She had a wide selection of sweets (cupcakes, cookies, brownies) but I saw the picture of biscuits and quickly decided to enjoy them with my coffee. I took Ms Eleanor up on her offer to warm them up and chatted while waiting for my order to be complete. We had a lovely conversation about so many things - food, travel, career changes. The biscuits were delicious and very reasonably priced so I’ll have to make my way back soon.

I ordered this cake for my husband’s birthday by suggestion from my daughter. I was very hesitant considering it was gluten free and surprisingly it was very good. The level of sweetness was perfect for me. My husband loved the cake ♥️

This is the second time we ordered a gluten free carrot cake from Bradley Bake Shop. As the first time, the cake was moist and delicious. Exactly like I ordered, gluten free, only a little bit of sugar (my daughter is diabetic) and nuts. Thanks Eleanor for such an amazing job. With your personality you can win everybody. Great gluten free bakery! I ordered my baby’s gender reveal cake here and it came out stunning. We opted for a vanilla cake with a fruit filling (blueberry for boy raspberry for girl) and it was delicious! The cake and filling were a good consistency and not overly sweet, 2 factors most GF baked goods struggle to get right. Elenor the owner was wonderful to work with. I’ve had other baked goods and empanadas here and have yet to find something I don’t like. I’m thankful for dedicated GF establishments like Bradleys!

They have amazing gluten free empanadas! And vegan empanadas as well! Eleanor, the owner, is always so sweet and helpful and I love trying the different bakery items. The peanut butter, banana mini-cake was absolutely delicious!

Thank you Bradley Bake Shop for a beautiful, delicious cake. My wife can’t have gluten so finding a bakery for her 30th birthday cake was a challenge. I showed Tanya, the cake decorator, a picture from the internet. She decorated the cake spot on. The cake was delicious. Nobody believed it was gluten free! I thought for sure there would be leftovers, but it was all gone. So some people had quite a few slices! Highly recommend for specialized cakes.

Finding this shop has been such a blessing. I’m a business owner in the fitness industry so finding healthy sweet cheats has been a game changer. I have a Lyme disease and many of my clients have diabetes knowing that these sweets are not only delicious but safe to eat makes this my new go to bakery. The shop also has savory treats like empanadas and chicken pot pie. You will not be disappointed in checking out this bakery not only because of it’s delicious products but the sweet heart owner and baker Eleanor will make you feel like you gained an instant friend. Grateful for this business that allows me to still enjoy sweets without a flair up 🙏🏻

Ok, I haven’t tried anything yet, but we’re off to an excellent start with simply having a keto and gluten-free bakery in NJ! Eleanor is so kind and thoughtful, and definitely knows her stuff (understatement of the year). She made ordering a keto cake easy, and was really cool with any changes I needed to make after ordering (vanilla instead of chocolate). I also hear that the brownies are excellent, so stay tuned!

The bakery itself is decorated with greenery, flowers and colored lights, and is quite cute. It has few tables inside as well as outside. When we walked in, ine of the owners greeted us, explained all the options...so kind. They offer a decent variety of baked goods in three categories...keto (sugar free), gluten free, and dairy free. They also have ice cream and 4 options for savory foods: corn bread, 2 types of empanadas (beef/chicken), keto cornbread, and chicken pot pie. I don't know about the other savory options but the empanadas are given to you frozen..no option to heat in the store, so don't expect to have a quick bite. I also ordered carrot cake, (1 keto, and 1 dairy free) and one keto lemon blueberry loaf. Both cakes were too cold to eat right away; the icing and the cake itself was very hard, so definitely buy and wait it out for the best texture. As far as dairy free and keto go, the taste was pretty good, although the keto icing (merengue texture) was not as pliable as the dairy free(light airy texture). The blueberry lemon had a mild flavor, was moist and not too sweet. As you can see in the pictures the cakes are the size of a large cupcake so I was shocked when the receipt said $10 per carrot cake! I do understand that gluten free and dairy free ingredients cost more, but for me personally it was too expensive for what you received. If you're gluten, dairy, or sugar free for health reasons then I'd recommend the splurge to try well done dessert that are within your guidelines.
