I stopped by here while picking my mom up from work to grab my toddler a snack as promised. I didn’t realize they closed at 4 and had come at 4:00 while they were closing up. A woman (I really wish I would have gotten your name!) still allowed me in to get a donut and was so kind and welcoming. It was a wonderful experience and I’ll be sure to come in again during regular hours. (Also, the donuts were amazing according to my children) thanks so much for the amazing service!

Came in a bit after 2pm today which is a Saturday. The store was clean and very cutely decorated ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ The perfect sort of place where you want to sit and have a cup of coffee and a sweet treat with a friend. Customer service was amazing. The employee greeted us right when we entered and was friendly which is something customers don’t always get ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I saw a 2 star review on here regarding not having many options and that was not my experience. There were plenty of options and the bakery case was full. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Now let’s get to the most important aspect of our visit….. The 🍩…… We got a raspberry muffin, a strawberry shortcake and a plate sized apple fritter. We shared them all and they were all delicious. But the ⭐️ of the show was the strawberry shortcake. So so so good ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Well done Scottie’s. Very well done ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

If you don’t get the bacon maple bar, what are you even doing with your life? Scotties just has the best donuts, they’re all super fresh and so many options to choose from. Their apple fritter is literally the size of your head!

This shop is run by wonderful people and has amazing customer service. We had the maple bars with bacon on top and they were awesome! My 7 year old said this place is "better than Krispy Kreme" and if that doesn't say enough, I don't know what will. This is our new donut hub!

I’ve been wanting to try this place since they opened and finally stopped in today. The donuts were delicious and very affordable. The owner was welcoming, and the business was clean with a great vibe. I’ll definitely be back. Finally found a new go to donut spot.

Whenever there's a line at a donut shop you know it's good. The staff worked fast so we moved through the line very quickly. The selection was awesome, each of my kids were excited to see all the colors and varieties. The taste is where they really shine: the donuts are sweet and delicious. And the prices can't be beat! Overall an awesome experience, we'll be back.

I was pleasantly surprised by Scottie's donuts. The donuts were fluffy and pillowly soft. The cream filling tasted like it was made from scratch. The apple fritter was huge! Loved all the different toppings. Will be going back again.

In search of the greatest donut in Meridian? Look no further! Kids enjoyed everything from classic (old fashion, maple bar, etc) premium (fun cereal coated), and top of the shelf (cream filled, jelly packed)! What a hidden gem! The options seemed endless, it was hard narrowing down my choices. I tried the spinach and feta, it had the perfect ratio. Flakey crust, warm rich filling. Chimicurri chicken was even better. Tender flavorful chunks of chicken and slightly sweet onions, a helping of its namesake sauce yum! I did get a side of the sauce to dip. My favorite was the chorizo potato. So good! So flavorful! Beyond great food, the staff and owner were helpful super kind. I’m already looking forward to my next trip to Boise.

This is a hidden gem! Not expensive and excellent food! Incredible flavor in every bite. The owner even came out to meet us and say hi. My favorite so far is the Carne Picante but the vegan curry and chimichurri chicken are both great! So far all I’ve tried are amazing! Try this place out you will love it! We even bought some to take home and bake later! Yep, 350 degrees for 10 min and you can have hot empanadas at home! I’d give it more than 5 stars if I could!

This is an Argentina style empanada restaurant. Their empanadas are fantastic. They bake them, not deep fried. The new owners took this restaurant over in March 2023. The service was prompt and the atmosphere was relaxing. They were playing great music and had a TV on the wall playing a football game, but was muted. They sell beer and wine too. I'll be back for sure. Check them out, you won't be disappointed!

Pros- Beautiful interior, clean & spacious. Great Empanada choices & sweet options as well. Friendly staff. Good location & plenty of parking. Foods were packed with care. Empanadas were beautifully crafty, perfectly heated temperature & delicious. I had the Italian sausage and cheese. Good balanced flavor, not overly salty. The lemon-coconut scone was buttery & tart. Everything tasted fresh! Cons- Wine & beer prices are listed, but no food items had prices. Very odd, standing inside of the store, I needed to open their website to see the prices and hope they were still current. Owner stated to me that a lot of places don't list prices. What‽ However, they do have prices on their beer & wine. After that conversation, I enquired if the sauces on display are included with an order. I was told they were an extra charge. Then dead silence as I looked at them and said, "Do I need to ask the price on those too"? Sign out front says, "No Public Restrooms". I'm the Public. I'm a paying customer, but you don't have a restroom for me? But I did noticed a restroom. Maybe for customers only, but then the sign should say that, not none available. Verdict- Would I return? The empanadas were good & the pricing fair, but I won't be standing there pointing to each one and asking its price.
