Went through the drive through and order my food, they told me it would be 3 minutes and asked if I could pull up to the front. They gave me free cinnamon twists for waiting. Very nice service. Staff is super friendly.

During the pandemic they have it 100% figured out. It was quick and efficient as well as very sanitary (put change in a pouch, bags handed to you in a container, sealed bag on top). Service was also super friendly. One of the best TB experiences I've ever had!

We have a large family so our food orders can sometimes be daunting. We placed an order recently and it was delivered quickly with not one error which happens very, very rarely no matter where we go. The food was fresh, hot, and very tasty!

I had the taco salad it was very good and very filling. I also had a side of guacamole just because I love the stuff it could have been bigger but it was okay. Overall I can't complain the meal was great. Our waitress Christy was extra kind to us and the atmosphere was great. I would definitely recommend Taco Bell, but you go there and check it out for yourself I don't think you'll be disappointed.

The staff here are very friendly. This was the first Taco Bell I have been to in a long long long time that they were happy to take my order at the register instead of ignoring me and making me use the kiosk. Clean restrooms, fast service, food was good and they filled the tacos and burritos full! Thanks! Will be back when driving through

taco bell is always a quick pick up. my daughter absolutely loves the soft taco party pack.

We went in last night this place was swamped with people. The food, restaurant, and the employees was very professional and courteous. The food was good and fresh. Even watched a very rude customer throw a tray in the floor but the employee handled it very well.

Good food, just check your bag to make sure you get everything. Ordered thru the app and still had to wait over 10 minutes at the drive thru window.

Food is standardized and same as every Taco Bell. Service is good and parking lot clean. Never been inside though.

We were purchasing food for 6 people and when we got home we realized that 2 of three crunchwraps we ordered were not in the bag, however when ccx we went back the next day and explained what happened, they gave us 2 free burritos and a large apology

These guys had no problem processing my order at the window. Being deaf, I am often restricted in my use of the drive-through, but that was not the case here. Good on y'all!

This location does pretty good but they had a slight issue with getting orders out correctly and food was not necessarily perfect. Overall though I would definitely recommend coming back here they do have decent parking and handicap accessible entry. It is kind of hard to get in off of the street due to its location. Definitely one of the better Taco Bells I have been to especially recently.

Taco Bell has gotten better in the past 4 months. I only gave the food for stars because it was kind of sloppy wrapped the guy was working the drive-thru taking orders in providing the orders to the customers at the window at the same time multitasking why another person worked the counter I don't know how many was in there cooking but it wasn't very long till I got the food I had to knock on the window because he did forget to provide me my drink that I ordered with my combo meal the food was fresh hot the tacos were great the chicken quesadilla was a little dry and the nachos supreme my daughter ordered looked fabulous it was an older white gentleman working drive through in the window kudos to him.

Classic Taco Bell experience. The prices are a bit jacked up from what I remember, but the serving portions are about the same. The Lux cravings box is the best bang for your buck. Quality employees and a great manager.

Foods good the customer service could be improved though I've picked up a lot of door dash orders here and some employees don't feel like doing there jobs I guess and claim they cant see items from delivery such as drinks but other employees are able to tell me the items before I even say anything

I have to say my tacos were soggy a lot faster than normal and this food kinda made us all sick. Don't know if we got a bad batch of something. Still, it's your basic taco bell. Nothing new or exciting to announce about it and no one or nothing stood out!

Good tacos! Ordered Taco Supremes to go. After I got home found regular Tacos. 24 mile round trip not worth the gas to go back. Will still try again though. Like Taco Bell. The Dressed Egg Taco on the breakfast menu is awesome! A must try!

The staff up front is very friendly. But don't ask for anything taken off your order cuz they won't do it in the kitchen. People here work hard to keep the lobby clean and the drive through fast. But my mother doesn't like avocado on her burrito or ice in her drink. Maybe better in the future.

Food sucked greasy an cold not to mention several food items missing

Front register worker was great. After I received my order I went back and asked for a side of sour cream. The lady (I think her name was Amber) on the line wouldn't make the sour cream until the lady at the counter made it an actual order. I get there are food costs but seriously? The orders with meat only had meat on one side of the items.

