For our wedding anniversary we wanted to try something new and unique and The Melting Pot didn’t disappoint. The five course meal was exquisitely prepared and took us one a unique tasting experience. You know when everything is fresh when even the dressing sauce is made in-house from scratch. Just a chef’s kiss perfect..

My husband and I came to celebrate our one year wedding anniversary and had a blast. This place has a very special place in our hearts because we came here the night he proposed and we even got the exact seats from that night. Our server Sam was incredibly helpful and so much fun to talk to as well. We will definitely come back again.

My wife and I spend our second anniversary at this restaurant with no disappointment. The service was impeccable and the food was filling and delicious. Everything was brought out to us in a timely manner and all of the food was delicious! The facilities were very nice and up kept and the atmosphere was very inviting and comfortable.

This was a great experience and one that we checked off our list. Made a reservation and was seated in a quaint "Bell Tower" booth. The drinks and spirits were great. The Quattro cheese was delicious for dipping the selection of bread brought to us. Lexi was a great waitress and made some great suggestions. We left full and satisfied. Give yourself a couple of hours for a great experience. $$$$$/5 *****/5

This was such a fun night out and delicious food! Our server was so friendly, and we enjoyed every minute. It was a night full of laughs, and we were pleasantly surprised with the well seasoned, flavorful food. It was an amazing experience all around.

Very elegant atmosphere with extremely intricate dining options. One thing I love about this place is the flexibility you have with the menu. You can have just an appetizer, just an entree, or even just go for a dessert. I recommend doing a starter and a dessert. Staff is exceptional and cater to every need. My mom is gluten free, and they planned accordingly. She had nothing but nice things to say about her GF options. Presentation is on point always and the preparation really adds to the ambiance. Would highly recommend for any special occasion.

The Melting Pot is definitely an experience for two but can be shared with a group or a family. This experience can be a little pricey, so be prepared to spend a little more money than a typical chain restaurant. The service, staff and food was very good. The restaurant was clean and had a relaxing and personal ambiance. This also plays well into a romantic setting as the lighting is low throughout the restaurant other than at individual tables allowing the dinner party to focus on one another rather than bright and loud distractions from throughout the rest of the restaurant. Also, each booth is well partitioned to allow even more seclusion. Our particular server was very personable. Each course was well presented and tasted just as good. I recommended the 4 course dinner. However, you will need to bring your appetite for this. There is a decent selection of wines and beer to pair with your dinner. Also, there are additional ad ons for selection to provide more options for a tasty dining experience.

My boyfriend took me out here for our three year anniversary. We had the most amazing time, we also had the absolute best waiter Matt H !!! He was so amazing, kind and funny. He truly made it his priority to give us such a special evening. Thank you for your amazing service and friendless !! We will definitely be returning for the amazing food and service !!!

We had an absolutely amazing experience. We would definitely come out again. My wife enjoyed her Fruity Drinks We enjoyed all the tasty cuts of meat. The smores Fondue is absolutely 🔥 Our waiters were absolutely phenomenal Aurora and Blake are some pretty wonderful people and took Excellent care of us

One of the best foodie experiences I have had! The food was INCREDIBLE!!! Huge shout out to the amazing cooks. The salads were perfection. Our favorites were the dry rub and the teriyaki beef and sauce. The turtle chocolate was divine!!! Alessio was the best server and gave the best recommendations. Worth it!!!

We decided to splurge for my birthday, and I’m so happy that The Melting Pot is where we landed. We went for the Endless Entree Promotion, but honestly there is so much food in the 4-course meal that ordering extra protein wasn’t necessary….but we did it anyway because you can never have too much shrimp and steak. Our server, Malia, was excellent; friendly and very attentive. She gave great recommendations, from the spinach artichoke fondue to the cooking fondue, everything was perfectly delicious. The Melting Pot is a great place for a special date night or celebration. We will definitely be back.

