Ottimo hamburger e deliziose le truffle fries! Ho avuto l'occasione di provare il tortellino, il panino del mese di dicembre 2024 con il patty fatto con il ripieno dei tortellini, la crema di parmigiano e la salvia fritta e l'ho veramente adorato! Ottimo il sapore e l'accostamento. Unica nota negativa, il panino era un po'freddo. Le patatine con salsa al tartufo e pancetta invece belle calde e davvero deliziose! Il locale è molto carino ma molto piccolo e in orario di punta i pochi tavoli disponibili sono sempre pieni. Decisamente consigliato!!

Bonelli Burgers è una vera garanzia per chi ama i burger fatti come si deve. Fin dal primo morso si percepisce l’altissima qualità della materia prima: carne eccellente, ingredienti freschissimi e abbinamenti curati nei minimi dettagli. Ogni prodotto è pensato con attenzione e passione, e il risultato si sente chiaramente nel gusto, autentico e appagante. Non è solo un posto dove mangiare un buon hamburger, ma un’esperienza che mette al centro la qualità e il rispetto per il prodotto. Consigliatissimo davvero a chiunque, dagli amanti del burger gourmet a chi semplicemente vuole mangiare bene. L’unico “difetto”? Ce ne vorrebbero decisamente molti più punti vendita, perché un posto così merita di essere ovunque! 🍔✨

Siamo stati attirati dal locale senza guardarne le recensioni, e ora che ne sto facendo una vedo che le valutazioni sono per lo più a pieni voti, e sono tutte molto meritate! Intanto ringraziamo lo staff che si è mostrato molto molto cortese (ringraziamo Pietro che ci ha "badato" :)), poi i tavoli erano disponibili quindi siamo rimasti lì a mangiare due hamburger buonissimi con patate stupende e veramente poco unte. Come hamburger abbiamo preso il Senator e il Bombardino, eccezionali in tutto, anche il pane ci stava benissimo! La prossima volta che abbiamo l'opportunità di mangiare qualcosa di veloce a Bologna, speriamo di tornare, perché come posto per mangiare un hamburger devo dire che è diventato il nostro preferito in questo momento. Consigliatissimo!

Sono stato da Bonelli Burger e l’esperienza è stata davvero eccellente. I panini sono di altissima qualità, con ingredienti freschi e sapori ben bilanciati: si sente la cura e la passione in ogni morso. Il locale è accogliente e l’atmosfera rilassata, perfetta sia per una cena informale che per una serata tra amici. Un elogio speciale va a Giovanni, membro dello staff, che ha fatto davvero la differenza: gentile, professionale e sempre disponibile, ci ha consigliato con competenza e ha reso il servizio rapido e impeccabile. È raro trovare persone che lavorano con così tanta attenzione al cliente e con il sorriso. Consigliatissimo: qualità del cibo, servizio eccellente e personale che ti fa venire voglia di tornare. Thanks to Luiz for the amazing meal on a 3 city train day. We’d hit 3 cities that day and found our self looking for a quick bite before dinner hours. Bonelli’s wasn’t we’d planned but it was exactly what we needed. The freshest of ingredients, card payment only, good seating. I asked for the burger to be cut in half because I thought I’d save some for the train home. Luiz meticulously cut the burger on a cutting board after putting fresh gloves on. It was too good. I ate the entire thing there.

We (2 adults and 2 small kids) arrived VERY hungry but Luiz saved the day and could not have been more helpful. He took time to talk us through the menu and he made sure we knew all our options. He made a special plain burger for my kids and he made 2 DELICIOUS burgers for the adults. One of the best burgers we have ever had!!! He was very accommodating and even gave the kids some small badges before we left and they were delighted. A really nice guy and really great food. If you're looking for a break from pasta on your trip to Bologna this is the spot. No fuss, just excellent service and excellent burgers. I'm glad I found this spot before we headed home. It's a fast food restaurant, so don't expect a special atmosphere. However, the food was amazing! Creative burgers, good fries (could've been a bit hotter) and lovely service. Food was served fast and special requests were catered for without batting an eye. Would definitely come again!

The burger was perfectly done with just a bit of pink in the middle, juicy and flavourful. The truffle fries were next level and they have their own beer, we chose the IPA 2 which pared very well with the meal. Giovanni, our server, was very patient and helpful while we decided what to order. Definitely a place to try!