I went in to order takeout. I ordered 2 identical items. It took over 15 minutes before I even saw my food being prepared. The tables here are gross! Walk in, choose any table at random, go place your hand flat down on any of them, and it will stick. The tables are all carved up and written on, too. The employees are generally very courteous and helpful.

The tables and restrooms are nasty. I have been here four times and have had a problem with my order every time. There was someone that came in from the drive through with food missing that she had paid for. Food is typical. Employees are kids and I've never seen an adult in the place. Be prepared to clean your own table and certainly check your order!!!

Disappointed is the best way to put it; well, that and "still hungry". Expectations aren't even high if you're familiar with this location especially if you happen to pass through after the day shift has left for the evening. Of the 6 items we ordered, only 2 items were correct (1 of them being an order of fries!) and 1 item was missing (another order of fries...). The whole point of the Steak White Hot Ranch Fries is the "white hot", which was missing. The sauces I opted to add to my chalupa were instead put on my partner's gordita that should have been plain, and my chalupa was made standard but sloppy and soggy.

Order your food at night after 9pm. The night shift is way faster. 2 times so far I’ll stop by to grab a taco after work, using the app, and it’s been a minimum 25+ min wait.

Well it's better than before the remodel but still needs improvement, the food is a little better but some things haven't really changed the beef Mexican melt is a melt which means cheese so put it on the size is a lot smaller. The gordtita is all shell with hardly any filling too bad I know alot of people loved that.So the employees are alot friendlier and the place looks really good and Clean.so a+on that.

A year ago, this place was awesome and one of the best taco bells I've ever been to. Last few months though they have been one of the worst. Food is good when they make it right but none of the guys at the register ever put my order in correctly. I ordered a chicken quesarito and the kid put in for a beef then added chicken subscription. I wouldn't have cared except the upcharge was higher than an actual quesarito by about 40¢ and it wasn't even the proper chicken meat. So I ended up paying more for a crappier burrito. A different guy a few days earlier (with me ordering the same thing) repeated back chicken to me but still put beef on my receipt and unfortunately I didn't catch it til I got home. I'll come back here when the workers learn how to properly work a register. There have been several other times in the past few months with the same kind of mess up but this was just from the last week.

Went to lunch around 6 at taco bell. Go there pretty offten with work buddys. Placed my order and payed and waited to recive my change. Upon receiving my change the guy threw the change into my hands as if he did not want to be there.

Service was VERY slow, I thought that it was bc we went during lunch, but after getting to the cashier I realized that she was the reason for the hold up. Wasn't properly trained, and then when she would ask questions or ask for help, the lead acted like it was putting him out & that he didn't want to show her/didn't have time to do it. I'm not ever one to complain & I never leave negative reviews, but after the wait just to pay, my small meal of 4 rolled chicken tacos took over 35 minutes to get to me while on a work lunch.

Sat in line for 10 minutes after ordering. Didn’t check bag because it took so long and she was rushing us away from the window. Got home only had half our order which was great after spending $20 Only leaving 2 star because the drive they ladies shirt was super cool. Other than that food was already for what part of it we actually got.

I had a friend come in from town so I spent 60 bucks on Taco Bell they got the order wrong the hard shell tacos were soggy stuck to the paper not filled up very much. The chalupas didn't seem like they were deep fried ask for no tomato 2 times. got tomato. Probably one of the worst Taco bells I've been to. The only reason we went there is because everything was closed pretty much after we got done unloading the u haul truck.

The night shift here has very poor standards for the quality of food, no one answers the phone when you call the location and our food has been messed up too many times to count especially during the night shift. If you want adequate quality food and good customer service get your food before 6 pm.

You would think by now I would have given up on ordering Nachos Belle Grande. Cause there's nothing "grande" about it Firstly the prices have gone up and the amount of food you get has gone down. It is an absolute joke that you get about 1/2 Oz of meat, little cheese and the rest is chips. I think though this is it for me.. it's a terrible rip off.