This place is perfect for special occasions and intimate dining in general. They offer a four course meal which comes with your choice of starting cheese fondue with veggies, apples and bread. The second course being your choice of side salad. Third course, the main entree where you can choose from various selections of delicious meats, seafood, pasta and veggies. And last but not least, your choice of chocolate fondue which you might be too full for but I promise it's worth indulging in. I come here for special occasions and I love the atmosphere. Coming once a year doesn't seem like enough, its always good so maybe I'll come more often.

Visiting Nampa for the boyfriends grandparents and I looked up to see if there was a Melting Pot nearby and saw they had one in nearby Boise. I was so excited! Since the Covid quarantine we haven't been able to go to our home one (Sacramento) so I called up and they had open reservations so we booked one. We showed up and were seated within 5 minutes and the staff was super friendly! Our server/bartender turned out to be one of the owners and she was super nice as well as her husband. They also own a Melting Pot in Spokane,Washington which any time we stop through there we'll keep in mind to visit. They answered any questions we had and were just nice all around. There was another team member who I can't remember his name but he recommended a couple of chill spots to have a beer in the area which was also helpful. Next time we come to visit we will be making it a point to return here. Food was excellent and tasted fresh! Good size portion for the price as well. The Melting Pot mule is a must!

Kat was very helpful, great personality. The food was amazing and the food comes out at your own pace, I recommend the teriyaki steak.

We went for lunch on a Sunday. It was very quiet, we did not need a reservation. Food is always excellent. We did the four course meal good below for what you get. Cheese fondue you get bread, apples and veggies for dippers. Main course comes with your meat and veggies, five sauces and a garlic and wine seasoning. Chocolate comes with pineapple, strawberry, brownies, marshmallows, pounds cake and rice crispy treats.

Excellent service, awesome ambiance and great food! Every melting pot we've been to in each city we've live in have been so different from each other, but the quality of food, service and the charm each location brings are always high. Parking can be slightly tricky just due to it being downtown.

Me and my husband come here often! Came for Valentine’s Day, they were super busy but had great customer service! Thanks Jason, Ashley and Jadie for making our night!

We had the best date night here! Our server, Gracie, was the best and so good at her job! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a fun and different date night or dinner!

The experience was wonderful! This was our first of many visits. We tried their classics with the wine flavored 3rd course cooking method. Our server was sweet, helpful and provided advise for a great experience. The first course with the cheese fondue was the incredible yummy. They provided a nice assortment of fresh meat, breads, vegetables and fruit. We had fun dipping the offerings in the cheese! The second course, salad, was chosen from 4 great options. We each got to pick our own. The shrimp and herb chicken are so good. The steak is flavorful and melts on your mouth! We were extremely full and took our desert course to go. We got to pick our preferred chocolate sauce and they gave reheating instructions.

Good interactive dining experience. The food and fondue selections were great! It did take about 1.5 to 2 hours for us to make it through all 4 courses. The only reason i gave a 4 star rating was because our main server wasn't around when we needed him and we had to grab other staff to help us.

The melting pot was a fine experience. My only complaint was that the price is a little high for what you get, and the quantity you get of it. Other than that, everything was fun. Not sure I'll return if I'm footing the bill but I don't regret going! Fun time!

I need to make clear that the service was as good as possible under the circumstances. Apparently people called sick and even the bartender was attending tables. Our server was kind and very nice, but the waiting between courses took too long. The food was good. The price... not worth it. 😕 Interesting experience, hopefully with full staff they can leave a better impression. I insist, the people working did their best under the circumstances, but the waiting was extremely long.

We came to the melting pot for our anniversary. The table they choose for the intimate dinner is definitely intimate and had hardly enough room for our plates, but was cute nonee the less. The biggest let down was our server. She came to our table to introduce herself with a tray of food, which felt very rushed, and the two times she came to check on us after that she also had food on a tray so it didn't feel like we could have asked for anything if we had due yo her already being busy with something else. Our cook plate sat on the heater for a good 20 minutes just burning away with no food cause once the majority of the other guests left our waitress also seemed to disappear as well. They forgot somethings that were included in the romance package but the manager has refunded partial payment for that and offered us to come back for a chocolate fondue for two to redeem themselves.

