Hello, the Bonham Burger King has become a frequent place for me to dine with my friends and family when we are passing through town on the weekends. The beautiful atmosphere provided by the warm greetings and smiles as you enter accommodates the beautiful and clean dinette accompanied with the children indoors play place slides and all. The reformation this location is undergoing it's definitely pleasing and perfect. The local families definitely needed a place like this, to call home. The food it's always warm and fresh, (make no mistake you can always tell when restaurants have there food seating.) Not the case here let me reassure you. The presentation is just like the menu pictures, wrapping and all. If you find your way out this way Bonhan tx, and you remember Burger King as it ones was the warm and fresh charbroil burger that filled up your palms as it good burger should, stop by you won't be disappointed will definitely feel like they say " Where You Rule". Thank you to the team and leadership for caring and remembering are hearts still beat for warm memories, we aren't just numbers. God bless

This location is a great example of what Burger King should be. We were greeted and helped by two different employees. One was in the dining area and one at the register. Lilly, who was at the register, welcomed us with a smile and went above and beyond to help me use my rewards from the app. Other employees in the food preparation area were friendly as well. Nice clean restaurant, including the play area. The counter area walls were decorated with photos of the employee of the month and customers. The food was prepared fresh and brought out to us in a very timely manner. The overall atmosphere was pleasant and inviting. We were passing through this time, but I'll make it a point to revisit Burger King in Bonham, TX. Thanks for the great experience 😀

This is by far the cleanest BK I’ve ever been in! The staff were super friendly and even my 3 kids ranging from “8-16” commented on how clean the location was and friendly everyone was. The food was hot and fresh!

Food was great Service was great. Entry door had a bad door closure and was banging loudly with every opening. Unbearable noise. Nothing to hang your purse or coat on in bathroom stalls.

I recently dined at this location a couple of times and and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations! The first time I came here there was a nice and welcoming young lady with a headscarf who was patient and friendly with me at the register and also cleaned up the drink I spilt even though she was busy she still took the time to clean up the soda. Another time I came through the drive thru that same young lady made sure to get me everything I needed and even remade the burger for me the second time and it was warm and fresh. The service was amazing and I definitely will be coming back!

Went there for the first time this morning . I've never tried Burger King for breakfast the Junior breakfast burritos with sausage were delicious hot melty cheese and soft hot eggs with sausage and the French toast sticks and the syrup tasted pretty good too fast friendly service.

Food was mostly good. One of my kids sandwiches tasted off. The worst part was actually how cold it was inside and even more cold in kids area.

Very nice employees but came in on some drama going on with an employee. I think she was having a bad night. I would go again for a good show and some food! Lol

No real problems, one of the faster food places in town. My main question is how do you have a play area for kids but no changing table in the building? Makes no sense. The play equipment is always dirty so we rarely play here.

We used to really like this location. The staff are sometimes friendly. They are in need of more support from corporate. The play land is beautiful, but not reliably open or clean, which I can understand because there are plenty of safety reasons to temporarily close that feature- if that is the case. Today I tried to use the drive thru and there was a car parked so that the entrance to the 2-lane drive thru was blocked. I had to go down the street to another establishment, as I needed to stay in my car. On other occations, I try to order a burger without a bun (I have celiac's disease), they let me know that they don't have anything to put such an order in, except for several small bags. That may be a new change as far as not using the clam shell style boxes. As stated above, the staff are usually friendly. They seem to have thier hands tied by either lack of support with training, supply needs, or supplier/maintenance sources directly. We will continue to try to visit this location, but unfortunately a lot less often with the play land closed and knowing that my own meal is a bit more complicated for them and for me.

Went for breakfast and got the burrito and it was actually really good. That morning the woman who took my order was amazing. This morning went for hasbrowns and a dp (mind you i work nights so this is like after a long ah shift). The cashier lady that helped me was such a good person. The lady who was grumpy is the reason I cant give this 5 stars. Girl the world is alot brighter with some kindness in your heart. Don't take your anger out on strangers.

