My order consists of Nagitt’s burger fries and a Coke (I placed the order by phone and specified that I wanted the fries without salt and the drink with minimal ice!!!!) In the end, the fries were salty, and the drink was half a glass of ice, the drink was transparent, almost like water with Coke, apart from the ice.

Placed mobile order from outside of store for 1 iced coffee. Went inside to pick it up. Manager couldn't find my order and continued to assist other customers. Female worker overheard and took care of me after waiting 20 minutes. Manager was useless and to the female worker: thank you for stepping up when the manager didn't.

Drive thru order, few times they forget ketchups even if asked for, they don't thoroughly chec the orders you paid for. I ordered and paid for extra sausage and even asked after they handed if its in there and she confirmed everything even the ketchups. They know everyone is rushing can'tcheck thru all. Found out missing when i opened it. Almost threw it away. Someone should double check if its a complete order, give even if we don't ask for jetchups,,utensils,napkins. Make sure your coffe is hot fresh brewed ,all the time in the morning and sometimes night. Its a good habit in making customers happy.

Night manager is rude and nasty. I believe she might be racist. She ignores customers and asks like she doesn’t see people. Doesn’t want to help anybody and talks smack about the customers in Spanish with the other employees. I’m Hispanic and listened to her talk about someone who she knew couldn’t understand. There was a younger man who was working very hard and should be given a raise. He smiles and was very nice the whole time. But the manager here’s is lazy and should be replaced

this is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. This is for 8.28.2025 approximately 9:15 to 9:30pm: I ordered a large orange juice. The attached photo is how they gave it to me and when I asked for her to top me off, she said, “No, it needs to be at the red line.” She swung my cup at another employee to give it to me where more juice spilled from the top and yelled about me in Spanish. Such poor customer service. This lady clearly hates her job.

Terrible, terrible service. I went to this location with my co worker, 2 days in a row. First, customer service is neither here or there. Second this whole thing with kiosks is a great idea however when you have those that need to pay cash, the staff will completely ignore you until you flag them down. I will say, the staffing quantity seemed adequate but I think the online and kiosks ordering platform has completely diminished customer service and the lack of care for someone standing at the register. There seemed to be no typical flow that you find in McDonald's, it was as if everyone was going at their own beat rather than a team effort. Needless to say I will definitely skip this McDonald's location as lightning struck twice.

Horrible service from the Manager Gabby. They purposely canceled my order and made me re-order again for their drive numbers, goals, or whatever… I believe they still charged me for the canceled order as well. This is my local McDonald’s and I understand that their job is very hard, but the level of not caring, and rudeness, and not explaining by the manager was next level. She did not want to figure out what was going on or care that I was double charged.