It is a fun experience, however the price for the food you get to dip is a bit steep. I could have gotten a full steak and lobster tail with a glass of wine for the same price or cheaper at a classy restaurant and still enjoyed the company. Our waiter was wonderful and the food was very good. For the price, I would ask for more things to dip.

The concept was good and it’s worth a 1 time visit, and the setting was decent. I am very critical when spending $400 for 4 to eat food that you have to cook yourself. We ordered the four course meal, which includes the cheese dip, the salad, the protein, broth dip and the dessert dip. Let’s start with the cheese dip: First thing I noticed is the cheese was pre-shredded with that starch powder all over which made the dip taste cheap, I would suggest using freshly grated top quality cheeses. Second was the salad and it was just mediocre. Next Was the broth pot to boil your raw meat. Although the broth were good, it was quite an ordeal and confusing with everybody’s skewer inside the pot, losing most of your meal and having to spoon it out. The steak was decent. The duck was OK, but had a funky taste in the fish. Definitely taste tasted fishy. I just question, even though you’re putting it into a boiling pot of broth that all those mixed raw meats wouldn’t get people sick? The last was a dessert with the different chocolates, although it was good at first and the varieties of dipping treats variety was good were it became too much after a few bites. We went during the Christmas holiday and the one hostess was knowledgeable and friendly the other one who seated us seemed new and unconfident. Our waiter was pretty good at first and explain explaining well, then we didn’t see him much the rest of the time, he was very inattentive and even had to ask the table cleaner if we could get some more dipping items. Last note is that the seat seats are low meaning you sit very low in the sea to the table seems very high, and we spent most of the time with our arm and shoulder, stretched out, trying to see over the table and the pots to be able to dip our stuff it was quite a laborious meal. I would suggest having the tables much lower so you can see inside the pot and not have to reach while sitting on your feet. Overall, I give this place a low two stars. But again it’s worth going once. Sorry for the transparent and hard review, but I feel these restaurants need to know the truth instead of saying it was great, but not meaning it.

It had been a few years since we had been to the melting pot.. All I can say is wow they have increased the prices substantially was not expecting that. I definitely don't feel it as worth it for the price any longer. We always felt it was a special treat place, but it is way too expensive for even that now.

We made reservations for 730. When we got there I noticed the front of house gentleman doing something on a tablet, he did not greet me or anyone else to enter, I went up to get checked in for our reservation, I gave my last name, rudely he said, I dont have a reservation under "last name" I said weird I made the reservation today for 730, he said I have a "first name" for 730...yes that's me...same last name. He checked us in. We were seated 20 minutes after our reservation. I think we were acknowledged and had water at 807. After 37 minutes we placed our order. Our waitress was nice, she however rarely checked on our table. The portions were small, there was nothing stand out. The bill for 2 was 184.00. Thats 2 alcoholic beverages at 13 each, a non alcoholic for 8. And their meal forv2 was 140.00 I guess i expected great service, timeliness in seating for that money spent. I will not be returning as the experience was lackluster and the food mediocre. I would relay to staff to greet patrons as they come in, and wait staff to come by tables to check in

PATHETIC (but some good things too🥰) 🙄😑 Well.... if it was fairly priced I WOULD NOT have any complaints.... But it's charging as if its a luxury establishment. And that puts this food in a category it cannot compete in. Literally felt like I got robbed 😂 This place is so expensive for what you actually get its laughable. The chocolate part felt like a 1st grade classrooms end of the year party. The most random assortment of overly sweet, cheap store bought deserts. On the bright side... ☺️ Chill waitress, & very professional well dressed & well groomed manager he had an exquisite hair styling and visited each table. Seeing him at the door honestly gave me the impression i was somewhere nice ☺️. 😂😂😂 So keep it up lmaooo your Eurasian eyes are rizz brooo Broo your hair looks like it takes SOO much time. But you work at the melting pot so you must be used to things taking a long time 😭😭 NO OFFESNE THOUGH it literally looked immaculate keep it up👍