We’ve tried a Big Bonelli and a Kraken menu. The meat could’ve used some more salt/spice, but besides that both burgers were very very great. The brioche bun, the onion jam and their own sauce is 10/10, the fries were also great. Totally recommend this place!

Small burger place in Bologna, and according to local people, the best one. So I trusted my local advisers and went here for dinner instead of a traditional trattoria. Mate, I am really happy for having done it! Burgers are excellent, tasty, generous, great. And fries with bacon and creamy cheese are simple wonderful! Staff is friendly and make the effort to speak English when addressed in English. I will be back next time in Bologna, of course!

This place is amazing. Firstly, the quality is top notch, we are talking about grass fed antibiotic-free meat with the dishes having a good balance of omega 3/omega 6 which is all stated by the restaurant. I am very aware of these things and was pleasantly surprised this restaurant is also aware of these important factors (as I don't often see this mentioned by any restaurant). The burger tasted amazing and the cheesy bacon fries are definitely recommendable (unless you don't like cheddar). Beer was also great. This could be the best burger place in bologna.

The food is tasty but i think a bit overpriced for what is supposed to be a (not so) fast burger but costs like a gourmet burger. I would also suggest to add a couple of bread choices. The brioche bread is tasty but some combinations are better with other types of bun. The personnel, Giovanni in my case, are nice and competent.

Well at first I thought it was too pricy with 15 euros for a double cheeseburger without fries or drink - but the burger turns up to be a massive one! They did not ask how I would like to have my patties and both were cooked to rare which is fine by me but I know some would not like it. I love caramelized onions but I think theirs were too sweet. Still overal a juicy and tasty burger. The staff was friendly but the ac was not functioning well -if there was any- making eating inside experience less enjoyable.

Delicious burger. We popped in to get a take out and ordered a meal deal with a Bonelli burger and upgraded to Bonelli Fries. However by the time we had taken the food home we realised we had only been given regular fries. Bit disappointing as we had paid more but by the time we got home it was too late! Hamburger veramente ottimi, unica pecca, non sono caldi come piacciono a me. Ambiente parecchio stretto e angusto, ma contando la mole di gente che frequenta il locale, direi che passa in secondo piano. Servizio inesistente, visto che si devono prendere le ordinazioni al bancone. Prezzi parecchio alti anche se la qualità c'è, 25 Euro per un hamburger con patatine e bibita, non è poco... Sicuramente non per tutti!

Buono il cibo, sono però rimasto male su questioni buoni pasto non accettate dall'app (ero in negozio ma mi è stato chiesto di fare l'ordine dall' app per problemi col computer). Io sono spesso in trasferta uso i meal vouchers satispay e ci baso il mio budget, se il vostro "e-commerce" non li accetta, dovete dirlo. Soprattutto quando chiedo al commesso di annullare l'ordine e farmi pagare tramite QR code on floor. Peccato perché i burger non sono male, l'original è ottimo con le cipolle caramellate

Non è la prima volta che ordino, purtroppo c è qualcosa che non mi torna. Di sicuro hanno cambiato gli ingredienti, la caramellizzazione della cipolla è diversa. la carne è diventata immangiabile, non so se l'avete cambiata o meno... ma davvero è dura e piena di calli ( tipo quelle del supermercato) , non è per nulla piacveole da masticare. Mentre prima era così soffice...boh Se d'ora in poi lo standard sarà questo, smetterò d'ordinare.

The burgers are very good, tasty meat, good quality but the black guy employee who served me deserved to be fired in my opinion. Yesterday around 15:45 we've arrived at the location, I've opened the door and being ignored I've asked if it's closed. The employee barely replied, just saying yes, with a voice and attitude like he didn't wanted us to be there or had the mood to serve us. Then I've asked when it will open. He said something that in short time. I was expected for him to tell me without asking, but anyway, I ignored this sign. Went for a short walk and then ordered the food. I've set on the tables outside and as I've waited for my food I saw him wipe his nose and not cleaning his hands after that. To me that was just disgusting and ostentative showing a great lack of respect. I've read someone got ill after eating here so if it was the same employee who served him then that explains it. At the end he bring the order outside but no napkin, no straw. I've entered inside asked about this and instead of serving them to me he just pointed out from where to get them. Terrible, terrible attitude. I'm so sorry I didn't asked for my money back!!!