Got the nacho bell Grande and the steak street tacos. When I got to the window I handed the young man at the window my card and thanked him as he handed me back my card with a receipt but no response. Didn't get to look at the nachos before my kid took them, but these tacos are a joke!! Almost no meat or anything other than shell and sauce. I get wishy washy food from here, nothing is ever consistent.

Ordered on the app and had over half my order wrong as well as items missing. No special modification on the items, but ordered supreme and got regular. Ordered a bean burrito and the beans were crusty looking and cheese wasn't even melted. Everything luke warm, made me and my husband sick the next morning.

45 minute wait in the drive thru for food that isn't that great. And once you are in the drive thru you are stuck. Prices have went up. If fast food is no longer fast and is expensive as going to a restaurant I won't be coming back.

Ordered crunchy tacos supreme and received regular crunchy beef tacos. Requested meat burritos and was told beef burritos have been removed from the menu. Called to inform of the UNsupreme tacos received and Stephen H. Just asked what was on the receipt. So because I was not charged for supreme I had no valid complaint??? Not planning to return to The Bonham, Tx. Taco Bell!

Went to the Bonham Taco Bell ordered 4 nacho beef boxes. I looked at our receipt and it said 4 chalupa boxes. My son told the guy at the window that we wanted nacho beef boxes, he said no problem we can change them out. We ended up with one nacho beef and 3 chalupa boxes. I didnt like them at all .Very disappointed

Currently sitting in the drive thru at 9pm on a Thursday. It has been a 30 minute to a 1 hour wait. We have seen at least 10 other cars turn away and leave. My advice is to avoid coming at all costs if there is any line at all. Its around 9pm.

October 31, 2015, I was going to treat my granddaughter to a couple of tacos after trick or treating. The tables, floor and bathroom were filthy. I looked back to the kitchen area. Wet floor with food and debris all over it! The ovens they keep the chicken in were caked with goo and filthy. I refused to allow my granddaughter to eat there! Doesn't a health inspector come to this restaurant?

I would give zero stars if I could. Ordered a bean and cheese burrito and got beef and cheese and I ordered chips and cheese and didn’t even get the freaking chips. What am I supposed to do with the container of cheese.

Very slow drive thru service. Food was horrible. One of the tacos had no meat. Burrito was a five layer but had no layers. Person working drive thru was eating and talking with food in her mouth. Will not be returning. Spent $20 for basically tortillas.

If I could give a 0 I would. We came thru the drive thru, mind you sat there for a good 10 mins before getting our food. The beans in the 5 layer burrito were not done. And my chalupas were hard and crumbling. When I called up there to explain to her what had happened and her response was “I’m sorry someone served old chalupa’s, what would you like for me to do about it” horrible customer service.

I ordered my meal at their kiosk because the cashier seemed to be in a never-ending conversation with one of his buddies. On going to get my drink I discovered they were out of Dr Pepper. I asked the same cashier (I think he was actually an assistant manager) if he could pull me a DP from the window machine. He said no, the restaurant was out. I asked him why the Kiosk wasn’t indicating that. He didn’t know. I asked if I could just cancel the order and get my money back. He answered no, there is nothing could be done with anything ordered at the kiosk. I let it go and settled on Pepsi. I took a couple of bits of the Burrito Supreme I had ordered and almost upchucked. I was made with CHICKEN! I detest chicken. I didn’t bother to ask for my money back, I already knew the answer. If I owned this store there would be an attitude adjustment for management. In the meantime I’ll just pray for TACO CASA to open a store across the street from you, and write reviews like this!

Ordered on the app. Waited 20 mintues before heading up there. Got to the store said they haven't even started on my order. Waited at the store for another 25 mintues before asking what was taking so long. They said sorry all they were short on staff. I counted at least 4 team members there. There were 3 cars in drive thru and 1 other customers in store. Finally got my 2 burittos and drink after a 40 minute wait. This doesn't include the 20 minues I Waited at home

The night manager was a very rude lady. She was yelling at the young employees. It was a very tense environment. She then didn't want to remake 2 burritos that the wrapper paper was literally stuck to, no way of eating it, walked off and said WOW.. then shook her head the whole time making it. Told the young kid DO NOT STEAM IT because that's why the wrapper was stuck to it and she wasn't going to make it again. Very unprofessional and I feel sorry for any of those young employees working for her. She needs management classes desperately.