Honestly I use to love melting pot, it’s why I brought my husband here for his birthday. It was his first time and not exactly an amazing experience, started with drinks getting splashed over the table and overall we were not very well taken care of. I told them it was his birthday which was hardly acknowledged…. Then we get the desert to go which I have done before and come home to bananas that look half dead and chocolate that’s missing ingredients. We got the flaming turtle I understand no flames but there was only chocolate and caramel no nuts. Paying 150$ and walking out feeling taken advantage of is not my normal experience. I will not be returning after this.

I have no idea what the hype is about this place.I've never been so disappointed in my life. Me and my wife came in here on new year's eve for their special couple offer.. We had multiple servers that could not keep track of our order multiple things were forgotten and we were still charged for it. Let alone our drink order. My wife never actually got her correct drink. The food was garbage. From start to finish i was disappointed. Overpriced slop. I will never be back, and I will tell everyone of this absolute scam. 500 bucks, for the worst experience ive had in a restaurant. If you want a few pieces of raw veggies and bread to dip in an overseasoned broth this is the place. Otherwise go get a burger from McDonald's, at least that slop is worth the price. If your looking for a nice place to eat. Go literally anywhere else. You've been warned.

This is my friend’s favorite spot. We made reservations and were extremely excited to come for her birthday dinner on Super Bowl Sunday knowing that it would be a little quieter and we’d be in and out. When we walked in the hostess were talking to each other and didn’t even acknowledge our presence! I had to say hey, how are you, we’re all standing here, hello! Then the service was extremely slow, considering it was not a full house. Server didn’t introduce herself, she did not bring us slotted spoons to take our stuff out of the pots. Leadership starts from the top. Our table was an easy $600. I would not choose to come back.

I got the dinner for 2, and the value is terrible. I can't believe I just paid $140 for cheese, some bread, a small plate of meats, and a desert. There are a thousand different nice places I would go that not only have better food, but much better prices. The service was also sub-par, especially for the level you would be expecting. Overall would've paid maybe 60 dollars for what I received, so I wouldn't recommend for someone looking for good food, or a deal.

Had a reservation set and waiting over 30 min to get a seat. Water was dripping from the ceiling onto my head my phone and in my drink. They gave others seats if they were tipping enough to cut the line. Stay away from this place way way better places to eat.

We went for Valentine’s Day package got the middle package we were supposed to get our photo taken and she didn’t. we were supposed to get free apple cider or champagne we got apple cider and she charged us she also charged us per person on the food we got and no where on the menu it said they were charging per person on entree and dessert she was also very unattentive barely checked on us we were sitting after we finished a plate for almost 30 mins we got there at 8 and didn’t get to leave until 11:30. Very disappointed in the experience and we didn’t get what we paid for.

Wife brought me here for my birthday, at my suggestion. Food is way overpriced for what you get. We went with the 4 course meal for 2 and we liked the cheese and chocolate fondue but the quality of the meat for the man entree was very poor.

I had a terrible experience at the Melting pot on Valentiens day, the servers and hosts were doing their best but were set up to fail by management. We walked in 15 minutes before our reservation and barely had room to stand as there was such a delay getting a table. We ended up not getting sat until 50 minutes after our reservation. Then we didn’t get talked to for another 20 minutes once we were at our table. Unfortunately our bad experience doesn’t end there. Our entire came out and the majority of our food was FROZEN! Our potatoes were rock hard to the point you couldn’t even stab the with the spear! AND OUR MEAT CAME OUR FROZEN! We cooked it for the recommend amount of time and it hadn’t even reach blue rare!! We took a bite of raw meat because of this! We had to cook the food for 2-3 times as long before any of it was cooked! We love the melting pot and think it has been good in the past but we are extremely disappointed about how the ownership and management handled Valentine’s Day!