Good location to get food with expected quality level. This location is accessible friendly and does have accessible parking readily available. Bathrooms are not as accessible friendly but are functional. This location is easily visible and accessible from the road. Parking is available and there is plenty. The only downside of the parking lot is a large flood at the main entrance anytime water is held. Bathrooms are decent and usually maintained in decent quality. Cleanliness of the restaurant is decent as well though not the best it could be. Food quality is usually good and so is the taste but sometimes it can be not as good. Staff is good and usually friendly. Great place to grab a quick bite to eat.

Burger is really good with fresh toppings! Fries are not good, never have been. Do the BK execs EVER eat them? Been that way for 25 years.

Food took 15 minutes for just myself to get food 3 employees outside bathroom had no way to dry hands. Super old blower broken no paper towels place really needs some management!!!!

After many messed up orders and plain rudeness from the employee's, todays screw up really got on my nerves. My fiancee ordered a sour dough king from the listed breakfast menu which would be a 13, they rung it up on the lunch menu as a chicken fry which is the lunch menu's number 13. No harm done, just Bonham Burger kings usual screw ups. When she went in to fix the order, the cashier whose name was unknown as she wasn't properly wearing a name tag (and if i was to provide a description of what she looked like, people would just assume i am being rude) she over heard the girl tell her manager that it didnt matter that they screwed up the order, that she was just getting a chicken fry no matter what. The manager quickly told the girl off and we ended up being refunded for the screw up. I have given this place 3 stars due to the terrible enployees they hire and the multiple mistakes that are made on orders and the rudeness that comes with correcting them. I'll be going to a different burger king, or even mccdonalds from now on. Since i can't Have It My Way, I'll just stick to Mcclovin it

The whopper jr. was my dad's favorite. I've been eating the Whopper since the 70's. Still think it's a good sandwich. Have tried alot of others, but they all came up short,,and oohh so little. So, if it wasn't for the whopper, I probably would not go there.

Very slow yo take your order. Very slow to get your order. But good food. They never give you ketchup unless you ask it always seems to be inconvenient for them but today I didnt even get a straw. So just because of the food I have ate their 3 times.

The burgers were real good, not Burger King, those onion rings were horrible, old when we asked for fresh ones..... place was clean. Service started out good. When in drive thru, cashiers please make sure people's food is correct before you hand it over, please we da people's appreciate it so much......

We greeted the main cashier as we entered. He didn't say a word as he was buried in his cell phone. Having customers wanting to order didn't dissuade him from continuing, however. The food is what you'd expect. No ketchup, though. You have to ask for it, and they give you very little. The ladies in the back seemed like the only ones working. The cashier kept on his phone and kept going outside to check it frequently. Can anyone figure out why Burger Kings across the country are closing?

I came through the drive thru. They asked me to wait and I thought they forgot me, so I said, "Hi." To which, they asked me to wait again. Eventually, I ordered a double cheeseburger and value fries. The double cheeseburger was hot and fresh and tasted good, but it was about as big around as a hockey puck. That was very disappointing considering the size they used to be. A few of the fries were warm, but the rest tasted like they'd been sitting for a while.

Drive thru experience, never again. People cannot just hang out in the parking lot to wait on there food, some people have jobs they must get to. Sorry I had to leave, just throw that food away.

Unfortunately, for me, they do not know how to cook a fish sandwich. Let's overcook it good. Really, hope someone gets with the program and does a better next time..LoL.

Service not so good.Turned in survey and not only did I not get credit for a Wopper they charged me for one I didn’t get. This unit is owned by the people who own Paris unit. Poor management, poor customer satisfaction resolution.

When I got my food I asked for zesty sauce and was ignored. Then I had to wait for someone to wonder back up front. They were too busy talking in the back.

Ordered 3 burgers got home 2 of the burgers were wrong. Ordered onion rings and half the container was fries with 5 onion rings on top. Very disappointed!