Used app, waited 30 minutes in drive thru line, store is slow. Drive thru and inside too slow. Fast food isn't cheaper than restaurants anymore. If they can't be faster and more convenient then they are useless.

I went a little over 30 minutes after they opened and they didn't have the breakfast menu on the drive through. It took several attempts to get the girl on the intercom to understand that I couldn't see the breakfast menu. She said the manager forgot to turn it that morning and someone was coming out. The person who came out basically stompted over to the sign, obviously in a bad mood. I hope that person wasn't the manager. Then after handing me my bag the girl told me thank you and started to shut the window. I had to stop her and remind her she hadn't given me my drink yet. A lot of mistakes for having just opened.

This taco bell never get the oder correct. There's always something missing. I check my orders now before driving off. I brought the issue to management but it seems like they dont care because this problem (missing item) still exists.

I genuinely hope this place gets shut down . All bad and dirty words aside for the manner of business . I fail to see how a business can continuously “be out of” or “taking off the menu” the food that they so generously advertise . Not to mention the BRAND NEW chicken taco sign is next to the old discontinued cravings box that they “don’t sell” . If it wasn’t for this Christian town closing so early , everyone in this town would more than likely take business elsewhere . Where as for me it was the choice of just not having food after a LONG and LATE night drive .

Stone cold nacho fries and there was literally more lettuce in my son's taco than on my taco salad, yet they gave us 23 packets of Fire sauce to go with our 4 items of food. Two years we waited to give them another chance, never again. Still the worst TB ever.

Opens at 10am for breakfast. At 1024 they are out of eggs one day, then at 1030 the next day they aren't serving breakfast anymore. Oh I'm sorry we don't have large cups.. Oh we are out of whatever drink you want. You should remove the gigantic painted open for breakfast sign on your windows and your serving breakfast sign in your drive-thru if your just going to fail and make excuses. Poor management

They use to be fast in giving you your order but not any more. The last few times I’ve gone I end up driving off. It takes to long to get your food. I even tried placing the order on the app. I get to the window after waiting 30 minutes in line for them to say I need to drive around again to get my order because it wasn’t ready. It was just a mess it took me 4 times too get them too get the order almost right. They still put chips in my burrito. Still ended up with no chips and cheese sauce. This store is always a mess. I went to this location to get food. I first went into their restroom. While I was washing my hands an employee who was in the stall "using" it. Walked out of the stall and left the restroom without washing their hands. I then went to immediately complain and could see the employee already preparing food. Never washed his hands. Disgusting

We love Taco Bell but recently the experiences have been disappointing. Want to mention in hopes they do something about it. We were at the Bonham location this morning. The food container box was DIRTY. There was hair inside the package. The food didn’t feel right or clean. So disappointed. I will not be thrilled to go to Taco Bell anymore.

First things first... the person with the taco hat was a complete idiot. Idc, if you're new, you should be able to respond with more than a "I don't know." and a blank stare. Secondly, Suzy (apparently, she "is the manager") has a serious anger issue. I don't care what issues you have. If you have new employees, you will have screw ups. There is no need to angrily throw the food in the trash, nor is there a reason to get an attitude with a customer. The anger outburst I witnessed was totally unwarranted and unnecessary. Then she started to berate the employee in front of everyone. Poor management like her is the reason a restaurant has a high turnover. Not only that, I didn't get a full refund. I won't ever step foot in this taco bell again.

Disgusting establishment, hardened cheese on the tables, soda machine is covered in soda and sticky. Friend placed his order, then I placed mine. Took 10 minutes to get my order out, and then were told that my friends order was handed out the window to someone else so we had to wait for the order to be completely remade and did not receive any compensation for it.

