Authentic Italian stone oven pizzeria. Small interior but addl seating outside. I've never had a bad meal here.

Had lunch today. Caesar salad and pizza. Pizza is excellent and the service was amazing. Love this place!

Small, cozy restaurant with great contemporary jazz piping through the speakers while you wait for one of the freshest pizzas you’ll ever have! Loved the atmosphere, although it can get a little tight due to the small space. Ingredients were incredibly fresh and the owners were absolutely welcoming. Great customer service and great quality sun this place up! I would highly recommend.

We had such a nice time here. It’s run by an Italian couple. Alessandro, the owner, was so friendly to me and my 2 year old. It’s a classy place and the pizza itself was excellent. We’ll definitely be back.

Oh goodness this place was INCREDIBLE! We found it from searching for food in Sausalito and I’m so glad we did. It has the calmest, warmest ambiance and felt welcoming to us with our young kids. The servers and owners were beyond kind and the food was out of this world. The caprese appetizer was extremely flavorful and the pizzas were perfection. Couldn’t recommend this enough.

This was the cutest pizza place! They had a fantastic atmosphere and live music that was the perfect volume too. The food itself was delicious and we felt so cared for. It’s a must visit for a pizza or even a glass of wine.

I went here with my family a few months ago. The food was outstanding and the service was great! The owners were very warm and friendly. Coming from the East Coast, I would say this is comparable to any Italian restaurant back there. Highly recommend.

Food: This pizza is genuinely DELICIOUS! It has got to be one of my favorite pizzas ever. I highly recommend trying literally anything here because the two we ordered were fantastic and I can not wait to try the rest. Service: In addition, the owners were so kind! They helped us find a park to eat at with a beautiful ocean view that made the whole experience ten times better. They were also super friendly! Sustainability: This restaurant does not stand for plastic which is AWESOME. They provide utensils made of corn which was super thoughtful and responsible. All I’m gonna say is that we came here very suddenly because every other places were closed from 4-5pm and that’s beautiful. Music is amazing ( calming and beautiful, that makes to feel super cozy), Service is so good with pleasant atmosphere and so many Italian stories. Food is 10/10 believe me I’m very picky! Make sure to try Panna cotta they do it differently with pistachio cream

We got the caprese salad as well which I felt could have done with some balsamic and the gnocchi. The gnocchi was unlike any I've had before but it was really great. The tiramisu was to die for but the chocolate cake wasn't as wonderful. Overall I'd still wholeheartedly give the 5 stars. Fantastic service from Monica and her husband, absolutely lovely people!

We ordered Insalata Mista and could tell that the salad were fresh. Followed by Bruschetta Tartufo vegan version (no prosciutto) and was replaced by sun dried tomatoes which goes really well with white truffle cream, Delicious!!!! And we have the Calabrese (spicy) pizza, it’s super yummy pesto garlic with ricotta cheese with a kick of spice cayenne!! What a wonderful blend! Would love to visit again.

The wine is from Italia, the hometown of the owners of the place. Love it so much that I purchased a bottle to take home. We did not venture into other food because we had kids, but I am definitely coming back.

Sausalito’s best kept secret…. Their homemade lasagna is the best!!! My son loved it so much, he had to order his second!! Truffle caciotta pizza was so good too!! When you are in Sausalito, having a meal at San Drino is a must!!

If you love big beautiful reds try the Supertuscan Promis Gaja. They have it by the glass and it is everything you want in a delicious red. Vermentino was also fresh and well balanced. Romantic indoor seating and plenty of outdoor tables. The fresh daily baked Focaccia bread with aged olive oil was amazing!!

I love this place!! The couple who owns this restaurant are so so sweet. I go here every time I bike to Sausalito. They remember my name and my order! I twisted my ankle on a run nearby and stopped by for lunch right after. Monica (the owner) gave my a ziplock bag filled with ice and genuinely cared that I got better! The pizza is so delicious, the owners are so caring, and they even have outdoor seating (the road is closed and there is a lot of space between tables!). I love Sandrino!! They even helped me find the nearest public restroom (which can be difficult during covid)

The pizza was cooked unevenly, with the cheese not completely melted. The sauce was delicious and ingredients tasted fresh but execution of the pizza was underwhelming. Felt like a new server was helping us and very friendly but not knowledgeable yet. It felt like the whole experience was new people unsupervised in a great kitchen.

We ordered the pizza from the picture of the newspaper article on the wall. Picture looks delicious but got all crust! Being a bit cheap for a pizza over twenty bucks. Hardly any tomato sauce at all - and waiter was extremely rude. He seems to be only nice to regulars or Italians.

Updated review - after having their fantastic pizzas for years I was just extremely disappointed in what we just received from them for take out. For $25 each ($69 for 2 pizzas after tax and tip), we got 2 tiny, chewy pizzas with lower quality toppings - what happened??

Could not have had a worse experience, and when I expressed my displeasure not even as much as a shrug let alone an acknowledgment was offered. My partner and I could not be gentler souls and haven't had an experience this bad, well, ever. Oh and she is still on the toilet.

Instead of adding surcharges, you can increase the prices of menu items to reflect higher operational costs. This approach provides customers with a clear understanding of price changes without surprise fees. While it may be legal in California since July 2025, it is poor taste to disguise an added 10% profit margin as health insurance.