The only reason there are 2 stars is because the employees are nice and polite to the customers. The food sucks and the employees dont wash their hands. I about puked. They need to come up with fresher ways of making their food. All their food is soggy and cold. I've known people to get sick from eating food here. Inspection needs to be a weekly thing here. I'd rather wait forever at sonic to get good food than here!

This BK is dirty, and the flies are driving me crazy while I try to eat. The employees including the manager spend most of their time taking loudly about their problems or out side smoking. I can’t tell you how bad the talk is around town of how nasty BK here is, and this comes from the people who work there. Please send new people to run this place. It needs to have a better name.

Moving to this area but will not be back to this BK. The only reason the got 2 stars is because I gave them 1.5 stars for a clean bathroom. I had to repeat my order 3 times, the ketchup was so watered down you could pour it like soup, the bacon on our burgers was burned and the burger was not warm enough to melt the cheese. There were only 4 clean tables in the store. I could see spilled food and drink on several tables. Employees smoking within 15 foot of the entrance.

This restaurant can NEVER seem to get my order right despite it being correct on the receipt. Placed an order with a coupon and asked for cheese on the whoppers, only to be charged for the cheese, but not having cheese on them when we got home. So frustrating!

Super friendly but served me a moldy burger.

This incident occurred with 5 cars in parking lot & no one in drive-thru. I ordered an original chicken sandwich specifically with mustard & no mayonnaise, discovered at home it was covered in mayo not mustard. On my return they handed me a replacement sandwich & fries in about 30 seconds. Fries were hot, but chicken was barely warm. Ya'll better get your act together, Dairy Queen opens in a few days.

Three times in a row in drive thru, I ordered a double cheeseburger, got a single, ordered a double meat whopper, got a single, tried again, same thing, paying for a double every time and never getting it. All in January. I really like the food too, just hate being ripped off.

Ordered coffee at 11:30am and my hot coffee tasted burnt and my vanilla iced coffee was basically just creamer...wouldn’t order coffee from here again. Fries are always a hit or miss. Sometimes they taste like they’re “old”

Stopped by to grab sandwiches for a hungry family, after a day that found us too busy (and late) to cook. Ordered 3 of the Texas burgers and 3 large fries. No combos, kept it simple. Was asked to pull around front, which was no problem and they'd bring it out. Which they did, about 10 minutes later. Got home, and found the burgers we're good but the 'large' fries weren't even full... And they were old soggy fries. With a single ketchup packet thrown on top of one.. What? They trying to start a riot at my house? Lol So... Wasn't too happy about that but it was too late, and too far, to go back a d do anything about it.

Lady who took our order was very nice. I asked for mustard instead of mayo. Sandwich came with mustard and mayo. I took it back to the counter and was greeted by the manager. Told her the problem, very nicely. She pulled up the order on a screen to show me that they made it the way I ordered it. I told her that’s not what I ordered. She just pointed at the screen . I politely repeated that I wanted it the way I ordered it. She rudely turned her back on me , told someone to remake my sandwich and turned around and just stared at me with her hands on her hips. I went back to our group table. I was facing the other way, but my wife told me later that the manager had slammed the old sandwich into the garbage. Wow!!! What ever happened to “Have It Your Way”. I’m 73 years old, ordered food thousands of times at many different kinds of restaurants and never ever was I treated this way till today. We won’t be going back there until we think maybe Burger King figures out they need to fire her and get a real manager. Probably won’t take very long.

10 minutes in the drive thru. Then another 15 waiting on food. Had to pull around to the parking lot,then found out the order wasn't even right. Had to wait for them another 8 minutes. This is why I don't go to fast food places in Bonham.

Poor. Fries were decent temperature. Burger was cold and bacon was tough. One bite of the bacon bandit pulled the rest of the bacon off the burger. Horrible experience!

The crispy chicken was old and when i asked if we could have it fresh the gentleman said that was fine but their hold time was 45 mins so next time when i order please ask for fresh prduct at that time....

This place is DISGUSTING! Dead crickets and crickets are everywhere, the food is always hit or miss. Most of the time its cold or just old food left in a heating lamp. Even the playground is grotesque. They need to just tear it down and rebuild..