Love it when i happen to visit when the manager pow wow arrives. I don't understand how the employees are supposed to help me with questions or the order kiosk when they spend the time talking to them while i'm waiting at the counter. Just frustrating...

Trash all over the floor in the kitchen I ordered a cheesy Gordita crunch they gave me a different order and refused to take the food and make me another I had to repay then when I got home to look at the food neither were full cooked I’m from out of town and just recently moved back I have made contact with corporate be safe I will insert photos of the trashed floor

i LOVE taco bell. But this place is really making me hate it. Everytime we’ve gone through the drive through these last few times there’s either been food missing or order made incorrectly. Tonight it was both. forgot my children’s food and incorrectly made mine. absolutely ridiculous.

I’m writing this review in hopes that they will listen and pay attention to the tickets when making the food. I order extra and pay for it I expect to have extra. I ask for easy of something I expect easy topping. I ask them to give me beef not chicken or mark the special taco or burrito then I expect it to be how I ordered it. They don’t listen or they don’t care. When I come back home with the food and it’s not right, I don’t want to drive back up there for them to fix it while the food gets cold. I don’t think it’s asking a lot for them to take pride in their job. It just means less trips to this Taco Bell, but we’re limited in Bonham for places. So I’m leaving this here and hope things change. Take it or leave it but beware at your own order. I’ve updated this post to a one star because they can’t seem to get to the counter for order and then they constantly run out of my drink!!!!!!!

Made an order ahead of time to pick up after work. Was told when I got there the order was being prepared. After about 20 minutes I went back to the counter and stated I was still waiting. Turns out the order was sitting on the Food delivery shelves the entire time and was ice cold. Never bothered to offer to remake or refund any money just moved on to the next customer. Also when I got home not everything that was ordered was in the bags. Not only did the deliver awful service but they couldn't even get the order right. $120 worth of food for the week (or NOT)

Good food nice employees, however, even if you specifically ask for something such as sauce or what not. They don’t give you it. It’s quite frustrating having to come home and be surprised that there’s no sauce to put onto the quesadilla I’d just bought. Because who likes a dry quesadilla, come on now. Like I genuinely love Taco Bell, but this seriously just infuriates me. Like I understand if you’re busy and there’s a bunch of people so you have to rush. But if you cannot take the time to do something as simple as to put a few sauce packets into the bag then you don’t need to work there. It’s not difficult.

I placed an online order waiting 10mins before even driving up. Ended up waiting 40mins at the store then after getting my order. My large fries were only half full. I only got 1 sauce that I order and they put it ON the food when I ordered it as a side. I can look past waiting almost an hour sometimes but not when half the food is messed up or wrong. My family went in and ordered two quesadillas two beefy burritos a box and three tacos it was around 10:00 and we didn’t get food at all because they were prioritizing the drive-thru and went my mom asked nicely “can you please speed it up we are hungry and i need my food”. Well they told us about how they are “trained to take drive-thru first because of a timer” totally rude to my mother then the lady says “I can go get my manager” still with this attitude so my mom asks “yes please” when the manager comes out she’s super sweet to her and the two people in the back were super rude wouldn’t recommend going

If i could give them a negative rating i would. This is one of the worst taco bells i have been to, i don’t recommend ordering from this taco bell it sucks. The people who work there are slow and there is something wrong with their heads, they cant take orders, when you give them an order they get majority of your order wrong. They take forever, and when they get your order wrong they wont remake your order even when it’s cold and soggy because they decided to get your order wrong. Their customer service is remarkably terrible. If you want to go to get food in bonham i suggest little cesears, they make your pizza how you ask for it, fast but they close early on weekends but thats okay because they have better service and actually give you what you’re asking for when you’re the customer.

Ordered chicken bowl no lettuce, got everything else except chicken. Maybe 2 little peices. Took it back and asked for more chicken. The last whose been here years was nice and told the lady making the food. That last made more chicken and slammed it down on the counter. Bad enough that the prices have got so high, but to cop an attitude because we bring their attention to it is just wrong. Might need some retraining. !!