My young niece and nephew's chicken nuggets were really cold,my oldest niece crispy chicken sandwich,the chicken was sitting for a long time,it was nasty, had to have them cook fresh chicken nuggets and crispy chicken pattie,my double whopper was marked as a double but was a single,we all didn't feel good after eating there that night,Burger King has really gone down hill

Geat,fast,&hot. The people that work their are as good as I have seen, they set the bar very high. It's enjoyable to walk up to counter and order. I'm no stranger to restaurant kitchen work walked into Bonham Burger King about 12:30 p.m. manager took the order and was rude I could describe but it would probably sound rude all the tables were dirty left at 1:30 with my family and no one had been in the dining room to clean tables as long as this person is running register if I decide to go back I will not stay if this person is running the register very disappointed enjoyed coming before the remodel but seems to be a whole different crew won't be going back anytime soon and corporate with the reviews that you've been getting on the Bonham Texas Burger King y'all really need to step it up and do something about the people that is why you're only getting a 3.5 star or less on this store and if I could give you a minus five star I would

Came to this Burger King and ordered a mocha frappe… just like any other day when I stop by and order one. Proceeded to the window and was handed an iced mocha drink. I told her it’s supposed to be a frappe and she took it out of my hand like she hates the world and said they don’t sell those any more. Then said she can’t add anything onto my order at the window. Then refunded me. I asked if they just don’t sell the frappes anymore. She said yeah they don’t sell them. If that’s the case take it off your menu or tell me when I order it. Ridiculous. Learn some manners as well.

our 2 burgers were close to frozen and the chicken fries were cold old and hard. when we told the manager Brian. he told us they were gonna be the same exact way and he argues for a few minutes and when we tried giving him the burger he told us he could put it in the microwave. he was overall rude when all he had to say was “okay we can take care of it” all he had to do was remake it but instead he got an attitude and was exteremely rude. when he brought the burger back he tossed it on the table and said he made it extra warm by placing it in the microwave. just annoying and disgusting.

There app is pretty cool... Ok so I been trying to let y'all make it... Y'all need to re-examine the people y'all hire... I use the app because it's convenient... I put no onions on my food and it's onion on my burger and it's slopped together and cold... I'm done with burger king, this make no sense. Husband just got home from Drive thru... ordered two Bacon Cheese Burger combos, and a whopper combo. Did you know Bacon Cheeseburgers come with no bacon or cheese?!? Geez folks! And the phone number listed doesn’t work to complain, shocking!

I customized my order yet they still gave me the regular ones. I asked for no salt fries yet they gave me salty fries that is only warm. I put my order with no mustard yet they still have mustard in my burger. How exactly hard is it to just follow directions on an order???

Discriminated against a disabled veteran. They accepted an app order and then tried to refuse to make it. I asked for a refund, and they denied that, too. They wanted me, from out of town, to come back the next day for the order! Finally, they agreed to make the order and proceeded to reprimand me further when they brought out the food. They were also too worried about how long someone was at their window because they were timed. It's not my problem. I was also told that they can not accept an app order until I am physically there. Wait, what?! What a mess. All because a Vet wanted breakfast from Burger King. On top of that mess, the doors were locked, and no one could go in. Even an employee coming into work at that time was confused. I watched so many customers try to go in and then just left.

Update 7/23/21 went to eat at 8:30 and it was closed down. Don't know if it's for good or temporary. You just can't depend on this place. Don't go there very often. Burgers aren't hot and they have a problem remembering to put everything on the burger. They left tomatoes off mine last time. Also on our last visit all the employees were outside on their phones when we arrived. Hurried to beat us in the door and never washed their hands. Tried to get ketchup since the dispenser was empty but no one was there to help. I yelled, no response, so I whistled and instead of coming to help, the manager, yes the manager, whistled back at me. Very very poor management.

Worse experience ever. Had to back out drive thru. Waited 10 min no movement. Went in still waited half hour for food. Forgot drinks. About 10 people waiting for messed up orders. Got home and order was short nuggets and food cold. Newly remodeled and just told short staffed. Check your orders thoroughly before you leave. I mean how can you ness up 2 kids meal..8nuggets and cheddar bites. Sad with economy so high charging for food and not getting it. Not our fault they ran out. Reimburse us dont rip us off.

My grandchild does not eat meat but will eat the impossible whooper. We went through the drive through and was given a reg meat burger. Everyone be sure to check your food before leaving and getting all the way home.

Customer service sucks. 2nd time since the remodel and still bad. They ask if that’s it every time you order anything. They are not patient and customer isn’t always right with them. The black lady that takes orders and your money shouldn’t be working for anyone with her attitude. I will not be back until she is gone. Good luck getting your order right. Asked to pull around at drive through for fresh onion rings... at least the onion rings were hot because the burgers weren't. Not even luke warm. August 2023- Burgers are still cold when served. A year later and they cant even get that right.

Got off work and made it home too late to cook so decided to go through drive thru of Burger King. Pulled up to the intercom, only one person ahead of us already paid and waiting for their order at the window. Ordered a number one with shake replacement for the drink, a number 4 with shake replacement for the drink, and another shake and medium fry. Waited for over 10 minutes to even get to the window (only one person ahead) then they completely messed the order up. Didn't provide onion rings, provided fries but half of both fries were dumped in the bag. No straws. One burger was requested no ketchup and ketchup was present. We pulled up and went inside, waited another 15 min for them to fix the order for it to be incorrect again.

I ordered the 2 for 6, my fish sandwich and chicken sandwich was horrible not hot at all and old. The 2 whoppers i ordered was sloppy and not good, also the 2 tacos i ordered seemed like they were under the heat lamp forever. The only good thing about my visit was the young lady at the front counter was polite.

Couldn't order ANYTHING fried,so couldn't have fries,onion rings or poppers. Did NOT have the burgers we wanted, so we had to get whatever they had to offer. Could only get medium drinks (all they had to offer) Worse than before the remodel, which was pretty bad. Needless to say we will NOT be returning to this Burger King anytime in the near future. Very dissapointed!!!

I ordered through the drive thru. I asked if with the kids meal, can I substitute the drink for an apple sauce. The person taking my order said they weren't allowed to substitute anything on the kids meal. I said ok, she just already had a drink. Then another person came onto the speaker and began to yell at me. So I said can you stop attacking me and just let me place my order. I received attitude from the 2nd person, the entire order. My food was shoved at me at the drive thru window, I received lemonade that was not drinkable, no ketchup and no honey mustard (which were things I ordered). I also did not get a toddler toy with the kids meal (which was what I ordered). Not a good experience.

Went to burger king today 8/24 ordered two of the crispy chicken wraps get back home and there are barley 4 small pieces of lettuce in each wrap. Really burger king thats the way to serving the new chicken wraps all i got was chicken and sauce and no lettuce. Cooks need to step up their game ur menu shows lettuce not four sliver pieces of lettuce only. Such a bummer.

Attitude sucks from who ever it was answering the phone. The Customer is always right. I dont make calls to get free food but if my order is not right I expect it to be corrected. I dont live that far for my food to be not fresh and cold. That's 5 combo orders.

This is the worst place to eat. There's no customer service here. The managers are always outside smoking. Then they come inside yelling at the poor employees. Corporate really should come here and check out this Burger King. They are incompetent and the only reason they stay open is because it's a small town in Bonham Texas. This place is thrash use to be a decent place to eat but they got the most rudest people I've ever seen. I started work there 12 /22 . Thought I could make a deference but I was wrong. The managers what you to serve meat that's been cooking all day . They want you to serve burnt chicken nuggets to kids. Needless to say I just stop going to work there.

DON'T COME TO THIS LOCATION!! If i could make this 0 stars i would. They are extremely unprofessional, waited in the drive thru at least 10 minutes before the car in front of me was acknowledged to place their order then we were asked to pull around to wait on 2 kids meals thats all we ordered. Sat in front for another 10 minutes waiting on the meals. 3 or 4 customers inside the restaurant and the drive through guy smoking in his truck by the the front door while people are literally trying to back out of the drive thru to leave because they aren't being helped. This is the 4th or 5th time we have had a horrible experience with this location and will never be back they need to close the doors until they figure out the management issue because this is a horrible run restaurant. Again Avoid this location at all cost it's not worth the headaches or the nasty food they now serve

Food was terrible. Burgers were dressed wrong; mustard and pickles instead of mayo and onions. Mustard and pickle taste still lingers after you scrape it off. Our onion rings were undercooked so badly the breading just fell off in pieces. However, the onion rings were the only hot thing. Everything else was cold and burgers were dry and hard with soggy vegetables. Will not be returning.

I was already there because they messed my order up Last time and they were replacing two burgers well then I ordered an additional two kids happy meals, one cheeseburger one and one chicken nuggets one and then I also ordered some chicken fries the eight piece and the drive-through window. I was handed the apple juice And was around for the rest of the food Instead of waiting in my car, I went inside and waited for a very long time and finally they gave me the two sandwiches they owed me from last time but then once I got back in my car and then drove all the way home. I noticed they didn’t give me any of the two happy meals and any of the chicken fries and now I’m trying to call them. Their number is busy, I am very disappointed and I expect a full refund and a full replacement as soon as possible

This is the worst Burger King I have ever been to. One of the employees proceeded to shout terrible stuff at me and my husband while we had our kid with us. We left and when we called the store the lady tried to say that it was the Sherman store so called and would not give me the number to the corporate office or anyone to give a complaint to. When I tried calling back no one picks up. I will never go to another burger kind and I would love for the manager of this store to please contact me . Employees should not be able to act like this

The lady at the register was struggling. We asked to speak with the manager who blew off that the order was messed up. We asked for 5 your way meals. These were not put in right at all so of course we did not get our food. The manager refused to fix the problem. Corporate you need to come into this place and get this stuff fixed.

Fries tasted like old oil with no salt... Woppers were dry and tasteless & the bread was dry. I regret not going across the road to Braums... who's drive through line was wrapped around the building. And Burger King only had one car... Now I know why. Wasted money, we had to throw it out.

My wife was just now in the store and while in the middle of ordering for herself my mother in law and our 4 kids the cashier stopped taking her order and asked her to move out of the way so someone else could order because her order was big and taking to long. Then a cook from the back hollered that my kids were too loud. Did they forget that got a job at one of the only places in town with an indoor playplace? Needless to say my wife who will eat 2 or 3 times a month with that and number of people will not be back thanks to the staff clearly not wanting to work at all. I even tried giving them benefit of the doubt and asked my wife if the person behind her was maybe police or fire ems so they might be in a hurry and she said no. I'd bet with service like that this place will be closed soon.

Food is always good but have the customers pulling around to park just so you numbers look good is maniacal!!! I’m literally the only customer here and still get asked to pull around!!!

Awful Service, Overcharged, and a Sewer Smell I recently had a terrible experience at this Burger King location and will absolutely not be returning. The ordeal began with my simple order. The employee, Sarah, seemed to struggle with basic math and ended up overcharging me. When I politely pointed out the mistake and asked her to correct the total, her reaction was shocking and completely unprofessional. She didn't apologize or even acknowledge the error; instead, she had the audacity to tell me that I “don’t have to get” the food. This level of inconsiderate and hostile customer service is unacceptable. Sarah's attitude was dismissive and disrespectful. She clearly lacked the basic training and professionalism required for a customer-facing role. As if the poor service wasn't enough, the restaurant itself smelled terrible. There was a distinct, overpowering odor that smelled strongly like sewer gas, making the entire dining area unpleasant and frankly, nauseating. Between the awful stench, the struggle with simple transactions, and the incredibly rude service from Sarah, this was a completely disappointing and frustrating visit. Save your money and your nose—I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere.
